My third time visiting Row. Once for Lobster Fest and the other two with shows. One the most recent visit our comedian was Rich Vos. The food at Row has always been excellent on my three visits. The service during a show is difficult because the servers have to move around tables jammed together with little space to maneuver. And somehow not interrupt the show. Difficult for the server to say the least. I had a very simple supper. I ordered a bowl of Boston clam chowder and a cobb salad. The chowder was excellent and had a good helping of clams. I ordered the crab cobb salad and it was your typical cobb with some nice crab in the middle along with all the other usual ingredients. Great meal and funny entertainment. read more

I want to start by saying every server here deserves a raise. The comedy and environment here is great. We were not impressed by the food. The calamari was actually pretty terrible and nachos/flat bread were pretty standard but for a place that sits like 100 people at once, I am impressed. Next time I will definitely stick to drinks and dessert and still be happy as can be. The desserts are 5 stars. read more

Unfortunately the only thing saving Row at the moment is quality food and comedy. The comedy has been quite good and the food has been consistently good (been to 5 shows since they have opened). That's about it ... THE BAD "Cocktails" ~ (SOOOOOOO INCONSISTENT from one week to the next ... Train the bartenders!! ) & $$ "Service" ~ below average would be kind. Haven't had anyone rude yet as others claim but I feel as though training isn't happening or these folks just aren't the sharpest :/ "Water" ~ OK, I'm totally in for charging $3 for a bottle of water to the people who aren't purchasing bottles of wine and multiple cocktails; however, to insult me with $3 water after I spend over $190 on cocktails makes me sick! I was at Ralphie's show with 3 others and had a $370 tab w/ tip at the end of the night. $190 in cocktails, $90 in appetizers & $48 in f-ing water! Is that a joke?!?!?! After the $160 on VIP tickets that brought our total to $530 for the evening. We came in for the deal they have on Monday and Tuesday nights where its the 5 for $15. You have a choice of 5 entrees for $15, what a steal! We started with a calamari and it was good. For mains, my dad had the prime rib and it was fantastic, so tender. My mom and I didnt opt for the deal but we did a soup and salad and it ended up coming out to $15 so decently priced anyway. I had the lobster bisque and it was creamy and rich, really nice. She had the french onion and it wasnt oily and had a nice piece of melted Gruyere on top. The ceasar salad was massive, and we were both full, which usually isnt the case with the soup and salad combo. Our server was lovely, very attentive and checked in just enough. Monday and Tuesday they dont have the comedy, but have heard that they get really great acts in, and its fantastic for Naples to have a comedy club, also super close to our house. This restaurant spot seems to be cursed with businesses going under so I really hope that Row make its. With the crowd they have on the comedy nights I am sure they will do fantastic. read more

I feel bad posting a poor review for somewhere I haven't had a full meal at yet, but I feel it's due diligence to note that service is extremely poor during the comedy shows. They have a 2 drink minimum, but how can you even meet that when the waitress leaves and never comes back? Oh well, I guess I didn't want a second drink anyway! I love that ROW/Off the hook comedy is now in Naples and so close to my house, but the service is a bit of an issue that has seemed to go unaddressed from their first show up until one I went to last month. Frankly, it's because of the poor service that I haven't actually tried ROW for dinner even though the menu looks amazing! Hopefully they can get the kinks worked out so they can keep the Naples location. I don't want to see them go anytime soon! read more

Been a few times since opening, had great meals, great service and generous portions for the price! Prime Rib, Crab Encrusted Haddock and Shrimp/Scallop Risotto were all very good! Would have been a 5 star but I'm still upset about them charging us for bottled water. We started with shortrib cheese sauce fry appetizer which was delicious! Followed by the homemade burrata caprese salad and lobster bisque. The burrata was so fresh and delish! For entrees we got prime rib, shrimp and scallop risotto, and chimichurri mahi. All were excellent!! I would definetly come back. I would understand the water charge of you only ordered drinks, but we ordered app, soup, salad, and entree and still got charged not to mention we each had 3 drinks. read more

We are new to the place but WOW! The dancing on Wednesday is terrific and the week-end comedy is side-splitting. And the FOOD is a wonderful surprise. That is: clubs usually do one of these well and the others suffer but ROW does it all very well, including xlnt service and a great Happy Hour. We have told our friends that are still up North they are in for a treat so there will be more attendees. Now is the best time to go there before the Season crowds. It is already getting a good size crowd. For my money, and it is, enjoy an evening or two or three at ROW. They do it right and you feel good and that you received good value and a fun time for the money spent. Oh...and comedians Joey Medina and Rene and the other comics are hilarious! read more

So very impressed with this gem of a spot! I was definitely not expecting the level of food and service at a comedy club. It's more of a great restaurant with comedy available. We started with the Ahi Tuna Stack, which I immediately claimed for myself and told my honey to order another. It was absolutely delicious.... more like a Poke than a standard ahi appetizer. I don't normally care for teriyaki but they do this lemon infusion to it so it's not sticky sweet, and gives this great fresh, bright flavor that is perfect for good tuna. I had the burger and fries .... and wow! Just wow, it was a juicy, well seasoned and perfectly executed burger! One of my favorite things in the world. The fries were hot and crunchy, perfectly seasoned and absolutely delicious. Thick slices of dill pickle too, I only disappointment myself by getting too full ... Everyone at my table was star struck with amazement at the food - crab legs, flat breads, soup, shrimp .... this will be my go to spot not just for comedy but for great food! read more

Wow tonight was my 2nd experience and I will definitely be back! My wife and I saw Tom Arnold and he was awesome. He was personal, humble and hilarious! The first time I got the fish and chips and we split fresh raw oysters. Tonight I had a Row Burger and we again split some oysters. My wife got the filet and was very pleased. This is a perfect place for a date night or with a group of friends. I can't wait to come back. read more

Excellent seafood is an understatement! So happy to enjoy fresh New England seafood. As a Boston native the food is just like back home and makes me smile;) I was a big fan of Captain Briens when they were located on Marco island and now that it's much closer to me in Naples we frequent Row weekly. I have tried many of the items including the shrimp scampi flat bread and Kale salad. Try these two favs of mine and you won't be disappointed. Also saw Ralphie may last week and still talk about how funny the show was! Highly recommend eating here and if you like to laugh to see one of the comedy shows!! read more

Thank god for Mr. May being funny otherwise the entire experience would have been dull. First of all I simply called the restaurant at noon on Thursday afternoon. A man answered the phone who was so rude and stale that he made feel like I was an inconvenience asking if the tickets were sold out. Your a comedy club, hire people with personality, that is your image/brand right??!You are in the hospitality industry and it is YOUR JOB to make YOUR guests comfortable. Maybe a younger more appreciative management team would help Row Seafood build a niche in this market. I do not own a comedy club but I do own 87 restaurants all over the USA and I am suggesting a fun, energetic, sophisticated and approachable upper leadership team. Not dull and FULL of rules and regulations. Upon arrival our table of two were sat promptly. Our server approached us and said "what can I get you to drink", nothing more nothing less... As I sat there I thought to myself, am I still being a burden!!? I had to ask for a simple recommendation to make myself and my guest feel like we were actually dining out with an actual server, not a robot! The food was great but the service from the manager on the phone to the server who wanted to go home absolutely made this a two star review. I've always been a fan of Capt. Brien's restaurants since he had his original one on Marco Island. I was happy to learn that he opened his new restaurant in Naples. My companion & I shared our meals with each other. We had Clam Chowder, Caesar Salad, a chicken pasta dish & Prime Rib. Everything was excellent! The Prime Rib was actually the best we ever had. Our waiter, Greg, was friendly & attentive. The ambiance was incredible & the elevated booths were very comfortable. The owner, his parents & a manager stopped by our table briefly to make sure that we were enjoying our meals. This was definitely our favorite dining experience while we were in Naples! read more

Got VIP tickets, but seated 10ft from the front door. I asked the hostess about it and she said the general seating was by the bar (so basically paid out to avoid sitting 3 feet to my left.) the food was woof. Tough Cajun chicken on top of pappardelle? But it says on the tickets you need to purchase minimum of two food & drink items which is understandable because as a stand alone it wouldn't sell. Then was told about Capt Brien's spirits that he makes himself from the server. It's made by List Distillery, he just slaps his name over a bottle that the distillery is willing to part with. Btw all distilled spirits are gluten free...So pretty much no respect to hardworking distillers or paying customers. Another naples Mickey Mouse gimmick. Comedian on stage was good. Dinner and show tonight. Show was great, medium Cindy Kaza. Found menu and drinks a bit pricey for the setting. Peel and eat shrimp with Old Bay were excellent. Flatbread ok, would have liked cooked more. I have had way better flatbreads though. Service was prompt and friendly. Would go again for the shows. read more

The Row Cramped, watered drinks, inadequate bathrooms... There's a list. I felt so sorry for the wait staff at this place. They were all trying so hard but the place was so packed in that people were bumping the back of chairs with their knees, tucking heir elbows to eat, and generally tripping the workers. It's so sad. This place would be good if they dropped at least four tables from the floor space to give the workers room. Also, at the entrance it was a mess. Having a large table already reserved for my group, there was no direction at all at the "desk" because there were WAY to many customers and no way for people who already had seats to get past them. Everyone stood around asking which line was for what... Eventually we called ahead and some of our group came and grabbed us at the door. The staff didn't even question how we got in 'cause they were so busy and understaffed. It was pretty sad. Bathrooms smelled like butt and only a few stalls. Ever sit for two hours drinking and then stand for a half hour waiting for the bathroom? Plus, the bathrooms are right next to the entrance/exit so everybody and their dog mobbed the area trying to smoke cigarettes. The food wasn't great and that was the unanimous verdict of 14/15 in my group. Not good. Also unanimous: crappy drinks with local water ice cubes. Yuck. Can you say floaties?!* At least there was good parking once you actually found the place. So, all in all, lousy review. Also, treat your employees better, Row. Come on. read more

Back for the second time since they moved from Marco. First off the place looks great but wow the stage is way smaller then it used to be. Still seating is an issue because they're milking as much as possible out of food sales which is fine. Just wish for shows they did have a better set up but still got a good view. Haven't eaten here so I can't comment on food quality but drink prices are reasonable. However waitress has passed us by for our drink order lol. Can't rate on the act but I've heard nothing but good about the guest. I will always reccomend stand up as a thing to do. all in all not it's not "the comedy store" but Naples has done comedy right with this place. Enjoy! read more

We were totally looking forward to our night at Row and the music delivered. Generation Gap offered a refreshing variety of music that kept everyone dancing. The food was good while the drinks were questionable and the service went from good to non existent after dinner. Hoping that Row is just suffering from growing pains. Can't wait to try the Comedy but we will definitely have to have drinks before we get there or order them by the dozen. read more

So we are new to Naples and have been trying to go to all the places in town since June. Have been extremely overly satisfied with every establishment going out of there way to make sure customers are happy! This place on the other hand WOW! I don't write reviews this is actually my 3rd one in my entire life, but that explains my level of frustration and disgust! To start of. I bought a group on that mentioned nothing about a comedy club. Called the restaurant to make reservations, was told one is not needed told them I bought a groupon. Was told NOTHING about the rip off skim they have going. Upon arrival Im hit with a mandatory $26.00 a person for tickets. When asked where I wanted to sit I said the booth. I was then told it will be $10 more! In shock I reached for $10.00 then the unpleasant hostess said its $10.00 a person, so in disbelief I handed her $20.00 at which point she looks up and sais its $26.00! I should have walked out at this point, however I figured since I pretty much will kill my evening if I leave and try to go somewhere else at this point plus I wanted to see how far this petty insanity will go. When asked what the $6.00 was for I was told its a "convenience fee" hmmmm. Convenience fee!!!!!!!????? Understandable when buying a ticket online 3rd party but not when paying cash at the counter with 1/3 place busy, which should of been another good sign to run! I also gave the hostess a copy of the groupon at that time. From that point forward, server was extremely unaware of the menu. The entre was good, not mind blowing but good like a B rating or a 4/5. The appetizers, oysters seamed fresh, the captains fried sampler was extremely over fried couldn't taste anything but grease. Informed waiter and was ignored. Drinks were terrible and inconsistent. The only pleasant part was the comedian even though comedy is not really my thing and if I knew that I would be paying for a show I was not warned about by the add on groupon or the person I spoke to on the phone I would once again not go. And finally to top my experience off, after asking for the desert menu I was given the bill instead of desert menu. Asked again for desert menu and waiter never returned. Then told the waiter I gave my groupon to the hostess, 10 minutes later was told no one had it!!!!!! So I had to login to my account on groupon where it said REDEEMED! The waiter looked and pretty much took position that Im trying to get over on her and use it again because it said it was redeemed, so I had to point out where it actually said redeemed what date! Then looked at my bill just to confirm that it was taken off and noticed that drinks were not accounted for all though I clearly asked the waiter prior to ordering of drinks would be ok instead of wine! SO TO FINALIZE THIS, ALL THOUGH IM ALMOST CERTAIN THAT YOU SHOULD HAVE A VERY CLEAR PICTURE OF MY EXPERIENCE, I HAVE NEVER BEEN SO INSULTED WHILE TRYING TO ENJOY A DINNER OUTING WITH MY WIFE! THIS EXPERIENCE COST ME ROUGHLY 200$! FOR A MEAL THAT WAS NOT WORTH MORE THEN SAY 80$ FOR 2 WITHOUT ANY GROUPON DEALS AND OBVIOUSLY MINUS THE INSULTS AND PETTY RIP OFF! FYI Im sure this is understood without saying, but none of the drinks nor the fried so called sea food sampler that only the chef may identify as that were compt or offered a substitute! Went with another couple to see the comedy show. Chose to have dinner there and the meals were prepared very well and moderately priced, considering it`s Naples. Both of the headliner and the main act were very funny so it was overall a very pleasant experience. The only negative was that the server asked if we would close out the check early as her shift was over. After that, no one covered our station and asked if we wanted coffee or dessert. read more

Happy hour only in the "bar area" & sitting with complete strangers while watching the show(not warned about before buying tickets) & just an unpleasant experience overall. Extremely rude behavior from the pompous owner. I politely asked if he was the manager and he rudely responded he was the owner. I asked if we could be moved to a different table as the bar was directly in front of our view to the stage. He rudely answered "No." I responded there were several open tables and my party literally couldn't see the stage as bartenders and servers were in our view. He rudely said "I can't let you sit at the empty tables they're VIP," while failing to even make eye contact or speak to me like I'm a human being. He didn't even give me the option to upgrade my ticket or any other alternative, in so little words he told me that my business didn't mean anything to him. And the empty tables sat empty all night. Aside from the atrocious behavior from an arrogant owner, the food sucked, it had no flavor. The absolute worst experience here. read more
