I purchased my new Entegra from La Mesa in Sacramento. While driving between Tucson and Phoenix a passing truck side swiped me taking off the slide awnings. The sevice department in Phoenix ordered my parts and fixed me up along with some warranty issues in a timely manner noting my "have to go by" dates. I'm from TX and called them as soon as business opened and didnt realize the time difference, but Josh was awesome! He even responded while on vacation. David stepped in while Josh was on vacation and had everything prepared for an easy transaction as I had a trade in to swap for my new van. All was done but the signing of paperwork. He even had a welcome sign printed with our family name sitting in front of our new RV waiting for our picture to be taken. They sent me my starter kit via mail when I ran off and left it. Avoid the service department at all costs. I paid almost $600 for a 12V electrical diagnosis; they replaced a random fuse that had nothing to do with the issue and ignored an active water leak sitting right over my main electrical bus bar. They missed the actual problem (a failed relay and corroded bus bar) because they never bothered to look in the correct compartment. When I proved the issue wasn't fixed, management (Jon) tried to charge me even more. I had to pay an independent shop to fix their negligence. They are happy to take your money but clearly lack the expertise to work on modern RV electrical systems. read more

I bought an Entegra class A motorhome and I am sorry I did! Trying get help with this POS has been a PITA! Here are a few of the problems I have had. 1. The smog sticker to get it smoged in California is no place to be seen from the hood area. 2. One of the hood latches just fell off driving down the road. 3. The only placce you can get this worked on is at an Entegra dealer. I was never told this and the nearest dealer is 200 mikes away! 4. With the widows opened behind the TV the bars that hold open the windows sticks out so far that when you raise up the TV they get caught and break off!!!! 5, A light cover fell off while it was sitting in my driveway. 6 Trying to get help from the factory has been a PITA!! They blame ford and ford blames them! There is more but there is not enough room on this page to list all the other crap with this unit!!! read more

Update. We have brought the RV into their Mesa location to get the shade fixed. Knowing that the shade was malfunctioning no parts were ordered. So our first trip will be taken without the privacy of a window shade. We were supposed to hear from them to let us know if they are going to order the parts but it's been crickets. Kudos to Mesa PD for not issuing me a ticket for the reverse lights not working. The silver lining is that they are going to fix them whenever the shade comes in. Again, we are guessing was ordered because no one has followed up with us to let us know if that was even approved to be replaced. Customer service is definitely lacking. I don't understand how difficult is it to reach out to your customers to let them know what the plan is. Why do I have to always call? La Mesa please do better. We could have walked away from this completely happy if you would simply have fixed this the week you had it before pick. Check the RV lights before you send it out on the road. Most importantly communicate with your customers. read more

Bought a 2023 unit here in June. Still in shop. No DL plates. And nobody will accept or return my calls.

Why a 1 star? Because I cannot give a minus 10. And this only part of the problem. The good: the service was great from start to pickup. They negotiated a good deal and gave me a break on the warranty cost. I purchased it on Feb 1 and picked it up Feb 5. Of importance: the salesman had told me I had a 15-day drive-away warranty that would take care of anything that happened in that time. The warranty was to start on when I picked it up. Before I purchased the RV at , I asked if I could have an inspector come in. They showed me a blank pre-delivery inspection (PDI) sheet and confirmed that they check everything the inspector checks, so - stupid me - I believed them and did not have it inspected. Hell Begins: On Feb 7, I rolled down the window and heard cracking noises. It did not roll back up. I texted the salesman & advised of this and that there was a "growing list of things that need taken care of," let them know that I was 4 hours away & asked them to find a place and call and alert them that I was coming. I learned after driving another hour away that they simply Googled some places and gave me a location. Upon arrival I was told the service department was closed on Sunday. The nearest place was Tucson. When I called LaMesa back, they apologized, called their location in Tucson, and I drove there. Of note: before they sent me to the other place, I told them that I would go to Tucson if I needed to, but they instructed me to go the opposite direction. *I again asked for the PDI, which I did not receive. The staff at Tucson was great, but could not fix the window, so they did what they could. Because it was late, I stayed the night in Tucson with plans to return to Phoenix. On the 8th, I texted he salesman again, advising of the items needing repaired. I mentioned several times that I had a hard deadline to leave Phoenix Feb 10, and was assured they would have it done. I got there and, even though they knew I was coming, it took them an hour of bouncing me around to get my RV in. At 5:00 James LeMaster told me they could not get it fixed until maybe as late as noon the next day, so they paid for a hotel. I called at 10:00 the next morning and it turns out it was fixed by 5:30 THE NIGHT BEFORE, but James did not bother to call me, even though he knew the importance of my leaving. After leaving on the 10th, I began to notice they had not fixed a number of things, so I texted James from the road that evening. He said he never received the list from the salesman and finally allowed that when I arrived at my destination to find someone to fix the items on my list. *I again asked James to send me the PDI. I arrived to my destination Feb 13. By March 16, all hell broke loose. * A major leak was found under the sink. * A bad motherboard in my fridge. * A bad faucet in the bathroom and in the kitchen. * A leak in one of the skylights. I contacted James advising of the problems and asking for information. No reply until I texted back and told him I got in touch with the warranty company. When I called the warranty company, they said everything should be covered and to go ahead and have someone come look at it to start the claim. *I again, asked James for the PDI. I have been waiting since then to have the claim approved. My repairman who came to look at the damage said two important things: 1. They could not have done a pre-delivery inspection or they would have found all these problems. 2. All of these problems were pre-existing. Today, my repairman advised that there is a problem with the warranty: they are not approving it yet because there are only about 2,000 miles on the RV since it was purchased and it has been red-flagged and sent up the chain of command for review. I have no idea what is next, but I can only assume it will be a fight with either the warranty company or LaMesa. Since the original review was posted, another list of problems have arisen, including: * A crack (soon to be hole) in the roof * The rod on the shade above the slide is broken * A cracked skylight that started leaking. Do yourself a favor: DO NOT go to LaMesa RV. They will sell you trash and smile while they are doing it. read more

BEWARE! In March 2026, I purchased an RV from LaMesa RV. During the finance process we agreed to purchase several extended warranty packages. We specifically declined the ceramic package because we did not want to pay the $7,000. The finance manager assured us that he would include the ceramic protection package and a 60 month warranty at NO additional cost as part of the sale. Based on those representations, we completed the purchase. We also have an internal work order that documents the ceramic package as being provided at NO COST. In June 2026, we sold the RV back to LaMesa RV and requested cancellation of all warranty products. At that time we were informed that the ceramic protection package had actually been included in our contract for $7,000 and that it was not refundable. This was completely contrary to what we had been told when we signed the purchase documents. We disputed this charge immediately because we were expressly told that the ceramic package was being provided free of charge. Had we known it was being financed as a $7,000 product we never would have agreed to it. The internal work order further demonstrates that we were mislead. We believe LaMesa RV engaged in deceptive sales practices by representing a product that was free while including it as a financed , non-refundable item in our contract. Consumers should be able to rely on the representations by finance personnel during the signing process. We also want to caution other consumers to carefully review every document. Do not solely rely on a verbal assurances. Also be aware these financial personnel are on a commission basis. Our good friends bought the same RV there and their contract was 30% less than ours. Had to have our RV serviced and LeMesa RV proved to be just the best at accomodating us. We had some warranty repairs and some other repairs done. They took care of the other repairs and then the warranty repairs were taken care of. We also had repair done to our RV that was not taken care of when we purchased the RV. Chante Young was our advisor and she was wonderful, making sure we were satisfied with the results. We were very happy with the work and the attention to detail that LeMesa gave to us.
