Spectacular view, great service and we all loved our dinners! 100% worth the trip from our resort as this is a diamond in the middle of a cute village that no one would find unless you know about it.

Amazing views
Brooke G.

The food and service is always amazing! Every time we go to Cancun we have to make a stop here for lunch or dinner.

The red moon that night... was amazing!
Mimi T.

Good food, good service! The ambiance on the rooftop was wonderful! We shared apps: hummus and tzaki. I'm writing this from back home. It was a fabulous night! Ate too much... We were too busy stuffing our faces, listening to the band (they were GOOD), dancing, drinking, and watching the Bruins hockey game. The service was exceptional! Definitely go for the evening entertainment with dinner and the beautiful views

This is priceless

Our wedding ceremony and reception, everything exceptional eats, staff, guests were happily smiling, as I took note of all the circumstances going on though out the night, location and ambiance is amazing. LA Sirena is a great venue. Enjoy! Sincerely, the Bride and Groom!

Seafood bisque

Every time we come to Puerto Morelos, we always stop by this great joint. You get a view of the square as well as a peek at the ocean while you enjoy amazing margaritas and some of the best ceviche. The staff is friendly and a delight to visit. They have a beautiful rooftop perfect for cocktails or having a party. We threw our friend a 40th bday up there once and it was the perfect setting. We'll be back soon!

Lamb shank

Really great food and service! One of our taxi drivers recommended this place and I definitely see why! We ordered shrimp ceviche, a hamburger for the kids, fish tacos and lamb shank. The ceviche was so fresh and delicious , even the kids ate it. All the food was fantastic! Great place to eat!

Such a great place to stop by and have a drink and overlook the town square. My husband and i were spending some time in Puerto Morelos and it happened to be a rainy day , we went up to the bar while it passed and really enjoyed the view. Unfortunately we did not get to try the food since we had already eaten but it looked like the food was good and they had a lot of entertainment at night. It was a nice place for gathering and spending some time just relaxing.

Stopped in here on a whim while wanting to explore Puerto Morelos. We cam during breakfast time and while the menu was limited, the views were incredible. The breeze up on the 2nd floor made breakfast such a delight. Service was speedy but also gave us time to just enjoy relaxing. I got a regular old waffle, it did the trick! I enjoyed the ambiance and the music playing, I didn't want to leave!!

Leg of lamb

OMG! The BEST leg of lamb I've ever had! This was the first restaurant we ate at after flying in. My fiance was not as happy as I was with her dish but I was in heaven. Pros: I really love the menu options. Although I was tempted to try seafood the pics on Yelp for the lamb prooved to be irresistible. The meat fell of the bone instantly. The au jus was drizzled over the fresh mashed potatoes and vegetables. The ambiance was lovely. We sat outside so that we could enjoy the sunset. This is a lovely spot for a romantic dinner. The drink menu was creative and delicious! The staff was friendly. It is on the higher price end for the area so just note that. Cons: I'm not sure if the other dishes are just as good because I took a bite of my fiances seafood dish but her food was bland to me. Also, I was interested in the tiger fish dish but they didn't have it so that was disappointing but it happens. The drinks are delicious but priced high with an average of $10 USD. Not a big issue but a lot of other restaurants on the strip are less expensive.

Great atmosphere, good food, staffs are friendly, beautiful view on the rooftop are some of the reasons we love to dine here. I enjoy coming during their live music. Currently on the rooftop for Music under the stars -- Monday at 7:00PM - Jazz Night with Chucho Vargas Project. Thursday at 7:00PM - Alex Ploit performing Rock and Pop. Sunday at 7:00PM - Mario Delgadillo and Chucho Vargas - Piano and Bandneon. Reservations are recommended, so send them a WhatsApp. Some of what we like are their Grouper gyro, grouper sandwich, strawberry field salad, wings etc. They also had lamb burger. Nice drink selection as well.

Our food was delicious, the service was great and the drinks were delicious! The staff were very attentive, polite and courteous as well as patient. I will definitely return to this restaurant, our food was delicious!

Best village in MX.

I'm still not over how perfect this meal was. Amazing ambiance and service, absolutely killah food AND the abundance of Med food was so welcome. Kebbe and Shwarma for all! Worth wearing shoes.

Wife and daughter enjoying this place.

This place is great. We have tried various places around the area and this place has great food and the drinks are on point.

Dinner in the cancun strip
read more We decided to pick Porfirio's for the evening from all of the restaurants outside of the all inclusive resorts. I took some notes and this is what I thought of the dishes. Xoajacan Imoladas - The mole is perfection. The flautas, superb. Everything in this plate is a symphony of what I would expect from Xoajaca. 9.5/10 Barbacoa Bonemarrow - Barcacoa is on point. The Marrow is Sublime. Together with the accompaniments is superb. I dream of Marrow everyday. This is a 10/10 Yellow fin Tosatadas - Superb!!! One of the best tostadas I have ever had. The microgreens, the sauce and the square Tostada works well all together. 8.8/10 Salmon - Cooked perfectly. The corn is a great accompaniment. The fish is impeccably seasoned. This dish is heaven sent with a 9.8/10 Grilled Octopus - Grilled perfectly, I can tell by the texture. The mash is superb, they used margarine instead of butter and I absolutely love the contrast from the traditional mash. 9.8/10 Mexican Rice - Its pretty good. It does have a nice seafoodish finish. The pepper was actually spicy. Nice and pleasant rice dish. 8/10 Charred Avocado Salad - Grilled avocado is a bit of a wash. It did make it look good on the plate. The dressing is a little weak. Needs a little more zip, some citrus or vinegar would give this salad some justice. Its a little uninspired 7/10 Service is impeccable and attentive and the atmosphere is lovely.

Gorgeous interior & very loud: music wise. The speakers are definitely great quality though, the
read moremusic videos they played sounded like a live performance in the restaurant itself. Anyway: the food, presentation of the dishes itself, and the overall vibe: 4/5. My favorite dish was definitely the steak. The bone marrow is better off being plain without all the stuff they put on top. The steak itself was perfectly cooked & seasoned. I should've took more pictures of the food but whatever- the mango tuna thing with avocado was delicious. Very mango forward. Great alongside some salsa as well. The octopus: OK enough, slightly overcooked. Chewy. Chicharron guac was yum. Our server was so sweet in the beginning but had an attitude after getting tipped 25% LOL other than that, great experience :)

Gonna start with this was a wonderful place
read more First the atmosphere: A down-to-earth hole in the wall from the streets. We were drawn in by a fella play "Outstanding" 70's & 80's music, such as Journey, AC/DC, Bryan Adams, and even Santana. He was a wonderful performer. The walls are lined with various vehicle license plates. Most are from the US. All the staff was friendly spoke English well, which helped us stupid Americans who can't speak anything other than, not that great English As for the meals. There were four of us today and all our meals were great. Very filling large portions. The wifey had the Fish Tacos and she even let me try a piece of fish. She loved it and I have to say the fish piece had a wonderful flavor. I had the chicken and cheese quesadilla. Again filled with medium-sized chicken pieces. I'm a big eater and will tell you my 4 quesadillas filled me up. The wife and I had bottled sodas and my friends had beer. Lastly, I'm writing this the next day and as a traveler, like us, you might be concern about any "after effects." Well, there were zero! So I will say this if here - give this place a try. You will not be disappointed!

My friends and I ate here during our spring break trip this week, and the food was excellent. My
read moresister says she is still thinking about the chicken burrito she had there. Overall, the atmosphere was great, and the live music was fantastic to listen to. I would say the only thing is that the service was a tiny bit slow.

Harry's - Harry's Pie

From the moment we walked into Harry's in Cancun, we were treated like royalty. The staff didn't
read morejust greet us; they welcomed us with the kind of warmth and attention that makes you feel like the entire evening was designed around you. Once we stepped onto the deck overlooking the lagoon, the whole experience elevated even further. The scenery was stunning, soft lights reflecting off the water, a gentle breeze, and live music drifting through the air like the perfect soundtrack to an already unforgettable night. Then came the food, each dish was its own little masterpiece. The bread service alone set the tone: warm, golden rolls with just the right touch off salt. The wedge salad followed. It was crisp, cold, and generously dressed, with smoky bacon and bright tomatoes adding all the right contrasts. The dry-aged steak was the star of the table, cooked perfectly with that deep, rich flavor only dry-aging can create. The roasted peppers and silky sauce on the side made every bite feel intentional. The octopus was another standout, tender, beautifully charred, and plated with a vibrant puree that balanced the dish with a touch of sweetness. One of the best plates we had. The table got more entrees since there were 8 of us but didn't get pictures. Sea brass was another favorite. Even the lobster soup arrived with flair: a velvety bowl paired with a seafood-topped toast that brought texture and richness together in one elegant bite. The beef tartare with fries was classic and fresh, refined without losing its fun. Dessert turned into a full performance. The liquid-nitrogen ice cream came with swirling clouds of cold vapor, dramatic and delicious. The birthday cake arrived crowned with berries and a sparkling candle that lit up the whole table. And just when we thought the night couldn't get any more whimsical, out came the towering blue cotton candy, playful, over-the-top, and impossible not to smile at. Harry's doesn't just serve dinner. It creates an experience, one where the service, the scenery, the atmosphere, and the food all work together to make you feel celebrated. Our night felt luxurious, thoughtful, and truly unforgettable for my husband's 50th birthday! Well done Harry's!

Low class and disrespectful, don't come here unless you want to be lied to and treated like an
read moreidiot. We came to Harry's a couple years back when we visited Cancun and I am celiac and I had a lovely dinner with my partner. On this visit, we were seated at a beautiful table and we ordered drinks. Our waiter, a bald headed young man 30s, refused to check with the kitchen to see if they could accommodate me. I am celiac not vegan. I was told there was nothing I could eat except steak and he proceeded to show us the entire steak selection. Truthfully I was feeling slightly unwell from not eating the entire day. I felt like fish, he said I can give you dry fish no sauce on top. He suggested maybe we just do appetizers. We had a 8 pm dinner reservation, what the hell would I want to order appetizers and call it day? This waiter was chit chatting with his maitre'd and other wait staff and I felt terribly uncomfortable that i was told I couldn't eat anything from the men, we we all know was ridiculous and not true. We finished our drinks and asked for the check. I made a reservation for Porfirios next door bc I could see they had some gluten free options. Harry's used to be accommodating but no longer. We will not come to Harry's again for food. Not only this, the waiter was trying to once again embarrass us by advising us that we could walk to Porfirios, next door to the restaurant from the back patio. We got up and began walking towards the patio and suddenly I realized he was totally making a fool of us, why would we go from the back if we have to check in with the hostess stand in the front of the restaurant? We walked straight out of Harry's from front door. Never again. So disrespectful and such a rude experience. Not only this, Harry's canceled/ removed our open table reservation (even though we fulfilled it and paid for our drinks and still tipped generously), so I cannot even leave a review and send a private message to the restaurant. Pathetic customer service.

Great experience last Friday night at this Michinlin Bib restaurant. So glad I stopped by this
read moreplace is bomb and super not pretentious! Wish I got the tasting menu but I opted for 3 of the specialties instead and they were delicious... Tasting menu is best value tho! I got the raw trout sashimi thing and it was by far the best plate of the meal (first dish/appetizer) , then got the shrimp flautas (good not amazing) then I got the trout loin for the entree (good not amazing) Skinny marg was perfect and so was the waitress! Would recommend and go back but like I said I would for sure do with the 6 or 8 course tasting menu!

Okay, where do I start
read more I made a reservation about a month before our trip, they were already pretty booked so I made a 4:45pm. I somehow missed that the coursed meal doesn't start until 6...and we didn't realize until same day. They couldn't rebook us until 9PM but told us to swing by early to see if they could get us in AND THEY DID. It was a Christmas miracle. And I'm glad they did because the whole experience was about 2.5 hours from start to finish. The place isn't very big, but is beautiful inside. They have an awesome bar and and open kitchen so you can see everything. It's a really neat place. We were seated pretty quick once they got the table cleaned, and then were greeted by our waitress. When we told her we were there for the 8 course meal, they switched waiters on us, and then the upselling started. Right off the bat they tried to talk us into a cocktail...when we were doing a pairing with our meal. It took them a little time to get the meal going, and then between courses was a little hit or miss. Sometimes it was free flowing and sometimes it took 10-15 minutes to get our next dish. The food. We were a little nervous we would leave still a little hungry but I assure you, you will not. For ~$100USD each, you get so much food, and a drink with every course. It was fantastic and so worth it. Here were the courses and pairings (that I can remember lol): 1. We started with the dips - a bean dip with cheese sauce and guacamole with crickets. Very classic, very well done. The crickets added a nice, nutty flavor. I was a huge fan of the beans with their blue corn tostadas, so much flavor. They also had a third dip that was pumpkin seed based, it was good but not as memorable. Their hot sauces came out with this course. It was paired with a house mezcal (with salts, cucumber, and orange) that was incredible and smooth. 2. Shrimp ceviche which was super refreshing and flavorful. They paired this with sparkling wine. 3. Sea bass with a cream sauce and grapefruit. I'm not a huge fishy flavor person - my first bite had all three compnents and I thought it was delicious. My husband just had fish as his first bite and thought it a little fishy, but once we added everything else he agreed it was great. Three small pieces, so it was a nice course. Paired with a sauv blanc. 4. Roasted tomatoes in a mole sauce. A nice veggie course. I thought they were cooked well, nothing super fancy. Paired with a Chardonnay. 5. Cooked shrimp with potatoes. My husband called this a "filler" course - there wasn't much to it. The sauce had some greens in it but it was just something light and easy to serve. Can't remember the pairing here. 6. THE CARROTS. MY FAV THING. OMG. Literally so fresh, the perfect texture, and the sauces. I could have eated a whole bowl with this one. Paired it with a red blend. 7. Cow tongue. I forgot a photo. I was starting to get drunk, I'm sorry. Paired with a red wine. This was tender, the sauce was delicious. If you're not used to beef tongue, please don't let it scare you. It was amazing. 8. Dessert. Also amazing. I think it was paired with a sweet red but....a little drunk here...we got a cheesecake which was more on the savory side, super unique, and so delicious. I was a huge fan. We also got a passion fruit custard and I'm a SUCKER for passion fruit. This was phenomenal. The food was INCREDIBLE. And such an amazing experience. And now the loss of a star. I hit on the service a little, but there was also some upselling which we don't love, especially at what is supposed to be michelin recognized. We often try Michelin recognized when we travel and the upselling was unexpected, I undertsand the culture down here, but still. ALSO we LOVED the house mezcal so much we asked for another shot ($280 pesos/shot). When we got the bill, the waiter upcharged to one of the most expensive mezcals on their menu ($520 pesos/shot) and refused to change it. We spent $60 on two shots after paying for our 8-course meal. It honestly was SUCH a dissapointing end to our meal and felt so icky. Be very careful with the service here.
