I had the brunch buffet at Negroni Cafe with my bestie. I loved how diverse the selection was - every dish was delicious. And, the service was attentive and nice.

Outdoors seating , perfect for warm days. Great for large groups, dates, and small groups as well. Food was decent , Seabass was really good. Our waitress was very sweet!

A little bit of everything to please all cravings! Pasta, sushi, steak... a touch of Italy, a hint of Mexico, all infused into a predominantly sushi-fusion menu designed to delight everyone at the table. The entire staff was genuinely hospitable and made us feel warmly welcomed from the moment we walked in. The space is airy and inviting, offering both indoor and outdoor seating. Indoors feels cozy and intimate, with comfortable seating and great visibility of the bar no matter where you sit. Outdoors, the curbside patio is perfect for people-watching....and being seen! We started with the Lobster Ravioli, which was creamy, rich and beautifully presented. The crispy breadcrumbs on top added a wonderful crunch and depth of flavor that elevated the dish. However, the sauce was a bit too thick for my taste, missing the velvety smoothness I was hoping for. The Tuna Taco was a standout; velvety tuna with bright notes of citrus that made every bite irresistably fresh and flavorful. The Salmon Crispy Rice was equally impressive, perfectly balancing the creamy salmon and ponzu with the satisfying crunch of the rice. The Ceviche and Chips offered a creative twist: instead of the classic citrus marinade, the seafood was lightly cured and served with Negroni's signature acevichada sauce. We asked for it spicy and it did not disappoint! The combination of citrus, spice, and seafood was vibrant and addictive. The truffle tuna was also excellent; I wished for a bit more truffle as there was not enough of it on our plate to stand out. I love the rice used in all these dishes as they make each dish earthy and comforting. To finish we shared the Tiramisu, a lovely way to end the meal. More dence than most tiramisu's I've had, yet it was rich creamy and indulgent without being overly sweet. Overall, the presentation of each dish was top notch, in addition to the service. Slight tweaks to the dishes would make this restaurant 6 stars!

Exceptional classic Negroni! Friendly staffs. The restaurant is a small tables/small bites for a quick catch up or snacking in the afternoon. The tables were so small especially by the fireplace that the server spilled our crispy tuna when she brought it out trying to find space on the table. It was my first time having a Negroni and it was not a disappointment. The drink was refreshing and packed with good flavors. I might go back to try other dishes here but what we got that day was mainly fish. It's not entirely all the restaurant has to offer. However, you WILL find better places for sushi.

It is the new restaurant located at the north canon drive Beverly Hills The food here is inspired by Latin and American Japanese cuisine The ambiance is good and it would be lovely to have a cocktail in the summer night because they got so many options for fun cocktails I went there to have a Sunday lunch with my friend when they just open at 12pm We order the $29 set menu which is one appetizer and one entree If you would like to have a dessert at the end and you can add up $5 for it We had beef carpaccio, crispy rice with spicy tuna, Latin salad added chicken and grilled salmon The dessert Napoleon is very delicious with puff pastry layers filled with raspberry and custard! Yum! I like the crispy rice with spicy tuna the most The salmon is a little too salty outside of the skin and little overcooked inside but still tastes alright Our server is Star is super hospitable and bubbly and she is always checking upon us to make sure we are in good hands Note: street parking is available and there is a parking structure near the restaurant

First time at a bar that specializes in Negroni's -- a perfect drink for the summer. The restaurant and bar area has a cool vibe that's open and clean with trendy wall lighting. They also serve food here too. I got the Carnaval Negroni and was sweet with a hint of banana that made it have a tropical touch. We also tried the Cacio y Pepe Martini that was savory with a cheesy taste but was a bit too much for a whole cocktail. Service was pretty standard and to the point.

We had a wonderful meal here! They have a great happy hour, the restaurant itself is gorgeous! Ideal for a date night or night out with friends, they have a nice variety on their menu. We enjoyed our cocktails in the beautiful ambience with plenty of indoor as well as outdoor seating. The risotto and salmon were absolutely delicious, the portions, generous, and the food high-quality and flavorful. Highly recommend recommended if you are looking for a great meal in Beverly Hills!

Fun for happy hour and having drinks in general! This place is always upbeat and service is amazing. Variety of food but my fav is their cocktails. Love sitting at the bar. Bartenders are always friendly and will create a custom cocktail for you like the one in my video!

Vanessa was our waitress and she was the sweetest human ever. she took amazing care of us first and foremost! I am obsessed with P*rnstar Martninis and theirs was incredible. My friend ordered an aperol spritz and enjoyed it! We ordered the house bread to start and did their lunch special which is a starter and entree for $29. I did tuna crispy rice to start and got Cacio E Pepe but also ordered their Yellowtail Sashimi because I couldn't resist. My friend got Calamari and the Rigatoni Alla Vodka and also ordered Toro Sashimi. everything was perfectly flavorful and satisfying. they have only been open for a couple months and deserve to stay in business!! recommending to everyone and will 110% be back!

One star is for the service. My server was friendly, and I have no complaints there. Second star is for the grilled octopus appetizer. It was cooked well and served with some potatoes that were freaking amazing. Other than that, everything else was a complete disappointment. I love truffles and this menu was loaded with truffle options, but every dish I tried left me utterly unsatisfied. I had the tuna roll with truffle and the truffle "flakes" were so small and indistinguishable they had little to no impact on the taste of the sushi. Besides the truffle, there was nothing special about this roll. Definitely nothing to justify the over $30 price tag. I also had the mushroom gnocchi with black truffle and it was just as disappointing. Not only was the truffle flavor drowned out by the sauce, the gnocchi was seared crispy on one side, which was so weird. It gave it the strangest texture, one that I did not enjoy. My fried got the seafood risotto and said it was in desperate need of seasoning and the shrimp and other seafood in it were tiny. We threw all of our leftovers away. My guess is this place specializes in socializing and cocktails. If you want good food, or truffles, skip Negroni. There's too many other better food options in Beverly Hills.

Loved the brunch buffet- good selection of quality food! Really surprised by the quality of sushi, steak, and fruits! Food was delicious and kept to the right temperature. Coffee (not included with brunch) was great too! It's a restaurant with nice vibes that is good for all social gatherings. Service was attentive and friendly! Definitely don't miss out on their brunch promotional pricing while it lasts!

I was driving when this gorgeous wall of Campari caught my eye. So of course I had to check it out. Negroni is Sushi Bar and Bistro with a lively ambiance. We wasted no time and ordered some Negronis. I went with the classic because I wanted to get the authentic experience and it was so refreshing. Their crispy rice tuna and crispy rice toro were some of the best I've had. The roasted cauliflower was great. The vegan bagna cauda sauce on the bottom was the perfect pairing. Their burrata salad with pesto and prosciutto was executed perfectly. The mediteranan salad was refreshing and the chicken parmigiana was so delicious. It came with a side of squash pure that was so velvety and tasty. I finished off with one more Negroni and I couldn't be happier. this is such a fabulous dinner spot. Also, thank you Paula for being a great server and providing a great dining experience.

Pleasantly surprised with my second visit at Negroni. Came here previously for a work event and was satisfied with the cauliflower 8/10 and vodka pasta 7.8/10. This time around my friend and I shared the grilled octopus, yellowtail sashimi, toro sashimi, and truffle tuna sushi maki. Grilled octopus: 8.8/10 - extremely flavorful with paprika and a side of smashed potatoes and cilantro aioli. Yellowtail sashimi: 9/10 with ponzu and fresh truffle Toro Sashimi: 9.5/10 with miso and scallion ginger Truffle tuna maki: 9.5/10 a mix of tuna tartare and avocado topped with tuna and fresh black truffle with ponzu sauce. Service was great and there is a $5 parking garage next door, a steak on Canon and Beverly Hills. Can't wait to come back to explore more of the menu.

On multiple occasions, Elton has given me poor service and a noticeable attitude. I chose to overlook it at first, but eventually I brought it to management's attention because the treatment was consistent and unacceptable. After that complaint, the situation escalated. When I returned, Elton refused to serve me altogether. He would not look at me, acknowledge me, or take my order. I was left sitting there while being completely ignored. It became so obvious that other guests sitting next to me noticed and were concerned enough to step in and ask him why I wasn't being helped and to tell him to serve me. That should never have to happen. I then asked for the manager I had previously spoken to, Leo, because I wanted to understand what was going on. I still have not received any clear explanation. What's most concerning is that this behavior feels intentional. No employee in hospitality gets to decide who they will or will not serve based on personal feelings. If a staff member's feelings are "hurt" after a complaint, that does not justify refusing service to a guest. That is not professionalism--that is the opposite of hospitality. It was honestly disturbing enough that the people next to me told me directly that it didn't feel right and that I shouldn't come back because it seemed like I wasn't wanted there. That is not okay, especially at an establishment of this caliber. I am actively trying to get in touch with someone at the hotel who can properly address this situation, because this needs to be taken seriously. No guest should ever feel ignored, singled out, or unwelcome in this way.

I emailed the bar to make a reservation since the online system was down, and they emailed back immediately to confirm -- and even said they would surprise my mom with an extra birthday cake! Now all I had to do was wait 3 weeks until her visit so the experience could finally happen. The day arrived and I got my mom to Maybourne Bar with her none the wiser. From the moment we stepped through the door, the experience was a 1 million out of 10. Every course is unbelievable. This is a caviar tasting in the best way -- all nine courses are topped with generous helpings of delicious N25 caviar. You get sweet, salty, savory, comfort food, upscale dining, everything comes together in the absolute best way. I especially loved the deconstructed deviled egg and the lobster roll, and the ice cream was some of the best I've ever had. The chips and dip came with the cutest miniature potato chips (although I'll admit I could have used a few more), and the caviar salmon burger was super flavorful. And, true to their word, they surprised my mom with a birthday cake -- and then surprised us both with complimentary lychee cocktails! The service was impeccable as well. Each person on the waitstaff was kind, helpful, and accommodating. We loved how descriptive they were of each dish. It was also really nice of them to decide to give us an extra 2-top so we would have room for all of the courses. This is not only an incredible tasting menu, but made even more incredible by the price. 10 courses and a glass of champagne are $85. I was honestly shocked at how much we received for under $100. I cannot recommend this experience highly enough. This is a true gem in Beverly Hills. I'm already planning my next visit!

There are a lot of pretentious cocktail bars these days with "technique" and interesting ingredients, but falls short in flavor and execution. Dante is not one of those bars. It's the opposite. Seemingly simple and fresh drinks ended up being cocktails that were all mind blowing. 10/10 would recommend to impress friends who like cocktails

The place is BEAUTIFUL, especially during sunset. Book a table for the terrace for 45 minutes before sunset and you will witness one of the most tranquil sunsets overlooking LA.. The interior is classy and elegant. While you can wear whatever you want, I do recommend dressing up a bit to be a part of the special ambiance. Service was EXCELLENT. The servers including our waiter were attentive and helpful. Sadly, the food was a bit of hit and miss for me. The Frutti De Mare (seafood pasta) was disappointing. While it had beautiful presentation and large prawns, I didn't like the flavor of this dish. I wanted a fresh taste made of fresh aromatics such as tomatoes, basil, garlic, or shallots. The sauce was made of some kind of cream and the flavor was just lacking freshness. The shrimp was overcooked, and tasted previously frozen. This dish missed the mark on flavor and texture. My sister got the pan-seared halibut and that was better. The texture of the fish was good although I didn't particularly like the flavor. The bread service was my favorite part of the meal. The bread was made in-house according to our server and it did have the perfect balance of Japanese milk bread and a sourdough. That was a WINNER! The broccolini while generous in portion was just ok both in texture, flavor and creativity. I expected higher quality in the cooking and more creativity in the flavor profile for this type of restaurant. All in all, the sunset, ambiance and service were worth the visit!

MATU WOW. This lil…read morejoint had been on my radar for a while..at least 2 or 3 years. Finally crossed it off the list, and it was quite the joyous and memorable dining experience. I really gotta respect their dedication to red meat and the holy art of cooking a damn good steak. This place is essentially what I'm looking for in a restaurant. Basically hits on all cylinders and checks off all the critical boxes. I don't want to sound all dramatic and such, but I'm dying to go back and try all the other items I didn't have, as well as check out the bar experience. I spoke to some locals outside before they opened, and they weren't just lovely -- they also painted a pretty picture of what the overall vibe is here. It's clear a lot of people in the Beverly Hills and Hollywood Hills area love coming here very frequently. Our server, who I assumed is named Nolan because that's what's shown on the receipt, was very accommodating, kind, and easy to talk to. I think he did a fantastic job dealing with my difficult, picky gf. Haha. I can't say anything was less than stellar. The croquettes in that celery purée stuff were phenomenal. Garlic bread was seasoned and baked to perfection. The bone broth sipper was nourishing af. French fries were perhaps the best I've had in years. Broccolini was fresh, high quality, and complimented the steak very well. I'm bummed we only got to try just the ribeye when it came to the cuts, but my gf did not want to order anything under medium or medium rare that night, so that was a bummer. It's her loss! The panna cotta was the creamiest sweet treat in all of LaLa Land. This is a great place, and it's a top-tier steakhouse. SoCal sometimes lacks places of this caliber that NY, Chicago, and SF / Napa have, but this place is a very close contender to some of the top cream-of-the-crop, steak-centered restaurants in the country. Upon arrival, we were greeted warmly and seated promptly. Unfortunately, our initial table was extremely close to a very loud neighboring party, making conversation difficult. To the restaurant's credit, the staff accommodated our request to move, and the new table significantly improved the experience. The food was excellent. We ordered the Dinner for Two, and every component was well executed and enjoyable. The quality of the beef was evident, and it was clear why MATŪ has built such a strong reputation. The cocktails were also well made. Where the experience began to unravel was the service. Wine service took roughly 20 minutes, dessert was noticeably delayed, and our server seemed to disappear for extended periods throughout the evening. The most frustrating part came at the end of the meal when it took more than 25 minutes to receive the check. When it finally arrived, it was delivered by a manager in a manner that felt dismissive rather than hospitable. To make matters worse, an automatic gratuity had already been added to the bill. While I understand the practice in some situations, it felt particularly disappointing given the level of service we received throughout the evening. MATŪ serves outstanding food, and that is what earns this review more than a few stars. However, hospitality is about more than what comes out of the kitchen. For a restaurant operating at this price point, the service should match the quality of the food. Unfortunately, on this visit, it did not. I left impressed by the meal but disappointed by the overall dining experience, and I'm not sure I would return.
