Service-wise, they charged me an extra $6 for an Arnold Palmer, claiming it wasn't included in the lunch special because it's a mix of the iced tea and lemonade that are included. I didn't want to make a scene in front of my colleague, so I paid it. When I called later to politely give feedback to a manager, I was told no manager would be on duty from Tuesday until Friday. I think that needs to be made more clear, also the kiosk doesn't allow any options for substitutions of any of the sides. That is the first issue. Biggest issue. Once I explain the issue at the counter, they advise me that because I odered at the kiosk, they can't process a refund at all. So I am stuck with two orders. It makes no sense that the counter person can't issue a refund. What if the food is bad, or gets returned, etc? No options. Hopefully management can review this and make improvements.
