The rice was too salty. The horchata could be less sweet. They need to get better fitting snug lids for their take out cups. The drink was dripping from the loose lid and it also popped out when I grabbed it by the top, spilling on my clothes and the car upholstery. This was unacceptable.

Unfortunately, we arrived around 8:40 tonight and were told the restaurant closes at 9:00 and that the kitchen was already closing. I explained that we knew exactly what we wanted and could place our order immediately. The host went to speak with a manager, but the manager came back with the same response, so we left. I completely understand that the staff wants to finish up and get home. I also realize that arriving 20 minutes before closing is not ideal. Having worked in the hospitality industry for many years, I know better than to make a habit of that. That said, there were still guests dining in the restaurant, and from my perspective, turning away guests who are ready to order immediately before the posted closing time is disappointing. At our business, we would never turn away a guest during our posted operating hours. I wanted to share this feedback because we genuinely enjoy your restaurant and hope it can be taken in the spirit in which it's intended.

It arrived and was the grossest meal I'd ever seen, as well as made wrong. It was thick, slimy and had loads of butter-the recipe calls for no butter, I've never seen it made that way. I will never do business there again. For a manager to say that to a loyal customer is unacceptable to me as well as the $10.00 refund for a charge over $56.00 when the mistake was on their part. The managment and customer service there is horrible. They don't deserve anyone's business. They took my love for them and trashed it with their subpar food and attitudes.
