She rolled her eyes, told me, "It's only a scoop more of the base," and acted as though I was unreasonable for simply expecting what I paid for and stood as though she expected me to just take what she gave me. Instead of correcting the order professionally, she shoved a separate container of the base toward me and continued staring at me in an intimidating and confrontational manner. To make matters worse, I had even left a tip when I paid. When I asked to speak with a manager, she rolled her eyes again and said there wasn't one there. There was no apology, no attempt to make things right, and absolutely no customer service. I spent over $35, and the entire experience was so unpleasant that it all ended up in the trash. Mistakes happen, but treating a paying customer with disrespect and hostility is unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location. Poor hiring and training decisions can cost a business loyal customers, and unfortunately, that's exactly what happened today.
