I felt bad speaking up at the time and leaving a negative review, but I don't believe the technician had the skill level needed for the service I received. Instead of making clients feel comfortable and taken care of, I've found myself being put in awkward positions simply so the staff can be more comfortable in their own seats. It makes the entire appointment feel tense and unpleasant. They're also ALWAYS in a rush for other clients, but I'm clearly a paying client as well!! It's unfortunate because cleanliness is important to me, and that's one of the main reasons I continued returning.
