Awful experience..I brought a friend out of state and we are never picky about anything, first thing we noticed was a nat in our 3 glasses of water that we had. Our bread was frozen in the middle and had to sent it back. Waited forever for our bread to come out..Our shrimp salad was not tasteful, the dressing was awful, and our lobster pasta that we had was OVER salted. Never going back again. This restaurant is fantastic. One of best Italian restaurants in Naples, and the staff is so kind and considerate. We were seated very quickly without a reservation, and not rushed at all even though our group arrived an hour before closing. The food was fantastic, and tasted like authentic Neapolitan should, which is probably true considering much of staff speaks Italian! This place is not to be missed! This is probably my favorite place in Naples. If your are looking to have a drink after a pleasant day at the beach this is the place to be. Francesco, the bartender and part owner of the restaurant, is very nice and made us feel like we are part of the family. It is a cozy and nice place to relax while you eat and drink. On one of our last nights walking up and down 5th ave, my friend and I passed by this restaurant. We immediately looked at the food then looked at each other and said we are going tomorrow! Overpriced for the quality of the two entrees we had. The Lobster Langostino was fishy but I have to say it is probably fine for most people. I am a fisherman so know fresh seafood doesn't have the fish taste people seem to be accustomed to. The Veal Milanese started out great. I love arugula! The veal cutlet was so tasty and crispy and the tomatoes were deliciously roasted! We had leftovers and that's when I noticed the veal was ridiculously pounded to 1/16th of an inch. See pic. Best authentic Italian seafood restaurant on 5th Ave. Even better best Italian seafood in Naples Fl. Take my word for it, you will be blown away. Every ingredient was really fresh, the flavors were mind blowing. This place is a must, I started with the Fish bowl which is a made with fresh fish. For a main course I had linguine with mix seafood. And for the grand finale the Lemon Sorbet. The service was exceptional Alex timed every course perfectly and did not rush the meal. Francesco paired the food and the wine perfectly. Andrea made several visits to our table to make sure everything was perfect. Daniel was very attentive, making sure our glasses were never empty. Very kind and gracious service. Authentic Italian seafood. I booked a reservation and checked the occasion "birthday". At the end of the night they brought a tiramisu with a candle on a plate with happy birthday written in chocolate syrup (on the house), which was very thoughtful and made it a more special occasion for me and my fiancé. The dishes ranged from good to excellent, and the service was great despite it being extremely busy and all the servers constantly hustling. The prices are moderate for upscale seafood, though the wines could be a tad cheaper. At the end of the day, $200 for a bottle of 2022 NZ Sauvignon blanc, mussels, burrata salad, linguini with clams, a delicious 1.25lb branzino, and an espresso to top it off is not bad; about 2/3rds the price you'd pay for a similar course at other restaurants of the like. The vibe is definitely on the busier side, with more of a casual diner/banquet environment vs. the quiet restaurant that typically serves this sort of food. I will be returning. read more

This Italian seafood restaurant was recently purchased by three former employees of MiraMare, and they have brought an authentic Italian experience to5th Ave. The menu is refreshingly different. Went here with a group of 10 of us. My brother had gone before and recommended it. We had an outstanding dinner. I started with the Burratta and Anchovies with Arugula which my daughter and I split. We both loved it. The anchovies where the white variety and very tasty! For the main course my daughter had the pasta special which was spaghetti with lobster in a red sauce which we also shared. This dish was amazing! The sauce was incredible and there was no shortage of lobster. For my entree I had the fish (whole fish, not just a fillet) that is encased in salt and then baked. The fish is brought table side and broken out of the salt casing and the fish deboned and plated. This was one of the best fish dishes I have ever had. The meat was moist and incredibly flavorful. The salt crust perfectly seasons the fish and they add a bit of really good olive oil and just makes for a delicious combination. I can't recommend it enough. Oh and you have your choice of fish. I chose the branzino. Some other things to note, my father ordered the Fennel, Pear and Grape salad and he raved about it. I tried it and it was great. The fennel gave it great crunch and the pear and grapes and nice touch of sweetness. Great and unique combination. The pistachio gelato was amazing as was the espresso. We visited the Fish Shop ("La Pescheria") with friends for a great seafood dinner. On a street in Naples known for good restaurants this gem stands out. From the moment we sat down we were treated like old friends by our server Daniele and his assistants made sure we had everything we needed. Our friends had the special of the day, home made pasta with lobster and langoustines while my wife had the dover sole. I opted for the risotto with langoustines and everything was superb. The fresh fish is on display and each fish weighed before you order it to avoid any surprises. We found a nice Italian white wine that was reasonably priced and the dessert menu though small hit the spot. This place is definitely worth another visit. read more

I basically never write reviews but due to how terrible this restaurant is I had to write this review. The ambience firstly is nothing more than a low budget diner. Second the service was very bad. Basically limited staff were ignoring all tables and virtually everyone in the restaurant was upset. Seeing people were actually going to leave the owner came out and said he would give everyone 30% off their bill. While very very slow in getting same the food was decent. Ants on the table also. When we finally got our bill the charge for house wine was 15.00 per glass even though menu does not say this they charged 13.00 for a house salad with your meal. To top it off when the bill came he gave a 30% discount only on the food entree and nothing else. Advice: do not go here unless you want to overpay for poor service and a bad atmosphere. read more

My husband had the frutti di mare which he enjoyed though it wasn't the best he ever had. Not the best meal we had in Naples, but a solid option and we'd definitely go back to sample a couple more items. We had a most delicious dinner at La Pescheria last night! We started with the scallops in a red sauce which was delicious and for our main course, I had the Corvina and my husband had the Snapper cooked to perfection! The owner of the restaurant, Andrea is very charming and greets all of his guests with pleasant conversations. The ambiance is beautiful and the outdoor sitting area made us feel as if we were back in Italy. We will definitely be returning to this great restaurant when we are in the area again and we will be recommending it to all of our friends. read more

Great Place with wonderful food and service. I had a seafood pasta dish that was extremely fresh and tasty. My bride had the whole Branznino filleted table side which was and she said it was the best she has ever eaten. It reminded me of eating on the Amalfi coast without the great views.
