This is their Kirby location. It's inside an old remodeled house so it's a fairly cool atmosphere when compared to their locations in new buildings. The drinks are tasty if not slightly overpriced. Made sure to decrease the sugar and double up on the matcha for the matcha squared drink. You get what you pay for; a nicely designed cup with a very aesthetic and millennial friendly and Instagrammy look.
I thought this place was very cute! Definitely aesthetically pleasing, clean, and branded to a T. Definitely a high volume location; gets a lot of foot traffic and parking is terrible but the matcha was good. I love a good creamy, matcha potent latte and this was that! I was a little disappointed about the lack of banana flavor but I would give this place another try and ask for extra next time.

Parking is horrible. There is maybe 4-5 slots in its smaller parking lot and the rest is residential street parking. The main road has continuous traffic and there were some blocks on the street preventing patrons from parking there. Once inside, the tone changed. It was quiet, very clean, and included friendly service. They have some patio tables located outside as well as a few inside. I ordered the Lavender Bloom Matcha Latte with a shot of espresso, and a Butterfly Matcha Latte. I loved the Lavander bloom a lot more. The sweetness is subtle and the espresso shot gave a good wake up kick. If in a pinch, I would visit their sister locations just to minimize dealing with the traffic but overall an okay experience.

Anyway they have mostly indoor seating and a little outdoor seating. I think its best to order your bev and pick it up.

It is not sweet, has an earthy taste, I liked the hint of salt, and enjoyed the strawberry. I'm happy I tried it and the proceeds are going to a great cause. However, matcha is not for me or maybe I needed to add a flavor. I enjoyed the atmosphere and the friendly service. I will try this coffee shop again, but a different location due to the parking.

We weren't greeted upon arrival, and the space didn't feel welcoming. The location was visibly unclean, and essentials like napkins and silverware were not available Unfortunately, it no longer has the warmth or quality I once enjoyed.
La La Land Kind Cafe has such a vibrant esthetic and unique beverages. Working remotely we occasionally have to go in office and on this day a coworker came with coffee/tea for the team. I had their Strawberry Fields Matcha Latte and it was delightful. Everyone else enjoyed their beverages as well. Great treat for us remote workers coming in office for the day lol.

Parking was atrocious as is to be expected in this area of Houston. The ladies behind the counter looked like they were working very quickly to put out all of the orders, but may have been overwhelmed. Some drinks were partially filled, and I observed a customer asking for more in their drink. It also seems like no one's picking up trash. Receipts, tons of old spills that have never been cleaned up. Also not a strike against them but either their online ordering system is way efficient or people just forgot about their drinks? I saw drinks sitting there in the entire time while I was waiting (20 minutes) with condensation just soaking the receipt. Blueberry muffin was basic. The La La Latte was delicious! My daughter also loved her strawberry cooler. I may try another location in the future.
I've always heard about Lala Land but never knew where until I realized it's down the street from the restaurant my company owns! I'm so glad it's nearby because I am a matcha fan! The first time I came here was during the Rodeo needing a mid-day pick-me-up before going out for dinner. They were getting ready to close up for the day but luckily we still had about their last hour before they were closing up. I ordered their banana cold foam matcha iced and my fiance got a strawberry fields matcha drink. I LOVE their banana cold foam, not a crazy banana taste but you definitely smell it! It's not overlly sweet either which was perfect for me! I've been back about 2 more times now and still can't stop ordering the banana cold foam. I did try their Strawberrys and matcha cloud which was delicious- just fresh strawberry fruits and a matcha foam which goes so perfect together! My fiance's new favorite is their French toast matcha.

I've visited this location twice. I can't remember what I ordered on my first visit, but on my second visit I tried the Cookies N Dream Latte and the Upside Down Latte. Both were delicious, and the service was great. The only downside is the parking. The lot is pretty small, and since the shop is located in a residential neighborhood finding a parking spot can be a little difficult. Regardless it's still worth the stop and if not this location then I'd definitely recommend trying another location. The ambiance is really nice. There are a few chairs and tables available if you want to study, sit and enjoy your drink, or wait for your order. There's also some standing room available. The inside of this location isn't super spacious, but it doesn't feel crowded or uncomfortable. Overall, I enjoyed both visits and would most definitely go back for another visit. read more
Great place to grab a latte while supporting a concept centered on spreading positivity and kindness. I ordered the iced La La Latte, and the La La Cloud made it incredibly smooth, creamy, and delicious. The café itself is cozy, though seating inside is limited, so I enjoyed my drink on the outdoor patio. I'd say with this Texas weather adding more indoor seating would make the experience better. The baristas were warm, welcoming, and greeted everyone with a smile, which added to the positive atmosphere. They also have some really cute merchandise available if you're looking to take a little piece of the experience home. If you're in the area and looking for a quality coffee in an uplifting environment, this spot is definitely worth a visit! read more

La La Land Kind Cafe truly lives up to the hype. My friend and I had a wonderful time! We placed a mobile order because I had read online that the place could be super busy (we were going on a Sunday morning). I was able to download the app, choose my pickup location, and schedule our order for when we expected to arrive. It was a seamless process! The parking situation at this location is a bit tricky, but nothing out of the ordinary for someplace more downtown. I ended up parking in a CVS parking lot and walking about five minutes to the cafe. There's also some street parking available and other lots to consider. Not impossible, but not as easy as in the suburbs. Parking at CVS worked out really well for us because the weather was great which made the short walk very enjoyable. Once we arrived to La La Land Kind Cafe, I was immediately charmed by the sweet decorations and sunny vibe. Our mobile order was ready and waiting for us so we just grabbed our items from the pickup counter! I'd highly recommend placing a mobile order. The line wasn't terribly long, but walking in and not having to wait at all was pretty cool. The indoor seating is relatively limited. The space is small but cozy. My friend and I ended up sitting outside on the small patio. As I mentioned, the weather was perfect so we were quite comfortable. We were originally enticed by the Disney collaboration going on at La La Land Kind Cafe. We're both huge Disney fans, so the collab was really exciting! I ordered the kids meal that is part of the Disney promotion. The meal came with a drink, toast of my choosing, an adorable mini tote bag, and a Disney Munchling toy. All for only $10! Well worth it, imo! The kids drink I chose was essentially strawberry milk but omg did I enjoy it! I got the avocado toast with egg and it was the perfect portion. The adult avocado toast seemed to be around twice the size. All the Disney touches and merch were so darling. I'm so glad we got to experience the collab. I couldn't go to a new cafe without trying their matcha, though. I ended up ordering the Butterfly Matcha and it was very good. However, my friend ordered the World's Best Vanilla Matcha and we both agreed that hers was better. The Butterfly Matcha looked super cool tho! Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and I will absolutely be visiting again and again! Yummy food, fabulous drinks, and positive vibes? Count me in! read more

Coffee was hands down amazing. My iced banana cloud latte has 3 shots of espresso and worth every penny. I will say parking is a bit of a hassle and I did not see a drive thru option. Overall if your in the area make a pit stop to give them a try. read more

Been pretty good so far. Sometimes it's a miss but that's always depending on the worker. Sometimes it's a little too milky. They definitely put way too much ice though. I'm paying 8 dollars for 90% ice 5% matcha or espresso and 5% milk. The heart straws and cups are cute, but the font and designs are hella outdated. It still looks like it's in 2020. And it's sweet they wanna be super positive but when they tell random people I love you it feels kinda funny lol. Workers are always nice and they look pretty diverse. But the customers are always so ignorant read more
The staff was really nice. The line did move pretty slow and the drinks took a lot of waiting to receive. The parking is a little bit insane. There is a small lot that fits about 4 cars and you can double park but I can see how that becomes a nightmare at times. The drinks are good but very sweet and creamy so it's more for sweet coffee lovers. The shop is very cute and quite spacious. The way everything is themed is very cute. This was my first visit at this location. I came on a Friday early morning at opening. Parking lot is very tiny but I was anticipating this after reading other reviews and found street parking. Keep in mind to avoid blocking any resident's driveway! It was very clean, bright and welcoming inside with decent amount of sitting areas. They had a merch line along the wall and I liked the stack of cups decor at the coffee counter. The employee was very kind & helpful in her recs. I ended up getting one of the Valentine's Day special, iced Strawberry Shortcake Latte with oatmilk. The price was little over $8 which is pricier than my typical coffee run but I like to come to LaLa for a special treat once in a while and been wanting to check out this location. read more

parking is hard to find here. but once you do the ambiance is very similar to other la la lands, clean and white in the inside with lots of lighting. just like other places their welcome ins and bye i/we love yous are a sweet change of pace. their drinks and pastries are very good! one of the best coffee shops in town. read more

The banana cloud matcha here is so refreshing and yummy! Even if you're not a big banana person, the flavor isn't too overpowering and you still get a good bit of the matcha taste with just a hint of banana. I absolutely love LalaLand. It's so cheery, bright and always so positive in here. You'll fit right in! read more
At first I was very much skeptical of paying $9-10 dollars for a cup of coffee/matcha but after trying the Keith Lee matcha as well as the perfect latte I believe I have been swayed. Would recommend parking on the street over. read more

La La land is honestly one of the best coffee shops in my opinion. The vibe in here is so happy and cute and the drinks are delicious. I feel like I've never had a bad drink here. The outside is set up super cute and the baristas are nice! I love getting different drinks here. I've tried the lavender bloom with oat milk, la la latte, and their holiday drinks and they always slap. I will say they're on the sweeter side for sure but you can't go wrong with any of the drink choices! read more

La La Land is one of my favorite places to go for matcha! The service is so sweet. Honestly - if you're ever feeling sad or going through a breakup, come to la la land! The staff will call you gorgeous and tell you they love you. No exaggeration! But honestly - the drinks here are always delicious. I typically order the butterfly pea matcha, but today I opted for the banana top matcha latte which was delicious as well. Their matcha is never too sweet for me, and is the perfect afternoon pick-me-up. I remember the coffee here being good as well, but will need to try again to confirm. I also really adore their decor. The pastel yellow and white theme really makes me so happy whenever I walk into one of these cafes. It's truly a very aesthetic cafe. La La Land continues to be one of my favorite cafe chains! read more

Was so excited to try La La Land as I was visiting Houston and have bought their matcha powder online. Pros- the best matcha ever. Had the banana cloud- soooo good and the carrot cake also good. Cons- parking kinda sucks but the staff was kinda rude- didn't even ask what size drink I wanted and seemed to just hurry me up, even though there was no one behind me. read more
