My friend and I were a bit boozed out from the night before, so we stuck with a handful of sharable platters including California rolls and ceviche, all tasted amazing. Nothing was too heavy and the portions were all manageable, not too small or too large. The outdoor seats were very cushy and comfortable, it's perfect for sitting with your fur baby, and the restaurant provided water bowls upon request as well. Servers were all really friendly and the food did not take long to come out, though it wasn't too busy that Sunday afternoon around 3pm. Would definitely come back here to try the cocktails with other fusion bites next time we're in the area!

We ordered rolls, salads, ceviche, and pasta, but everything was just okay--nothing memorable. We had to ask for wasabi and ginger three times, and the server seemed confused. Service overall was friendly but very slow, and the restaurant wasn't even full. The pasta was a miss, and the "salad" wasn't really a salad. Drinks were the highlight--great martinis and well-made cocktails. That said, our bill was over $600, and none of us left full. Portions are tiny. Go for drinks and ambiance, but I'd skip the food.

This one is located in the Century City mall and is extremely large on the inside. They have a giant bar at the entry and they're very large dining area filled with many different types of seating options. Parking is also really easy because it's attached to the mall, although a bit expensive. Our server was very polite and everything that my order came out surprisingly fast. As you would guess they have a very large menu filled with all source of options. I started off with the ceviche and really loved it. The shrimp was the right choice and overall it was fantastic. For my entree I chose the Trio de Enchiladas Del Mar which is a mixture of three different types of seafood and I would strongly recommend. It's not the cheapest option out there but the flavors here are wonderful and it's in a really vibrant setting. The music is quite loud so it's not the best place to have a work dinner but otherwise it's a great place for a dinner with friends and family or a date.

The ambience was absolutely beautiful, which is always the case with this restaurant and our server was absolutely fabulous. Where everything went South was with the food itself. I ordered the Vegan enchiladas and they came out cold. I did not return them because I have a certain unspoken rule about not returning food once it's brought out to me. Also, the chips were not light and airy like I'm used to at the other locations. The chips at this location seemed to have more of a deep corn flavor instead of being lighter in flavor and texture. Overall, it was an OK experience. However, I think I will just stick with my usual location back in Irvine.

First walking in its such a gorgeous restaurants, so much natural lighting and lushious greens.Such a vibe! Perfect place to take lots of cute pictures in. About the food, we ordered the seafood paella,it was 3/5 for me. The flavor was very delicate for me,i was wanting more boldness. Next the campachi ceviche, 3/5. Pretty Delicious. Next, we got the beet salad, I've dont think I've had anything like this before. It comes with burrata cheese and a citrus dressing, i quite liked it 4/5. We also ordered the scallops, which was smaller than anticipated but delicious 3/5. The other person i went with got got the ribs, I'm not a ribs fan so I can't speak on the taste but they looked good. Overall service was also good they were attentive. I enjoyed my time at rosaline but I'm personally someone who loves bold intense flavors but overall I'm glad I checked it out.

Walking in, the inside had a great ambience - low lighting, greenery, mood lights. It wasn't too loud and not too quiet, so great for a group like ours. We started with drinks and I got the pisco sour. Super yummy and not too syrupy or sweet. The egg white foam was a perfect combination to balance out the sourness. We decided to do family style with appetizers and started with the Kampachi ceviche (aji pesto, roasted sweet potato, rocoto leche de tigre, aji limo lime), ceviche crocante (channel Islands wild halibut, crispy baby calamari, huacatay oil, aji amarillo leche de tigre), and yuquitas fritas (Yuca fries with huancaina sauce, feta cheese, botija olives). Everything was very delicious and the sauces had a lot of depth of flavor that paired well with the dish it came with. I will pass on the ceviche crocante next time though. The calamari didn't seem like anything special. Still good, but just not very unique to the restaurant. For my main, I got the pescado parrillero (grilled branzino, charcoal quick dried, black mint aji sauce, canario beans puree). At the price point, I honestly expected half a fish. It came with the entire fish including the head (which I like to eat haha) and was grilled to a delicate, flakey texture. The flavors of the mint aji sauce worked so well and the grilled vegetables added textural variety. I would have liked if there was more sauce on the side, since I ended up dipping my veggies in it too, but overall, the dish was amazing! My friend got the lomo saltado (6oz sautéed filet mignon, roasted tomatoes, braised cipollini, sunny side egg, kimlan soy dressing, tomato coulis) and we swapped a few bites. Her entree was also delicious. A steak with stewed potatoes and tomatoes in Peruvian flavors. I would love to try some of the other entrees during my next visit! Service was good. Our server was quick to get our drink order and circled back when the rest of our group arrived. This restaurant was a vibe, had great food, and great drinks!

Every item, from the moment we were greeted by the hostess, to our last bite of dessert, our experience was absolutely stellar. Our waiter was so comfortable, patient and knowledgable about the entire menu. He had recommendations but was not pushy or salesman like. He seemed to genuinely love what they offered. My wife enjoyed the excellent Alto Negroni while I blissed out to the Jardin de Altura (Tequila Altos, Fig Leaves, Cointreau, Magnolia Nectar & corn salt rim, herb oil floating in drops on the top). This drink was delicate and nuanced and utterly devine! The Chipa (cheese bread) and Criollo (layered wafer bread with herb butter) let us know that we were going to really enjoy everything. We had the OG empanada, Burnt Avocado Salad for starters and the Pork Txuleta, Special Black Cod and Cordero Patagonia (Lamb Saddle) for entree's. Finished with Chocolate Sabayon and a Pistachio special dessert that was just wonderful. I appreciate that they are really aiming to represent South America with their wine list. Even though I don't personally enjoy them, they were interesting to try. Awesome experience, I will definitely be back soon. DOn't miss this place, it's also a great date spot. Good lighting, stylish interior, really unique and purposeful style throughout. And the staff was warm and professional all the way through the restaurant.

Came in for a quick bite to eat before a show down the street at the Troubadour. Everything was great. Staff was friendly and helpful, the food was made promptly and brought out to us. It was towards the end of our meal that things got interesting as I had asked for hot sauce for my taco sampler The server mentioned some super spicy taco they had. Now I can handle extreme heat (I could do Hot Ones no problem) and more often than not I'm let down by what most places consider spicy. Not this time however I knew it was gonna be good when the staff from the kitchen started to check me out after it was ordered. They were being sly but by the end of the taco I feel as if I had earned their respect, I'd give it a 7 on my heat scale - it was hot and also delicious. The masa tortillas weren't fresh and tasted gritty. They were room temperature and I would've preferred them warm. The meat ratio was generous, but they were super watery and there was a pool of liquid at the bottom of my plate. The flavor of the meats was just meh, a bit diluted for good Mexican food. The only saving grace here was the shrimps which were plump and juicy, but still not enough to carry this experience. The shop interior is on the smaller side, but there are a good amount of tables and chairs. There's also a bathroom which seemed clean. The service was pretty good here.
