When they remade it, it came out in a for here cwith oat milk which is not allowed per their policy so they had to retake my order with diff milk of choice. At that point, I was in a rush and told them I would just take it as is, but the manager forced a remake anyway, adding even more to my wait time. There is an army of staff working in the back, making the incredibly slow service hard to understand. Other customers around us were dealing with the exact same delays. The drinks taste decent, but management severely needs to work on training their staff and streamlining their operations.
