I came back same day, same hour and was refused any refund By their own printed policy I should have been allowed a refund $100 for a $27 perfume and no refund same-day is bad business. If it clearly states no refund if it's used/discontinued/rare and my item was none of those, why couldn't I get a refund or even an exchange within your own 5-day policy? When I spoke to the owners over the phone, they were very rude to me would not give me their name and hung up on me Shout out to Mia at the counter -- she was amazing and friendly.
