Happy with our purchase! We have had a Chattaman & Wells mattress before and loved how comfortable it is. They also have such a wonderful craftsmanship. We found Carlos at the LA Mattress in Glendale. He was wonderful to work with. He was informative but also gave us space to try out the mattress uninterrupted. We are excited about our mattress. Come visit Jeff. He's the king of deals, and out of the three mattresses places we came back to Mattress Connection because we felt Jeff wasn't sketchy. Honest guy with honest opinions, no oversell and good deals. We ended up with a BeautyRest Platinum, got free delivery and set up plus labor day sale free box spring. We really like the 100 day guarantee where we can return anything with no restocking fee, no hidden fees. No other place was able to do that which is good to know!! He price matched no question asked. If you are shopping for mattresses and don't like the run around, this is your place. I take back all my reviews... This place is amazing when you are buying but the min you need to use the warranty they ignore you. I explained my situation and said that I needed a firm and supportive mattress. He took us to a few beds to try. We even tried the expensive Tempur-pedic mattress. That didn't work for me as it was too soft. We ended up between two more traditional styles and I ended up with the Airloom. Adis was very patient and explained the pros and cons of each mattress for us. I didn't feel rushed or pressured. In the end, we made up our own minds and feel we got the best one for us. He was able to work with us a little on the price and we made our purchase. He told us a week to 10 days for delivery and it was exactly that. We had the mattress delivered this morning and the delivery guys were great. They even fixed a broken bit on our frame. I have to say that the new mattress is so great. We are loving it. Despite that, I gave very clear and specific instructions: a red rose, wrapped with black trim, gold-sprayed leaves, and baby's breath. On the day of pickup, I called to confirm the order was ready and was met with rudeness over the phone. When I arrived and saw the boutonniere, I was completely disappointed -- there was no baby's breath. When I asked about it, I was told, "Oh, I didn't put it. I thought what I added looked more elegant." Imagine paying for something and having someone change your order based on their personal preference. That is unacceptable. I had to firmly express my concerns and insist that it be corrected to match what we originally discussed and ordered. While I waited for it to be fixed, it was frustrating to say the least. Instead of baby's breath, she added small yellow flowers that would have completely clashed with his suit and the color theme of his party. Thank goodness this was not our wedding day -- the outcome could have been an absolute disaster. I'm sharing this so others are aware: double-check your order before leaving. I…read morecame home from work to water my front yard and saw a bright spot with lots of purples and lavenders from the corner of my eye. The extremely thoughtful delivery person decided that the bright sun of my porch was a bad place for fresh flowers and placed the vase under the protective leaves of my philodendron plant in a shady spot. It meant the world to me and the person who sent them to me from far away. The bouquet was beautiful, and I still have it almost 1 week later. I will definitely be placing any future orders with them even though I am in Burbank.

I know people sometimes just give 5 stars to give 5 stars when the place does not deserve 5 stars, BUT believe me this place deserves 5 stars and if you want to get a good deal and friendly service then come to this place for your mattress!!! :) I bought my mattress from there a month ago and not only is my mattress really good, but they found me the best mattress at my budget that I gave them! They gave me a great deal! The owner Joann happened to be there on the day that I went and I have to say she was REALLY nice and had no problem helping me and meeting my budget! I had such a wonderful experience at mattress connection, far better than my experience at sit n sleep which will be my next review. Jeff helped me find the perfect mattress for me which cost about $100 less than what sit n sleep wanted to charge. Jeff is a really nice and helpful person, not the typical sales guy who is just after your money. And the delivery was great too, they guys were in and out in like 5 minutes flat, bringing the mattress and box spring upstairs, taking my old mattress and box spring downstairs, and before I new it, my new bed was all set up. If you are looking for top of the line quality mattresses then look no further. The price for each mattress beats all surrounding businesses that sell the same brand mattresses. For some reason other store charge up to 200 hundred or 300 more on the same mattress that Mc mattress connection has. For example if sears across the street is selling a mattress for 1500 over here the price for same mattress would be 1200. Javier is really experienced and knows what he is doing so if you go to this store definitely ask for him.also, finding a good pillow may be hard at times to find the right one, but over here there is a great selection to choose from really good pillows to choose from. read more

What impressed me most was his encouragement to do further research based on the insights he shared. I just moved here from FL and needed a bed to be delivered the next day. Went to all the mattress stores on Central Ave. and Mattress Connection was the most helpful. The store manager and owner was very friendly. He asked all the right questions and was very knowledgeable of his products. He offered me a discounted floor model at 40% savings and included the bed frame for free and delivered the next morning promptly at 10am just as promised. The delivery team was also very friendly and set up the bed for me in 5 min. I had the rest of the day to do what I needed. I would highly recommend Mattress Connection. read more

Just purchased a mattress set, another mattress for the guest room, and a California King box spring to replace our worn out one. I was met with a friendly greeting from the salesperson (Omar) and we proceeded to discuss the bedding style and sizes we were interested in purchasing. Amazing staff!!! Javier was very nice while we took our time looking for a new mattress for my kid. He showed us all of the options within our price range, and patiently waited for all of the possibilities to be tested, several times over. He even wanted to make sure that we were happy before we finalized all the paperwork, just to make sure we were getting what we truly wanted. Javier is an excellent mattress sales person. I told him what I wanted and got exactly that with next day on time delivery. I bought my new bed in March 2018 and it's now May 2018. I had over an amazing month of sleep in my Mattress Connection from Glendale bed and counting. This store's customer service was exceptional. I had all my questions answered, and had no problem whatsoever. While shopping another person had came in whom said he was in some sort of predicament but within minutes Javier had helped him sort his problem and as well as his questions regarding mattresses and frames. Excellent service from Jeff. He gave me detailed explanations of the different frames and mattresses, and even had a cross section display of mattresses. The other 3 places I went to did no such thing. He gave me the best price, and the best quality of product.
