4++ Smallish cafe located in a somewhat walkable area of Arcadia. It looks like they primarily do pastries and coffee, but have other food items available as well. I actually just stopped by close to closing time so I wasn't able to have my food /beverage here, but the space is clean and welcoming. A spot that seems like it would be great to meet up with people and enjoy beverages/ treats together. Person helping me was very friendly and just ordered a slice of carrot cake to go. I got it to enjoy while watching a movie a little later and it was really delicious. It was also a pretty large slice! Looking forward to coming back here.
I met up with a friend here for coffee and a snack. I found the iced Café de Olla to be really delicious. It was sweet, but not too sweet with a complex flavor. For food, I had the avocado toast, which was interesting because it was on some kind of bollilo bread, very crisp on the outside, but soft and chewy on the inside. The avocado was great and the crispy pumpkin seeds added a nice crunch. It came with a small side salad, which was also delicious with fresh fruit on it. I tried the crispy cookie, and gave it to a friend later, and they really loved it. The owner's wife bakes all the goods here. There's a small parking lot out front, but also the train station is right outside, making this a great spot for commuters.
I've driven past Gokí Café countless times on my way to work and finally decided to stop in--and I'm so glad I did. For those who aren't familiar, Gokí Café draws inspiration from the flavors and traditions of Oaxaca, Mexico, which is reflected throughout the menu. You'll find everything from horchata and mazapán lattes to Oaxacan-inspired drinks, pastries, and food items. I ended up ordering the iced Horchata Latte and an oatmeal cranberry pecan cookie. One important tip: mix the latte before taking a sip. The espresso sits at the top while the milk settles at the bottom, so giving it a good stir makes all the difference. Once mixed, it was absolutely delicious. You could taste the horchata, cinnamon, and espresso all working together perfectly. It was smooth, flavorful, and definitely strong enough to get me through my morning. The oatmeal cranberry pecan cookie was equally impressive. It was soft, flavorful, and paired perfectly with the coffee. Honestly, I finished both much faster than I intended. The café itself is beautiful inside. It's clean, cozy, and thoughtfully designed. One thing I especially appreciated was the study/work area along the wall. Each seat has its own outlet nearby, which makes it a great place to bring a laptop and get some work done without fighting over charging space. The only challenge is parking. The café is located near the railroad crossing, and the parking lot is fairly small. If you arrive during a busy time, you may need to look for street parking or park nearby. Getting out can also take a little patience if a train happens to be passing and traffic begins to back up. The owners and staff were welcoming, and while English may not be their first language, they were kind, patient, and made every effort to communicate with customers. If you speak Spanish, that can definitely make things a little easier as well. Overall, this is a charming local café with unique drinks, excellent pastries, and a welcoming atmosphere. I'll definitely be back to explore more of the menu because there were so many items I wanted to try.
The order taker/servers were all very pleasant and informative. I liked the place for its simplicity and comfortable your choice of sitting. I can watch the metro roll by if I want to relax. The food has character although they could have added more meet on my ham sandwich to go with the delicious big bun, 3 thin slices instead of two and maybe a fresh leaf of spinach. I plan to go back sometime. A few people were snacking and working on their computers.

My top favorite is the Carrot Cake. By far the BEST I've had. Coffee is delicious , lots of creative choices. Latte, coffee. I always get the Goki Latte which comes with honey agave and cinnamon. My friend and I shared a chicken mole chilaquiles. Never the Red Mole, it tasted really good. Tortilla chips are crispy my friend loved it as well. The service was quick and I believe it's family owned. The owner was so kind and so patient explaining the coffee to us. The ones I still wanna try are the Oaxaca chocolate mazapan latte and horchata latte. They will be the next trip.
Came in for a quick coffee and ended up staying for the whole vibe. Goki Cafe is a hidden gem in Arcadia. I grabbed a coffee, matcha, and a concha--and wow. You can taste the quality. Everything is made from scratch and it shows. Fresh, flavorful, and not overly sweet like a lot of places. The owner was incredibly kind and welcoming, which made the experience even better. Great menu, great energy, and the location right next to the train station is a huge plus if you're on the go.
The most quaint coffee and pasty shop. The owners are so sweet and friendly. The pasties are all made in house. Every single thing we tried was so moist and fresh. The best compliment I can give is that nothing was overly sweet. The cinnamon coffee cake was perfect. The pan de elote soft and perfect. Not pictured but all of drinks were just as perfect. The coffee and espresso drinks weren't bitter. They were smooth and balanced. Definitely a must try for anyone in the area. The decor is colorful and bright. Definitely on par with with the Oaxaca theme and goods they offer.
A mexican-inspired bakehouse that also serves coffee with pastel decor, soft music being played in the background and ample seating for those wanting to stay and enjoy their coffee with baked goods. The staff is friendly and fast with their service. I ordered the Goki Olla Latte which has piloncillo, cinnamon, and spices. It was rich, smooth and creamy. I also ordered the Pan De Elote a sweet corn bread which was not too sweet, fluffy and moist.
Met up on a Saturday morning with a few of my friends for "coffee & talk." The parking lot is tiny but you can find plenty of free street parking. The inside is pretty big with plenty of tables. There are only a few outside. It was hot out so I ordered an ice horchata coffee which was okay. Not sure I would get it again. The baked goods here are delicious! I highly recommend the "Churro Cheesecake!" Sooooooooo good! They also serve breakfast sandwiches made to order along with other items. (I always go for the baked goods:) Service is excellent.
Consider myself a mocha connoisseur, with that being said I've had 1000's, no exaggeration. This little unassuming cafe, has served me the absolute best mocha I've ever tasted. The barista was super friendly, even recommended I go oat instead of almond. The service was very quick and the place very clean. Can't say enough good stuff. Super!
I love Goki Bakehouse! I usually stop by when I'm craving a mocha. They are located at the corner of a major street with their own parking lot. They have some tables for outside seating and seating on the inside. It's a nice place to study or get some work done. The customer service is friendly! My go-to items are the Goki Mocha and the avocado toast. This is probably the best mocha I've had. They make their own Oaxacan chocolate and add espresso to it. It's perfectly rich and bold. The avocado toast is delicious. They make the bolillos in house. I like how they top it off with pumpkin seeds which gives it a nice crunch. Overall, a great place to check out, especially if you are a fan of mochas!

Goki (Arcadia) sells liquid joy. Literal tears trickled down my eyelids as I sipped perhaps one of the best coffee that I've ever experienced. I ordered the Goki Mocha ($7.50 - Hot - 12oz - Whole Milk). This coffee masterfully combines Oaxacan Chocolate & Espresso. Flavor & function at its finest. (Quick Note: This small business is across Arcadia's Foothill Gold Line Train Station.) I arrived at Goki (Arcadia) on Tuesday (around 11:55AM). There's a small private parking lot; it holds nine spots & fills quickly. Fortunately, nearby neighborhood parking is accessible; several signs say "4 Hours Only - Weekdays - 8AM to 5PM." Staff is professional, cordial, and welcoming. Staff greeted customers as they enter, and Staff worked hard in the background. When I'd arrived, there was no line. My coffee took two minutes and seven seconds. Very fast! As mentioned, I absolutely adored my Goki Mocha ($7.50). The caffeine is enduring & uplifting. I felt my eyes widen as energy poured into me. Yet, the flavor rekindled memories of my childhood where I'd happily sip fresh, toasty hot cocoa. Its liquid had a creamy, almost-foamy consistency. It tasted rich & satisfying. I felt happy. Concerning ambiance, Goki (Arcadia) is a paradise for customers searching to quietly study or work. There's many electrical outlets! Just its counter held over six. There were a couple more spread out. Also, this location includes customer wifi with password; however, customers need to ask staff for the password since it's hidden behind the counter on a plastic stand. Goki (Arcadia) has inside and outside seating. There's about eight indoor tables and one long counter. And there's four outside tables. The location is also clean & well-ventilated. I also enjoyed its soft and upbeat music (ex: "Count on Me" by Bruno Mars, "Flowers" by Miley Cyrus). I felt very welcomed and comfortable during my visit. Overall, I had a phenomenal experience at Goki (Arcadia). It's perhaps one of the best coffee that I've ever tasted. I found happiness with each sip. This is an easy recommendation. 5 out of 5

I've been coming to Goki Cafe for years, and it's easily one of my favorite coffee spots. This family-owned, Oaxacan-inspired café sources many of its ingredients directly from Mexico, and you can truly taste the care they put into everything they make. Today I finally tried their Oaxacan Chilaquiles, made with organic corn from Mexico, homemade salsa verde, and two eggs, and they were absolutely delicious! If you visit, I also highly recommend the Goki Mocha, made with rich Oaxacan chocolate. It's been my favorite drink there for years. The service is always wonderful, and you can tell this place is built with so much love and heart. The family is incredibly kind, and I love supporting their business. If you're in the area, definitely give Goki Cafe a try! read more

Goki is a coffee/tea shop that specializes in Mexican inspired drinks, pastries, and baked goods. Milk alternatives are available and this cafe is known for their spacious dining room with comfortable chairs and tables to work or relax. There is a small parking lot to park in. I love the bright colors and inviting decor. Drinks: I've tried their horchata latte and goki latte. I enjoyed the boldness of the coffee. It is strong enough to taste through the milk and other flavors in each drink. I haven't tried their baked goods yet but one day I will. Definitely recommend the Goki latte. Service/Ambiance: Family owned coffee shop, which can be felt through the staff and interactions. Great place to come to if you have toddlers that enjoy watching the trains. Overall, I would recommend Goki for their warm and welcoming ambiance and delicious coffee drinks. read more

Caught them at the tail end of their business hours on a Saturday and was pleasantly surprised to have them still readily serving food. Brightly lit interior with a simply designed aesthetic. Many folks were relaxing and enjoying the conditioned air. While the shop served plenty of in-house made coffees and teas, off to the side was a refrigerated section brightly displaying bottled Chaparittas tangerine soft drink and Tehuacán mineral water. I decided on ordering an Oaxacan tostada which came completely smothered in black beans, cabbage, queso fresco, and salsa verde. It was refreshing and made for a quick, light snack while also being deceptively filling. While waiting for the order, I noticed their NY Cookies which came in two kinds. One was simply the regular chocolate chip variety, while the other came packed with white chocolate chips, ate de membrillo (quince cheese), and tejocote (hawthorn fruit paste). I decided on the second one and enjoyed the unique flavors of the bits and pieces, even though it was very sweet. All in all, would definitely come back to dine and chill out. read more

I'm so happy I stumbled upon this place after my hike. Everything about this shop is amazing. We tried the horchata latte and the goki olla latte. We loved both. You can actually taste the horchata in the latte not just "hints of" which was phenomenal. We also tried their oatmeal chocolate chip cookie, the carrot cake, the concha, and their banana loaf. They were all good. 5/5 on all of them. I'm not big on conchas but theirs are exceptionally good. Service was 1000/10. They are so friendly and helpful. The shop was clean and spacious. Plenty of parking. Can't wait to go back when I'm in the area. read more

I came by to get some coffee. The last time I stopped by was 4 years ago during Covid. They have a small parking lot outside of the store. The restroom is very clean. Barista was friendly, and attentive. I ordered a Goki Mocha and a lavender latte. Goki mocha ($7.5): very weak taste of coffee, and a little sourness in the coffee. Also, it has a slight hint of chocolate. Lavender latte ($6.5): lack of coffee flavor, but strong taste of lavender. I am a little disappointed with how the coffee came out as I remember good things about this place when I came by for the first time. Also, their drinks are not cheap. I am unsure if I will come back. read more

[Menu]: The top three most popular orders per their Square ordering platform are Breakfast Bollo, Goki Latte, Horchata Latte, and Goki Mocha. Churro Cheesecake, Pan de Elote (Mexican-style sweet & moist cornbread), Cinnamon Coffee Cake, and Conchas (Mexican sweet bread) are some of popular bakery selection. They also offer other options like banana nut bread. *** Breakfast Bollo (Homemade roll with scrambled egg, Canadian bacon, American cheese, tomato, onion & mayo - $10): A nice breakfast sandwich - simple & not too greasy with right portion - a good breakfast option. I've had the pleasure of visiting Goki twice. Both times were great experiences. The pastry selection is amazing, everything is made fresh in house. My matcha was standard and exactly how I wanted it. The latte I order two weeks before was amazing and not overly sweet. They are located near the train which I thought was cool to see zoom by. The inside is super cute and cozy. It's decorated well with pink and teal pastel seats. Great spot to meet friends and chat. Been here many times, today I introduced here to my friend from Taiwan. She was so amazed by this cozy little cafe in town. Very welcoming atmosphere and the staffs are so nice and sweet. We got two coffee and two cakes. But today I'm spending time on their new item-- Passionfruit Espresso Tonic. OMG!!! I'm so impressed and probably will order the same thing until the last day of this seasonal drink. It's super refreshing and fruity. A bit on the sour taste but I totally love that. Sweet spot found! On the way to the mountains you can find quality coffee and unique lattes. I tried their Tejate Latte, a corn based latte, so delicious. I also tried the breakfast sando called bollo tejado, eggs with black beans. Delicious. Will come back. Great service too! Thanks! read more

First, parking is a bitch. I ordered the breakfast torta. I got a hamburger bun with egg, cheese, onion and tomato. Now, granted it's $10. Just cause you call something a torta does not make it a torta. I am Mexican and this is not a torta. Not them culture appropriating the name, but a torta it's not. It's a totally white-washed breakfast burger. Dam, they could of at least tried. All thumbs down. Trust, you're better off going to Burger King for this Mr. Andres W replied... you don't sell tortas??? Why call it a torta? You claim to be from Oaxaca.... And piggy backing on their cuisine. Another white washed establishment pretending to me Mexican. Exhausted, but glad that I will never be back. read more

My wife and I love coffee and wanted to try out a place we had never been before. I live about 5-10 minutes away and never knew this place was here. I ordered an iced horchata latte, and my wife ordered a Goki olla latte. They both tasted really good. I ordered their chilaquiles and it was a good breakfast. The salsa verde has really good flavor and a nice amount of heat, but not too spicy. It seems like a family coffee shop the man and lady were very friendly, and explained a little about the drinks. We would come back again. They are located across from the metro Arcadia station. Parking depending on time could be a little difficult. They have about 10 spots. read more
This is a great place to stop in for a quick coffee and breakfast. I ordered the goki olla latte that has piloncillo, cinnamon, and spices. It was like a cafe de olla, very smooth and not overpowering. My husband got the Salsa verde chilaquiles. I am usually not a fan but these were very good. They were crispy and had a good spice. The employees are very friendly and were able to explain the drinks. The cafe is very clean and welcoming. I would definitely recommend. read more

A nice bakery, coffee shop and café has opened in Arcadia. It's conveniently located steps away from the Gold Line Train Station. It's a perfect pit stop for commuters. I met with friends on a Saturday, we had coffee, tea, lattes, mocha pastries and sandwiches. Beverages are available iced or hot. They bake their own creations from what tastes like family recipes. It's a cozy cafe for those working or studying. I sometimes frequent the Wine place next door to Goki and I actually did a Yelp Perk here at one time as well..... I've come back a few times now and tried various coffee drinks Goki Latte, Tejate Latte, Standard Cafe Latte I've had the Chocolate Loaf as well since it's Vegan..... All the drinks I've had were pretty good the Tejate latte probably is a bit much for me in taste difference to what I'm used to but overall not bad..... Place has lots of seating and is good sized..... Owner and employees are all really cool and nice.... There is this thin big cookie you can get as well I can't remember what its called Aleph.....I gave this to my friends kid and he devoured both before dinner LOL....I guess he liked them! We met two very special souls at this café today. Andres and his wife's customer service was truly above and beyond -- warm, genuine, and incredibly personal. What started as a simple visit turned into a meaningful conversation where we got to know each other, which made the experience even more memorable. The owner shared the beautiful story behind the café's name. They are originally from Oaxaca and chose the name "Goki," which comes from Zapotec, an Indigenous language from the south of Mexico. "Goki" means noble or royal. Even Arcadia's recognizable peacock symbol has a deeper meaning -- "Beregoki," which translates to noble bird. At Goki Café, their mission is to honor Mexican identity, culture, and traditions, while also celebrating the city that welcomed their family. It's rare to experience such heartfelt hospitality. Been wanting to try this place for a while but their hours just haven't worked out for me. I finally was able to make it out while they're open and it was totally worth the wait! It wasn't busy at all at noon on a Friday, there were 2 employees behind the counter who both greeted me warmly. I ordered the seasonal gingerbread latte and then asked the cashier what other latte is good iced and she suggested the mazapan. Both are phenomenal! The gingerbread latte is pretty sweet for my tastes, I'd order it without the whip next time personally but the coffee is strong and the gingerbread syrup is so flavorful and cinnamony. The mazapan latte alone will have me coming back, a peanut explosion! Not too sweet at all and the mouth feel was ultra creamy and smooth. I didn't try any of the baked goods this time but I'll make sure I'm hungry for my next trip in. read more

Goki cafe is a nice Mom and Pop coffee shop to go to and hangout with your friends. It has very cozy vibes and inviting ambience. The parking lot has limited spots. The menu includes signature drinks, coffee drinks, espresso drinks, teas, aguas frescas, fresh pastries, and delicious breakfast. I ordered the following; -Handcrafted Oxacan Chocolate. It was a refreshing rich chocolaty drink with perfect sweetness. -Breakfast Bollo Scrambled egg, Canadian bacon, cheese, with tomato and onions. - Ham & Panela Lunch It was delicious smokey ham with generous and savory filling. The strawberry added a nice sweetness to the salad. - pan de elote It is a delicious Mexican cornbread. I really enjoyed every bite. - cheese tart (Tarta De Queso) My goodness! It was very creamy and rich. It really melts in the mouth. The staff were genuinely warm. It is a great cafe to stop by and try their delicious food or drinks. read more

It's okay. They have their own parking, but minimal spots available. But there's also street parking as well.
