They even came out farther than their normal service area to get my car done. They did a fantastic job on my Prius. They even did extra things that I was not expecting for the same cost. While they were here I asked them about my son's truck doors which had some really old sticker glue on the paint job. My son had been trying to get it out for weeks using different solutions with little result. LA Mobile took care of it in less than 20 mins and the doors look brand new. I recently noticed some damage to the front panel above the passenger side tire of my brand new Honda Accord - someone apparently sideswiped my car while it was parked at a shopping center, which resulted in some paint transfer and light scratches. I was looking for an effective yet affordable solution, and since the car's body didn't have any dents or cracks, it didn't necessarily make sense to take my car to an auto body paint shop. So I started researching detailing services in the LA area, and after contacting several vendors, I settled on LA Mobile Detailing due to the high number of excellent ratings and the reasonable price I was quoted. They showed up an hour early, talked about their process, did a quick look over the scope of work and explained why I only really needed the mini-detail on the Wrangler. EDIT: I did just receive a call from the owner Arik and he was quick to resolve the problem. He even gave me a funny anecdote about the person who picked up the phone, who happened to be his mom. I can understand to an extent about the response I was given as my mother is the exact same way. English is a nasty language to be straightforward in and things do get lost in translation. I feel very conflicted writing this review because despite the low rating I'm leaving, Eddie did a phenomenal job. I believe when I made the appointment the owner picked up the phone call and he was honestly a very nice guy. He did try to up sell me a bit on the clay bar but left in the option for me to decide on the spot during my appointment. I was able to schedule an appointment in for the next day between 11:00-12:00 and Eddie arrived approximately around 11:40. One of his first comments was that it would be completely unnecessary to do the clay bar treatment as my car's paint was still in very good condition. I wasn't sure what the clay bar did but I'm thankful that Eddie was honest with me. Eddie quickly went to cleaning up the interior of the car, getting into all the nooks and crannies. He even threw in a small carpet cleaning for my trunk mat as someone had spilled maple syrup on my last road trip. He didn't have to do that but was willing to because it was a small stain and that's customer service right there. He finished up in under an hour and my car has honestly never been that clean. My audio system had whorls on them but it now looks crystal clear. The wax made my car's outer body silky smooth!! Now for the reason as to why I feel so conflicted. Despite all this there was one problem. On my gearbox is a thin piece of plastic that is not meant to be pressed on at all because it can break. That thin piece of plastic is the gear indicator as well. I suppose when he was cleaning the middle consoles he may have pressed a bit too hard. There is also now a gaping hole directly behind my shifter. When I change gears down to drive it indicates that I'm in reverse. When I called in today a lady picked up the phone and I told her my predicament. I told her the plastic may have been a bit brittle because what 10 year old car isn't? But here's the thing I've taken apart that center console many of times to install and tie in some loose wires and I've yet to have ever broken it. Her response wasn't even we're sorry, it was it's not our fault because it was old. It's like saying a glass vase is fragile, proceeds to break it and then says it wasn't their fault because it's fragile. I have never gotten so instantly irate in my life. Look I do hope Eddie and his brother's business thrives but you need someone new to pick up the phones. read more

Arik, who is the gentleman that did my vehicles showed up a little early. He was very friendly and informative. He wanted to know why I wanted the mini detail on both my vehicles as he thought one of them didn't need it all. So he wasn't trying to do useless work, which I appreciated.
