My…read moreissue is with a fitting room policy that makes absolutely no sense from a customer's perspective. I walked into the fitting room area with three shirts. The employee counted them which is completely reasonable. Then I was told I could not enter because they were not on hangers. I explained that I picked them up from the sales floor without hangers and asked for three hangers. They gave them to me but then told me I still had to place every shirt back onto the rack outside the fitting room before I could go in. So I had to hang the shirts on the rack outside the dressing room just so I could walk inside and immediately remove them again. There was no purpose to it other than creating extra work and slowing the process down. As I was leaving I watched another customer get stopped because she had not rehung her clothing before exiting. Customers are now expected to do work that fitting room attendants have always handled. Retail stores are competing with online shopping where convenience is everything. Policies like this make the in store experience slower more frustrating and less enjoyable. I hope someone at the corporate level reevaluates whether this policy is actually helping anyone because from a customer's perspective it only creates unnecessary inconvenience.

They have a decent selection of boots and hats for both children and adults. They also have a limited but impressive selection of shirts, accessories, and western wear. The customer service is excellent. The minute you walk in the door they are ready to help you find whatever you are looking for. My only disappointment is that I was expecting the prices to be at least 25% less than Cavender's. They are a little strip mall store but this does not mean they pass lower prices on to you.

I was in the store for a really long time before I was acknowledged, the sales person was just really busy on their phone. When it came time to check out, she jammed all of my purchases, five or six things, into a really tiny bag. I even walked out of the store, holding one in my hand because it didn't fit. It was just a weird interaction. I also paid in cash and was handed back a wad of rumpled cash and change, not at all the appropriate way to work a cash register.
