I have a "usual" order that I go with and this visit was no different. fter inhaling a basked of fresh bread and oil/vinegar I enjoyed my chicken soup and Chicken David entree. Both are always delicous choices and this evening was no expcetion. New this this time I did try their seasonal side offering of the cacio y pepe raviolli. It wasn't bad but it was unfortunately underwhelming both flavorwise and texture wise. Every staffer we interacted with was awesome and gave our request or question prompt attention (again-despite being a busy NYE). Hannah was our server and I can't sing her praises highly enough. Despite being a new team member she handled the evening's busy nature and her section like a boss! She made sure our table had everything we needed and then some for the duration of our visit. As a general rule, I try to avoid chain/franchise establishments BUT Carrabba's is one of the few exceptions I make because you can typically count on a positive experience when in doubt with other nearby choices. This visit to the Palm Coast location in Florida for the the first time was no different and as a said, one of the better locations I've been to in. a while. If you want a great meal and experience give them a try!

We devoured the muscles in white with sambucca. I ate so much fresh home made bread soaking up all that goodness. Salads and soup were as always GREAT. Then came the entrees. The chicken saverio and the veal gorgonzola were beyond reproach, with plenty to enjoy and take home! For a first, we elected to enjoy their amazing home made desserts. I got the red velvet cake and Karen enjoyed the cannoli pie. Neither survived! Give yourself some time when you visit Romero's so that you can enjoy walking the coast a bit before you get back in the car. We were stuffed beyond belief. Until next time.... Love this place!

Service could have been better- Asked for more bread, that came after we finished our entrees. So we didn't eat it. Asked for additional salad dressing, that never came, so our guest didn't eat his salad. Asked for ice water, that took 20 min Terrible service. Next issue- They were rushing us. It must be management pushing servers and bus boys to rush us out. I was asked 3 times in a 5 min span by the bus boys if I was finished with my meal. Then the server came over and he asked me! What the heck! Not enjoyable and not relaxing. It was a pricy meal that I wanted to enjoy.
