This is the first time we have ordered from your restaurant and I will Never order again. At a time when we are reluctant to dine in, we still want to support restaurants and are picky about where we order. I ordered a Nouveau Breakfast. My family ordered other dishes which were also bad but I will focus on one for this review. The picture of their Nouveau Breakfast versus what I received were starkly different. Your staff should have Never used black avocado on my toast. First it was skimpy in serving and way over ripe. I wasn't able to eat it AT ALL. Additionally, there was no bacon. Shame on you for thinking that it was acceptable to charge me for garbage. You wouldn't eat black Avocado crap On your toast so don't serve it. Food is good like always, but the staff is not very welcoming or helpful. Going in, it is a little confusing on how to order you food and the staff doesn't say anything or correct you until you're done speaking. I went in to this cafe not knowing what to expect, but when I walked in I was greeted with hospitality and kind faces. The girl working at the register was so sweet and helpful. I ended up staying for hours and indulging in delicious food. The girl at the register ended up helping me for most of my visit. Big disappointment. Not worth the money. I recommend you go to a Panera bread or Cheesecake Factory instead. We tried a variety of dishes and sadly I don't have anything good to say. The food is disappointing. If your courageous and want to try this establishment stay away from the following: Caesar Salad - server pulled out a bag of vacuum packaged iceberg lettuce. Opened it and poured it into the tray. Put some on a plate with literally 2 croutons and a spoonful of dressing that was 100% from a jar. Almost $8 for a large salad that wasn't large at all. Cheesecake Factory and Panera 100 times better. Tomato Soup - ordered a bowl and it was not edible. Sour and salty. Kids took one spoonful and left the entire bowl. Chicken Salad on a Croissant- Croissant was tasty. Chicken was definitely the canned kind of with some mayo added. Pesto Penne - a plate overfilled with watered down pesto sauce. read more

This was our first visit to a la madeleine so did not know how the ordering process worked which very obviously annoyed the person behind the counter. I swear she rolled her eyes at one point at my 85 yr old mother who was as confused as I was. I later noted she charged me $4 something for side of fruit when menu said side of fruit was only $1.49 with a breakfast plate. Food was just so so, galette was over-cooked and hard, sausages were under-cooked, gray, not browned. No butter provided, had to try and get someone's attention for it. Just overall a bad experience. THEN Charged me me for correct order stating my refund for incorrect order will be processed some time. If I didn't have company ready for lunch I would tell them to piss off. Will never come Back. I called restaurant and spoke to Randy who allegedly refunded the price of the dinner. This happened July 11, 2020 and to date no refund had appeared on my credit card. My experiences here have mostly been amazing with great customer service. However, the past 2 times I have been here (during non rush hours), I would be waiting at the bakery counter with no assistance or acknowledgement of my presence for at least 5-10 minutes while the employees ignored me. Other customers had to come in before they even helped me and it was even more disappointing to see them instantly help the people behind me, I love the food here, but if this is going to continue, it's not worth my time. read more

I tried this restaurant today, and I have to say that I absolutely enjoyed the food and service. I placed my order over the phone and it only took them about 15 minutes to have everything ready for ms, I wasn't waiting long in my car for them to come and give me the food :-) everything tasted delicious. read more

What happened to La Madeline??? It used to be so much better... The chicken caesar salad is absolutely terrible! Who wants cold, boiled chicken?? It used to come with warm, roasted chicken that was much more flavorful. Also, the atmosphere is not what it once was - now it's brightly lit with poor presentation. Will not return. read more

I will give the location 4 stars because of the situation. After taking my dog to get her nails clipped I decided to take the extra time to drive out of town (Aubrey) to one of the closest La Madeline's that we have in the area roughly 30 minutes away. That does not include traffic. I get to the establishment, was offered help right away in a cleanly environment, and after placing the order sat down while enjoying the mellow music provided overhead. The kind women who took my order even walked over to hand me my order instead of just yelling out that it was ready. To my dismay after getting back to the house washing my dog, and a plethora of other activities, I'm missing half of my order. I was livid, pissed at myself that I didn't check the bag but also infuriated because I shouldn't have too. I now have to drive during rush hour traffic to get something that should've been placed in my bag in the first place. So I call to make sure that I don't have any issues when I arrive. What happened next made up for the one thing that could've ruined my entire experience. The gentleman who answered was extremely empathetic to my situation. He explained the issue and was thoroughly invested in righting the mar of an otherwise wonderful visit. Unfortunately I was unable to get the young mans name. However I want to make perfectly clear that he was an absolute delight and deserves a raise the way he takes care of his customers. To anyone reading this lengthy review, don't hesitate to visit this location. On the rare chance something of this nature happens to you, rest assured that they will do everything in their power to make it right! read more

I believe in second chances....so tried this location again. Staff behind the counters were too busy goofing off to notice when customers arrive. They were tickling each other and acting inappropriately. This location is loud and not relaxing between the loud music, kitchen noises echoing and the staff. read more

We ordered a Chicken Riviera sandwich and asked for no bacon. Of course, it came with bacon. I sent it back and asked that it be remade. I was watching through the opening that they have into the kitchen, and like I expected, they just removed the bacon and put the plate back in the window to be served. I told them again, that I wanted it remade, not just removed. They assured me that it was, even the manager came out and said that it was. Please tell me how that can happen, while I'm watching, and neither of the food preparers moved from their huddled position at the counter?? Ordered 4 items on the catering menu. Portions not enough to feed the 10 people menu states. Called and spoke to the manager, had to return to the store and purchase more food. The Soup For The Group only filled 6 bowls after I placed my own sliced baguette in each bowl. They didn't send enough cheese to top soup with. The sliced baguette that was sent was all broken. Another item we had to purchase more of. The spinach salad was only enough for 5-6. Again, menu stated 10. Ended up paying $300. Way more than I had anticipated. The service here is horrible. Ordered salad. Cashier took my order and asked for my name. I waited 30 ms. I then asked and they said it was in the door dash pick up. The cashoer never said anything to let me know it was ready. I ordered a quiche to go and picked out the one i wanted. Manager gave the one i picked out to another customer. Got home, They had put in a piece of coconut, which was very good, but unfortunately forgot the chocolate which we paid for. The potato soup was not very good. The Quiche Florentine was not very good. This used to be a great place to eat. Oops, that was the one in Dallas. There was very little or no seasoning.
