She always came around to see how we were doing and had no issues with guiding first-timers right to our seats. The thematic concepts of each dish and drink were so clever and exquisite. Filet Mignon Sammie and Uncrustables in a lunchbox had so much character. In perfect Castaway fashion, we got a lovely "dinner and a show" when ordering drinks such as Tiffany Prefers Cocktails. And...the view of the cityscape was definitely everything to write home about. This is what we came for. The Green Room highlights the character of LA in so many ways. Loved it!

Echoing what everyone else has been saying - the service is SO slow. It was about 45 minutes before we were able to order our second drink and our water glasses were empty. They have so many runners bringing the drinks out but only a few servers and, from the looks of it, one bartender (on a Saturday night - what?!). The server was saying he was trying to find a manager to help out but they were nowhere to be found. Clearly management is fine with these service times since they're still making $$$. The drinks were delicious, and I loved that there were heaters on the patio (though they did get very hot at times). Our server was so kind and brought us a celebratory drink. I do wish there were more explanations with the beverages, especially for the Paid Vacation as most people will not realize you're supposed to bite into the buzz button for the tingly sensation. I would come back, but need some time for my wallet to recover first, haha!

When we walked in, we had our ID checked by the security that was sitting in the front. I was feeling a little sick so I asked the barmen if it was possible for him to make hot toddy he definitely made it happen and it tasted pretty good. The atmosphere is very relaxed. They have a few games , pool table and karaoke nights. additional games available in the back almost like a private back patio.! They also have food pop-ups and we were told that their pizza pop-up is delicious so we will definitely come back to try it out

My husband and I stopped in on a Sunday for a quick drink before a movie, and the "vibe" was non-existent. They have four TVs at the bar, but the setup was bizarre, two were completely off and another was just frozen on a directory logo. The biggest issue, however, is the cleanliness--or lack thereof. The place is incredibly dirty. It feels like it hasn't had a deep clean in weeks, maybe longer. The bar top was disgusting, the floors were grimy, and even the woodwork looked like it hadn't seen a rag since opening day. They are charging $17 for "signature cocktails," which is bold for a spot that feels like a neglected dive bar. If you're going to charge premium prices, you have to at least wipe down the countertops. Service-wise, the bartender was friendly enough but low energy and minimal level of service. To make matters worse, a shift change happened while we were there, and the departing bartender made us close out our check and start a brand-new one with the next person. Why should the staff's administrative hand-off be the customer's issue? It's just unprofessional. The Valley has so many actual dive bars with character and plenty of high-end spots for a great cocktail; I'm not sure where this place is trying to fit in. It feels like someone bought it and just stopped caring. We won't be back.

The outside garden patio is so lovely but because of the heat, we sat inside. Very attentive service by our friendly waiter. Cocktails were tasty! We shared the Buratta appetizer as well as stuffed squash blossoms and we both had the scampi with a side of pasta. Everything was delicious with generous portions! We were too full for dessert, but I received a birthday pistachio ice cream, heavenly. We were there on Tuesday and we had a 6 o'clock reservation. By 6:45, the restaurant was packed.
