This opened recently and we've been there twice. I would say for the food, I would give them four stars. For the service, probably more like 3.5. The same two ladies have been there both times. Today I tried the lime ice cream with Chamoy. I really liked it. My husband had the Hot Cheetos Elotes. Wow. That was so good!! I would like to try more things. The popsicles look really good. I don't know what pricing is like for similar items at other locations. We paid $12 for the two items below. They were worth it to me. Both were very good. I'm happy to support little businesses like this right in our neighborhood.

Last Saturday afternoon I was waiting for my wife while she had her watch battery replaced next door to La Real Michoacana, so I decided to come in and see what they have to offer. When I walked in, there was one customer ahead of me and the 1 person working was busy preparing their order. They have a large selection of Mexican popsicles (paleta). They also sell ice cream, rasped (shaved ice), Mexican snacks and agua fresca (flavored water). I was in the mood for a tamarindo (tamarind) agua fresca, but they did not have any, just horchata (rice water with sugar and cinnamon), fresa (strawberry) and another flavor that I can't remember. Since they didn't have the tamarind water that I was craving, I opted for the mangonada (mango, mango sherbet, chamoy, lime juice, tajin, usually topped with some tamarind pulp candy and a straw covered with tamarind pulp candy. The mangonada was good (I've had better), but instead of the tamarind pulp candy, they used tamarind flavored rope candy, but they did have the tamarind pulp covered straw that satisfied my tamarind craving. They have a handful of booth tables for you to sit down to eat at. The major negative I have to mention is that there is no menu with prices or any signage that I saw that showed all their offerings or prices of items. I am disappointed that they didn't have the tamarindo agua fresca. This place is really close to my house, so I may come back another time to try their other offerings. I recommend they have a menu of their offerings as it would probably lead to more sales because usually people might order additional items if something on the men catches their eye while browsing the menu.

Came in with the family and they had so many great flavors to choose from! My Oreo cream is the best ice cream I've had in a long time. The service was awesome as well and they were more than willing to repeat the flavors for us! We will be coming back often

I came here before and the lady had her daughters working they were super sweet. But this time I had went in (it was just her) an said I wanted a Bionico and she said she didnt feel like making it then proceeded to make it lol. Best handmade Paletas I've had in a while. Try the Chongos paleta! I also highly recommend their chicharrón preparado.

A HIDDEN GEM! Lady working was absolutely so sweet, and everything was delicious. From my knowledge the only place in vacaville that offers dubai chocolates covered strawberries. They're definitely a hit. Fresa agua fresca was bomb chips with any toppings. we got elote, mayo, cheese and tapatio. 10/10 recommend!!! place as a whole is also super clean!! spotless!! read more

I came here twice and the second time was my last. I ordered Tostilocos the first time and they didn't have any chamoy so they were super dry. The second time I went in I asked if the Tostilocos came with chamoy and the lady responded rudely. She told me that obviously they do. I told her that they clearly didn't have any the first time. That's why I asked. I also ordered a biónico and told her no raisins or apple but everything else. She only put banana and strawberries for fruit. She missed the other fruit it has along with the coconut shavings. This place sucks like Mateo on Jim's tetas. read more

Went there for the first time yesterday. The ice cream was AMAZING! Very creamy, smooth and not overly sweet. The service was very good - not sure why others complained. The lady was very helpful and patient - she went over all the flavors and kept asking if I wanted a sample. The flavors are unique, not your typical B&R ice cream. 0 stars the lady is so rude. They don't have anything on the menu beside ice cream and the ice cream tastes old. They don't have raspados they don't have milk shakes or aguas frescas. The lady gave us so much attitude. I recommend you go to the Elotero instead of them. read more

Ice cream is too sweet. service is poor and the lady that I think is the assistant manager intimidates her employees and is rude to customers. Ice cream buckets do not have labels and the ladies would get upset if you ask what flavor is on each bucket. spent almost $100 on 5 people like wth, really? something does not seem right in this place. Better go to Baskin Robins or Cold Stone... Even Walmart ice cream is better. read more

Was excited to check this place out after a nice lunch at El Caracol.. but was immediately disappointed. Walked in and the door didn't shut behind us the lady didn't greet us or anything just told us to shut the door so the flies wouldn't go in. Asked for a menu to go the lady was like we don't have any and just pointed at the big screen. We asked how much the paletas were and instead of just saying $5 she was like "how much do you get them at other places?" She said they're $5 but they're worth it and homemade they're not frozen long which I believe and they did look good BUT it's the way she answered the simple question that really bugged me. The lady was rude, seemed annoyed and was not personable. Will never go here and do not recommend. read more

I stopped by La Real Michoacana yesterday as I just discovered this new location next door to one of my favorite Mexican restaurants. They have a wonderful selection of homemade paletas including nuez or pecan, coconut, strawberry, oreo cookie, and other traditional flavors. I had a scoop of the "chongos" and nuez ice cream. The chongos ice cream is sweet and rich for those ice cream aficionados who like custard flavor with hints of cinnamon. The nuez or pecan ice cream was devine. I paid 8 bucks for two individual double scoops of ice cream which is far less $ than our regular trips to Starbucks. I noticed they sell esquites and other Mexican snacks so I can't wait to go back for more treats. The place is brand new, very clean, and painted inside with bright colors. The owners were also very friendly and welcoming. I gave 4 stars until I go back and try more items. read more

Very quick service. Server was nice. I got the strawberry, mango, kiwi pallets and my husband got the strawberries and cream. They are delicious. Only gave them 4 stars because their paletas and ice cream were not labeled. So many options but couldn't tell what the flavors were. Very clean as well! read more

First and foremost, do not listen to these 1 or 2 star reviews. This place is AMAZING, I'm not here for the customer service, i'm here for the ice cream. The quality of the ice cream is top tier, probably the best ice cream i've had in a longtime. The price of the ice cream is not to bad, due to the fact that the ice cream here is homemade and tastes GREAT. The people selling the ice cream here are respectful, and friendly. Plus they're open 12 hrs, 7 days out of the week. I would definitely recommend this spot if your craving something cool for the summer. read more

My husband, daughter and I have been coming here every Sunday (for the most part) for about a year…read moreand a half and we love it. Every time we walk in we're greeted with " welcome in". It's nice to be acknowledged. We like that there are new flavors each time we go (they always have chocolate and vanilla) and there's an abundance of fresh, delicious toppings to choose from. Its always clean and even though there's a nail shop on one side and a sushi place on the other side I'm amazed that I've never smelled anything. There's plenty of seating inside and out. They offer a frequent buyer program that we take advantage of. They even have a cute little selfie wall. They allow customers to use their restroom, if needed, which a lot of small businesses don't. There's usually a lot of customers every time we go, which is great for business. Today we sat inside and ate (110° outside) and I was chaperoning a fro-yo date so there was a brief opportunity to chat with the manager Casey. She is a very nice young lady, really cares about the business and enjoys her job. And these are the reasons we keep coming back. See you next week ;)

I'll be honest, I was worried our two Blizzards would take a while given how long the line was outside. To our surprise, our two Blizzards were ready within a minute of ordering!! Thank you DQ! They were shown to us upside-down and then placed gently on the ordering counter. As I walked out, the car at the end of the line had only moved 2 spaces...so glad I walked in to order. This DQ is located off of 80 across the street from the Outlets so it's a convenient location.

I upgraded to the blizzard (Superman Cake Batter Cookie Dough). My son got the Double Cheese Deluxe Stackburger, small Onion Ring and small Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough blizzard. My son said the burgers are very similar to McDonald's burgers in taste and size. I remember when I was a kid, DQ burgers were much better, but the quality sure has gone down for the cost. The fries were decent as were the onion rings (a little pricy for small onion rings). The blizzards were good. Employees were all very nice and attentive. Our order came out in a timely manner, but I was a little disappointed that the blizzard came out before the main meal, so I was 1/2 done with the blizzard by the time the main meal came out. I wish there was a way to postpone the blizzard until I was closer to finishing the main meal, so the blizzard was not 1/2 melted by the time I finished my meal. Overall for the price and lack of quality of the food items, I would probably only come back for the blizzards only.

Should have listened to friends that have experienced this place before me. Bought a drink and Tostitos to try out. The drink was so sweet I couldn't drink it and tasted of rotten fruit. The Tostito toppings were slim to none. For 9 dollars they should include a little more of the pork skins. Not impressed. Will definitely never go back. One of the best spots out in Vacaville the only real michoacana paleteria that makes their ice cream from scratch real and raw like if they were straight from mexico no kidding!
