If I had one technical observation, the microfoam was just a touch thicker than what you'd typically expect in a competition-style cortado, but it never crossed into being foamy. It was still a very enjoyable thickness that gave the drink a satisfying mouthfeel while maintaining great integration with the espresso. The temperature was spot on and made the drink enjoyable from the first sip. Visually, the cortado was just as impressive. The latte art was clean and centered, the surface had a beautiful sheen, and the milk texture was free of distracting bubbles or excessive foam. The body also held together nicely throughout the drink instead of separating early, which is always something I pay attention to. The staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the café itself is spacious with a clean, comfortable atmosphere that makes you want to stay and enjoy your coffee.
