Needed a refreshing treat to beat this Vegas heat and decided to stop by La Paleta! The shop is nicely decorated with lots of indoor and outdoor seating and games to play. They have a large menu ranging from ice cream to açaí bowls to tres leches cake. I love that they have so many different ice cream and paleta flavors! There's definitely a flavor for everyone, I got 2 paletas - a sandia and fresas con crema. They flavors were delicious and you could tell they use quality ingredients. They had the perfect sweetness, and I appreciated the hints of lime in the sandia paleta and strawberries bits in the fresas con crema. Overall, La Paleta is a must have treat! Highly recommend for your paleta needs.

Love going here on a Hot day but any day will do even on a cold day. So many good choices! You can sample til you find just the right one. Service has Always been good, and they are so nice and helpful. They have a few tables to sit at or you can take it to go.

I'm truly smitten over this charming dessert shop that's located right by my house. It offers an array of sweet treats that are freshly made with love. The customer service and ambiance was one of our favorite parts of the experience. They were unbelievably so kind and welcoming. They let us know about all of the items they offered and we were able to try a few free samples of the ice-cream before purchasing. My husband ordered his favorite cookies and cream, but I decided to try something different. I got a scoop of the Cotija cheese and strawberry ice cream, layered it with fresh strawberries and topped it with crushed graham crackers. Both of our desserts were so delicious we absolutely devoured them. There were just so many different treats to choose from, so we'll definitely have to come back for more.

Shingle upon Todd place on a Sunday night ten minutes brother their closing time. The two individuals working were charming and fast. Fulfilling multiple orders at once. We got both, strawberries and crane, ube milkshake and a scoop of hot chocolate ice cream. They have a variety of Mexican snacks on steroids. A variety of sweet and savory street snacks available for all palates. It's a great place to bring the family for all to choose something fun and tasty. The place is colorful and well kept. It smells clean the moment you walk in and everything in display is nicely kept up. Although a bit more pricey than regular Mexican snack shops, it seems to be the only one on this side of town and the quality of the product is worth the price. Well done!

Came here with my girlfriend right before closing while they were cleaning up and the employee still welcomed us in! The employee working there was super friendly, answered any questions we had, and he offered us samples of any icecream that we wanted, which was super nice! Definitely 5 star service! This place is AWESOME! Huge variety of paletas with delicious flavors (cream or non cream), the cool thing is you can choose any paleta to get chocolate dipped or have toppings added! They also have a deal where you can choose any 5 paletas and you get one free! In addition to the paletas they also make fresh icecream in a bunch of creative and delicious flavors (we tried the lavender berry jam which was delicious). 5/5 for delicious paletas + icecream and 5/5 for great and friendly service! Would 100% recommend checking this place out if you're having a craving for paletas, icecream, or agua frescas!

Soo many amazing tasting things on the menu, today i decided to try the elote in a cup with hot cheetos and it did not disappoint! The emplyees were also really sweet and helpful. Also really cool to take some Popsicles to go for home. One of the best dessert spots!

When you walk in the doors it's a whole vibe within itself. Staff were very welcoming and offered suggestions and customizations to make my order something that they knew that I would enjoy. I got my typical order which is a Chimango (mango with mango sorbet Chamoy tajin and candy). The snack was good and the fruit were sweet and fresh. They also have a little gaming area in the back so you can enjoy your food or beverage and hang out for a bit. I want to reiterate the customer service was top-tier and this will be my new spot to go to since it's not that far from my job.

The treats and the ambiance were incredible! Loved everything about this shop. I'm really glad we took a chance on it and I wish I dropped in on an empty stomach because I probably would have ordered half the menu! Their churro cheesecake and ice cream flavors were a hit! Bob who works there was amazing! He went through the menu and was super friendly and upbeat. Loved his energy! I don't even live in Vegas and I'm already thinking about the next time I'll be back for this place! 10/10

I have to say amazing service the popsicles are amazing. The people are amazing. They are Samoan honestly it's like a hidden gem near my house. Fernando came to Inspire apartments and let me tell you !! Gelato (home made) was delicious! Strawberry and cream, chocolate... toppings were unbelievable! Hot chocolate reminded me of a champurrado with abuelita chocolate. Fernando provided great service, personable and made conversation. I love this place!! My favorite is the Mango & Chamoy. I grew up in a Mexican city, and this place just feels so authentic to me. It brings back memories of summers spent as a kid eating paletas and chamoy from pushcarts made by my friends' families. The workers here are soooo happy, kind & friendly. The place is very clean. We love this place. It's mom and pop owned so giving them business is always a good thing. We walk in and they know us by name so that's a plus. Prices are good and they make new things themselves every time we go in. The store is a little small but have seating outside. Inside they have games for the kids and board games for adults. Consider going here for dessert instead of the bigger chain places. read more

I was craving Mexican style corn and this is the first place I thought of! The hot Cheetos and hot sauce combo was amazing. We sat down to eat our elote bowls and couldn't resist trying their ice cream. Between their paleta and ice cream there's so many flavors to choose from. I opted for the strawberry sorbet and lavender ice cream. No regrets. At all. The lavender was so creamy and delicious and might be my new favorite flavor. I know I'll be back to try the rest soon enough. The staff is really friendly as well. It feels as if you went over to a friends house and are just hanging out in the living room playing games... which they actually have various games we could play with. If you read down this far, stop by and visit these guys. They know paletas!! Enjoy! read more

Had a few samples before deciding on the Lecherita with Jam. Nice and creamy. Made with condensed milk so you already know it's going to be good. And it didn't disappoint. Service was awesome and he kept offering us samples and let us know what each one was made of and different toppings that would go great with each ice cream we tried. I love desserts, paletas and ice cream being among my favorites. This place came up on Yelp with really high reviews and also appeared on a Yelp list of the best ice cream shops in the country. I went here with my girlfriend and another friend, who is also a big foodie. It was running late, so I called the shop up telling them that we were on our way and to please not close. We got there within a few minutes of closing and were warmly greeted by the owners. They had seen our car approach and confirmed it was me that called after hearing my voice, I had done some research beforehand, so I had an outline of what I wanted. Ice cream was top on the list. I was like a kid in a candy store, super excited because I had never seen such interesting flavors before. The owner quickly stepped in and offered us tastings of the flavors. I tasted perhaps half a dozen different flavors, all of them being so delicious and unusual that I had a hard time deciding. The owner, recognizing my dilemma, offered to give me two half scoops of different flavors rather than a single scoop of one, I eventually settled on the elote and chocolate abuelita. Some of the other flavors that were really yummy were pistachio, banana pudding, and coconut. I need to come back and try the others! I got the flan and tres leches cake to go, sharing both with my other friends back at the casino. To prepare the tres leches, the owner took out out of the fridge and put strawberries on it, some cream, and squirted some other stuff on it. I was also able to choose a topping, and I picked waffle cone bits. The tres leches was nice, and we gobbled up all the milk it was soaked in too. The star of the show was the flan, with one of my friends raving that it was up there with the best she had had. I agreed with her as I've had a lot of bad flans, and this was once was clearly superior with the lovely texture and nice caramel bite. Getting back to the owner, Mayra. She was super friendly, including making a joke how about how fast the airplane was getting us to her shop from Hawaii. She gave us samples of a variety of agua frescos, all of which were intensely natural tasting and refreshing. After we left and we're eating in the car, we saw another group arrive after closing. Mayra happily let them in and served them. Even after that, a young man arrived. Clearly disappointed that he had gotten there too late, he took a photo of the shop's hours. Mayra must have seen him, and just like that he was in the shop ordering. How happy those people must have been! Not only does Mayra know how to make delicious food and run a business, she clearly loves what she does. If you live in Vegas and are able to come here regularly, I envy you. We will be back on our next trip to the ninth island. read more

Family owned and operated with authentic Michoacána so you know the service is top notch. We had came here last summer and don't know why we had have not been back. Very very good quality ice creams. Our server, Hunter, was very friendly and attentive. He always ended every interaction with "have fun!" I tried the "el corazon" sangria which was delicious! It had a wonderful, warm flavor with a light hint of cinnamon yet it was still cold and refreshing! A cool tip - each drink comes with a little card with a symbol on it and the drink ingredients. Save this card! At each table is a game board of sorts that offers various prizes as you match the cards on the game board sort of like bingo. We really enjoyed the complimentary chips and salsa, and we tried the traditional guacamole with vegetables as well. The guacamole was wonderfully cool and creamy and flavorful. For my entree, I tried the chicken fajitas which is served on a steaming platter with various accompaniments. This was also very delicious, and the chicken was quite flavorful and juicy. A small side note - it was served with a cous cous of sort, but I think I would've preferred a simple Spanish rice. The chicken portion size also seemed a bit smaller than when we get fajitas at Chili's. I would recommend you get double meat if you want to share. We decided to try the chocolate flan and the fried ice cream sundae for dessert. I preferred the flavor of the flan and the unique textures of the flan which had the jiggly caramel flan part on top of a more cake like chocolate part below. I honestly think the fried ice cream was not too good. It did not taste freshly fried, and the coating was very dry and brittle and hard to eat. I prefer the places that serve the fried ice cream warm with a very bubbly crust that is both crunchy outside and a bit soft inside. This was not that. Overall, though, we really enjoyed the dining experience here! We will probably return and try their weekday "Fajitas and Ritas" special! I recommend Hola!
