The masa of the tamales were made very well. Not dry and tasty. If you're looking for a tamale and champurrado spot, this is a great place to buy from. It is advised that you go early in the day because they run out of tamales pretty quickly. Pre-COVID you were able to choose your bread yourself and you could take your time bc you didn't have anyone waiting on you. It didn't quite taste as the traditional tres leches (didnt taste much of the condensed milk and it wasn't as sweet which could be a good thing) but everyone still liked it. The bakery is nice and roomy. It can be easy to miss while driving as the sign is not too big and the plaza is small. Service was whatever. I really liked the designs and variety of the cakes though. She made sure to have it ready for today at 7am. When I showed up this morning, Julie took care of me and was so nice. She even helped me carry the cake and bread I bought all the way to my car because I had my hands carrying my son and purse. This Vanidoso cake I bought here was for the office I work for.
