Penne Chicken Pesto (5/5) Penne ala Russa (5/5) Both pastas were so delicious, basically melted in your mouth.

Overall, it was a great experience. The ambiance is cool, calm and collected. Seems to be going through construction unless the floorboards were just peeling. Service was excellent, they always made sure our water was full and checked on us frequently! Food was delicious, we pretty much loved everything besides the salad because it was drenched for what seemed to be covering the bad lettuce. Would definitely return as I was visiting from out of state and pleased when I found this place on social media and browsing Yelp!

Great stop in for lunch. Dinner menu also available if you ask. -Pappardelle w/ bolognese was ok, I think the sauce was on the sweet side. - Pesto farfalle (bow tie) with breaded chicken was delicious. - Garlic bread, average at best. Not sure why all of the reviews love it. Not fresh garlic or roasted garlic. My cheap Lawrys spread at home is better. - Service was excellent by the Hispanic gentleman that helped us. - Beautiful clean decor inside.

We were strolling Scottsdale and found this intriguing looking Italian looking restaurants so we gave it a try. Seated quickly and gave our drink order. Chance to pursue the menu with classic Italian dishes. Shared the Caesar salad with really rich dressing with the right notes of anchovies. I had the papardel with veal ragu. Really tasty. Nice wine selection and reasonably price. Sam was a great waiter. Would definitely go back.

Fabulous Italian restaurant in Scottsdale that's casual but serving up some stellar Italian food and drinks. Like others, I found this restaurant watching reels/foodie videos from Matt from the Bachelor. He made it look so good that I had to stop in. I love a saucy pasta and garlic bread combo so I knew this place had to be good. The restaurant itself is very unassuming and off the main drag. You can't really see it from the busy Main Street so definitely use your GPS or you'll miss it. Signage was clear and plenty of street parking once we found it. I made a reservation so it was easy in and we were seated immediately. You don't necessarily need a reservation from what I could tell but on a Friday night this spot was 80% full so still wouldn't hurt. Service was great. Our waiter was attentive and the bus boys worked hard making sure our glasses were filled and plates cleared regularly. The staff give family vibes and I was very happy with the service. The menu was great, I was impressed. Plenty of appetizers, salads, pastas, and mains. We all agreed it was hard to pick what to get as everything sounded really good. That's always a good problem to have in my books. The food was exceptional and easily 5 stars. Between four women we all loved our dishes and we all ordered pretty different types of dishes. We devoured our plates and everyone raved about the food. I had the pesto chicken pasta and it was creamy and delicious. Such good flavor. Would definitely recommend if you love a creamy pesto. I tried the ravioli dish and while plain, it was good - traditional. The garlic bread was a home run. Loved dipping it in my leftover sauce and omg so tasty. I also had one of the best "simple" cocktails I've had in a while. I highly recommend you get the limoncello margarita. It was sweet, refreshing, and strong. I'm obsessed with how good it tasted. Presentation could have used a little work - it was dull - needed a preserved lemon slice or wedge but honestly it was so good it made up for the lack of sparkle. If you are in Scottsdale and looking for a casual but delicious Italian restaurant this one is a must! Everything was five stars from the ambiance, to the staff, the menu and the food/drinks were stellar. Would definitely come back.

I really wanted to love this place! It has a niche classy Italian hole in the wall vibe, but I wasn't feeling too optimistic walking in on a Saturday night at 6 PM and there was only one other table in the entire restaurant with people dining. The staff was fine, the younger boy bringing water was on top of his game. But unfortunately, the food missed the mark. I asked for my chicken Parmesan with light sauce, I even made sure he heard me. But unfortunately it came out with extra extra sauce. (+ The tomato sauce had quite an acidic taste.) When I asked if there was a way to get a dish with less sauce, he said yes I'll take it to the back and scrape some off. Yikes! The calamari was very chewy and lacked flavor. Garlic bread basket was the only winner, light and fresh tasting. Maybe we came on an off night but I don't think we'll be returning.

This is by far one of my favorite places to eat in Arizona my guy friend originally showed it to me and I showed it to another guy friend and we both became obsessed. We were running late and could tell they were cleaning up so we felt bad and were about to leave and he said no it's ok please sit down. Rafael served us and we had the most amazing food everytime I come here the service is amazing and the food is delicious and he was so nice to let us stay even though it was late I love this place so much I will forever keep coming back thank you Rafael

Matt James from the Bachelor made a video recommending this spot, so I had to try it! My friend and I ordered the Garlic Bread as an appetizer to split and then I ordered the Papparadelle Bolognese. The garlic bread was amazing! I'm not normally one to get it as an appetizer, but it was a great choice! The pappardelle was delicious as well! It was a perfect portion size and very tasty. I enjoyed the ambiance of the restaurant as well. It was dimly lit, which made the energy very calm.

I Ubered but I saw that there was a good amount of parking as I walked in. Ambiance (3.5/5): A small but homey winery. You're not in wine country, so you won't have scenic views, but it is a nice place to have some wine. We sat at some high tops close to the bar. Service (4/5): Friendly service. If you're doing a wine tasting, they'll tell you a little bit about each wine. Food (N/A): We were on a liquid diet during this visit. Drinks (4/5): The Wine Collective participates in the Scottsdale Wine Walk along with five other wineries in Old Town. You can get a passport at any of the locations for $5 and then you'll receive a discount off of flights at each. You also get a stamp upon completing your mission at each spot. They only had one passport left, so luckily I was able to start the challenge. They have several different flights, more than just your standard red or white, including one where they will customize the flight based on your preferences. Pretty awesome and not something I see at a lot of wineries. All of the wines we sampled were solid. I'd return! Now I just need to complete the Wine Walk. It's a tough job but somebody's gotta do it!

The hostess was very friendly and led us back to the community table near the bar. Our server/bartender was busy at the bar and taking orders. No smile, a no- nonsense personality which is fine, just not friendly at all. My husband and friend decided to do beer flights. They enjoyed except for one of the beers they said had no flavor. I opted for a Tito's dirty martini which is my favorite drink. They enjoyed the beer flights but unfortunately when my martini was delivered, I swore the glass hadn't been properly washed as it had a sweet, coffee taste. I let our server know and she immediately took it and said she would make another which was great. I did see her grab a new glass. Unfortunately the new martini tasted exactly the same. Almost like a terrible espresso martini with olive juice. It was not drinkable. Either she didn't know how to make a dirty martini or the olive juice or vermouth went bad. I couldn't stomach the drink and felt nauseous so left it. We ordered a Chef's Board. Cheese selections, plus pepperoni, salami, prosciutto, mixed nuts & fruits, olives and fig jam. They missed the nuts, fruit and olives. The meat and cheese were good but it was a basic board. We should have ordered the pizza instead as everyone around us had a pizza and it smelled delicious. Our first visit was not the best experience, however, we may give it another try and check out the pizza instead.

From happy hours, brunches,…read morelate night snacks, and even our first date, we have been to every Position location in the Greater Phoenix area. The taste of food is great, the locations are convenient, and there are some great deals and promotions. We went this weekend to Postino Arcadia for a date night, and like usual, we were quite impressed! We made a reservation in advance on their website, and we were able to sit down without any wait. The host and serving staff were all very helpful and considerate. Being 6:30 PM on a Friday evening, we didn't know if we should expect it to be very busy or quite empty (as it was summertime). It turned out to be moderately busy, and we found a self-parking spot right away in the parking lot. There were more open spots when we arrived than when we left. There are valet options in addition to the self-parking though (but we didn't need them). We met one of the servers and asked for recommendations as we were craving a bruschetta board (four toasts each cut into four pieces) along with a grilled cheese with tomato soup. We knew three of the four bruschetta options we were going to choose but struggled choosing the last one, so the server offered to bring us the one we don't choose to try. We also didn't want bacon on the grilled cheese and asked about a meat substitute. While there was a charge for any additional substitute, we just decided we didn't need the meat in the first place with the bruschetta coming, too. The food was all delicious as usual and arrived rather quickly. We don't know how this location's food and service could be any better! We have signed up for the ePosse and have enjoyed receiving birthday promotions including a free dessert as well as something special for our Postino anniversary. Or instead of Postino, it can be used at other Upward Projects restaurants including Windsor, Federal Pizza, or Joyride Taco. Happy hours are also great daily until 5 PM with $6 wine by the glass or pitchers of beer. On Monday and Tuesday evenings after 8 PM, you can order a full bottle of wine and a bruschetta board for only $25. We love Postino and will be back!!
