What a fabulous dinner we enjoyed at this delicious Italian seafood forward restaurant! We enjoyed the frutti di mare, lightly fried to golden perfection. The smelts were a table favorite! Fettuccine bolognese was hearty and had a dept of flavor. The red snapper was thoroughly enjoyed with the briney olives and capers. And My dish of delicate corvino fish poached in a delicious white wine broth with artichoke hearts, sun-dried tomatoes and leeks was skillfully layered in flavors! Thank you Alessandro and team for such enjoyable hospitality and even serenading our bambolina! Mille Grazie!

I have tried a lot of Italian places in Naples and La Pescheria has definitely been my favorite so far! The food is authentic and fresh. The manager or whoever was running the restaurant was very kind and accommodating. We did not feel rushed at all. Seating both indoors and outdoors which is nice. Seafood pasta was so delicious. The tomato salad and burrata apps were sooo good. The olive oil was so tasty. Husband said the chicken parm and sauce was very good. Definitely will be back and recommend to others. Best Italian on 5th Ave so far!

Came here for dinner, it wasn't very busy, but we came pretty early in a day. Service was friendly and attentive. We got great wine recommendations. Restaurant itself has great wine selection and a very large menu of food. They bring bread that is complimentary and amazing. We started with grilled calamari that were cooked to perfection. We also had pear salad that was delicious but a little different from what we expected. For main I got seafood pasta and my husband got clam linguini. Both dishes were great. Definitely great food! Ambiance is more traditional and older vibe. Bathroom definitely needs a remodeling. For the price they charge I would expect a little better interior. Otherwise service and food were great.

Service was fools and the first dish, Insalata di Mare was very good. However the lobster ravioli was not very good. The lobster ravioli was tasteless, not even certain it was lobster. But, since the first dish was very good, I will go back to try another dish.

Food was delicious and fresh, and the service was outstanding. Thank you for a great meal!

I had the Ravioli Di Aragosta (lobster ravioli) and it was delicious. They constantly refilled our water and everyone is so sweet. The music was lovely and the outside dining looks comfortable. We received complimentary bread and it was just as delicious. Its perfect for a romantic date or even just dinner after the beach.

Crazy! Bc I did tip. But 12 bucks to pick it up is just dumb

Went here a few days ago... wasn't that great and over priced... and they even added an extra 10 dollars for tip... I came to pick it up.. wouldn't mind if it was actually good or if i sat down and was taken care of.. but wasn't

    Cheers!

A Hidden Gem in Downtown Naples -- Don't Sleep on This Place!…read more I stopped in on a Saturday afternoon and the place was buzzing -- the outside patio was at full capacity. I asked for a seat at the bar, and even though space is very limited, the staff went above and beyond to find me one. That kind of effort on a packed afternoon says a lot about this team. The bartender was phenomenal -- attentive, warm, and somehow managed to make every single person at that busy bar feel like they were the only guest in the restaurant. The whole staff carried that same energy. They were also wonderfully descriptive about the daily specials and menu offerings, which made ordering a pleasure rather than a guessing game. I decided to try the crab cake, and I'm so glad I did. I grew up on the East Coast eating crab, and I've had my fair share -- I've long held that Phillips in Maryland made the gold standard. I am happy to report that Captain & Crew has dethroned them in my book. This crab cake was pure lump crab meat, not overpowered by fillers or seasoning. You could actually taste the crab. The accompaniments they served alongside it elevated the whole dish even further. Thoroughly impressed. The wine pairings were equally well-curated. I took the staff's recommendations and they absolutely nailed it. A heads-up for first-timers: parking is the one small challenge. There's no convenient lot right there, so you may need to use a parking garage and walk over. Honestly? Embrace it. If you're already in Downtown Naples, it's a beautiful stroll that perfectly sets the mood before you arrive. Captain & Crew is a true hidden gem. Many people come for the fresh seafood market, but don't overlook the restaurant side -- it's absolutely worth your time. Highly recommend.

After sitting down, we started reviewing the menu and saw so many interesting items that it was difficult to choose. Fortunately, our server noticed we were struggling and she offered to help navigate us through our meal. Our goal was to sample a variety of options, but not to over order. And we accomplished just that! We started with some Stone Crabs, then some Peel & Eat Shrimp, then my wife and I shared an entree of Blackened Grouper with sides of fries and coleslaw, where we also added a few scallops. Delicious! We thought we were done, but our server informed us of the excellent Key Lime pie. We had room to share one slice, and we are so happy we did! It was excellent. A great balance of tartness and sweetness. We look forward to returning!

I ordered their so-called specialty: the Nemo's Ultimate Miso Sea Bass--advertised as a "legendary signature dish served with a citrus-ginger butter sauce and asparagus." It arrived at my table practically frozen. After sending it back, I ordered the ginger steamed snapper, which was completely flavorless and tasted like cardboard. The only saving grace of the entire night was the service and the wine (a Txomin from the Basque Country). Save your time and money. Do not eat here.

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable.
