I appreciated how there were a good amount of vegetarian options on the menu. Friend and I split the chilaquiles and the churro French toast and our food arrived within 15 minutes. Chilaquiles (5/5): Very flavorful! I liked how the tortilla chips stayed crispy even with the red sauce on top. The beans and eggs were well cooked Churro French Toast (5/5): Had to end my meal with a dessert and this definitely satisfied my sweet tooth! The French toast was perfectly made and the berries were tasty Friend got the horchata latte and gave it her stamp of approval! Overall, delicious food and good customer service! Okay but... a hotel coffee shop with good matcha? That's the plot twist I didn't know I needed…read more We stopped here on my way out of Santa Clara heading to San Francisco -- it's conveniently close to a bunch of other spots, and since it's tucked inside a hotel, parking was ridiculously easy. (Underrated luxury.) Now, the hotel itself? Visually... a moment. It looked like someone invested serious money into it, but the design felt a little space-meets-startup-meets-what's-happening-here. Some elements felt elevated, others felt a bit makeshift. I genuinely couldn't tell what the theme was -- futuristic? celestial? boutique-on-a-budget? I'm still processing. The front desk team was clearly well-trained and knowledgeable -- they had every answer, every stat, every rate breakdown ready. But the warmth? Missing. I was hoping for a little storytelling since I'd never heard of the hotel before, and instead got a very matter-of-fact "we've been here five years" energy. Efficient, yes. Inviting, not quite. But let's talk about why you're really here: the coffee shop. Completely different vibe. Two people working, both genuinely happy, welcoming, and quick. We ordered a latte and a matcha to go -- total was about $22, which made me blink for a second -- but then I tasted the matcha. Oh. This wasn't the overly sweet, dusty-green situation you sometimes get. It tasted clean. Real. High-quality. The kind of matcha that feels intentional. I love Firehouse in Marin, but this? This was closer to serious coffee roaster-level quality. Smooth, organic-tasting, beautifully balanced. You could tell they care about what they're serving. Branding was strong, the space was cute, and I could absolutely see myself sitting there with my laptop pretending I'm writing something important. We grabbed ours to go, but it had that easy, airy, "stay awhile" energy. Would I book the hotel? Jury's still out. They don't have an in-house spa and mentioned bringing in third-party services for certain amenities, which made it feel a little less full-service than I expected. Would I go back for the coffee shop? Without hesitation. Delicious drinks, easy parking, quick service, and a vibe that actually makes you want to come back. Sometimes the side character steals the show -- and in this case, it's 100% the matcha.

Because, once again, I was distracted by the quality of the food, and there would be no way for me to do anything else, but to eat! Today, I was in the mood for something more than a salad (much as I wanted to preset what I had the first time coming here, I made a concerted effort to order something else...), thus I chose the Forager Flatbread. It took less time to make this time (roughly about five minutes after ordering), and when it came out, I marveled at how it looked like a work of art! Just beautiful! Each piece of herbed formage blanc flatbread had a nice, crunchy bottom (but not blackened) and a slightly tanginess, with a a good amount of "hen-of-the-wood" mushrooms, sweet roasted garlic and a bed of arugula. My, oh, my! My first bite was a multi-level extravaganza! The crunch of the bread, followed by the aroma of the herbs and arugula, then the saltiness of the cheese, the sweetness of the roasted garlic, the earthiness of the mushrooms - all came together as just a wonderful work of culinary art! This being my first time eating today, my saliva glands just fired off at first bite, causing a bit of intense pain from too much saliva shooting out. But, seriously, this was a very delicious entree, that I enjoyed from start to finish! Bravo for this second joyous experience!

It's pretty nice for a night out with friends/family or a date night. I had never been to this restaurant so I was expecting typical basic American food. BOY was I wrong. Eureka! Is anything but typical. I was amazed by the selection of food and drinks they had. I ended up going with the Wagyu Bone Marrow Burger with the Truffle Cheese Fries and Crispy Glazed Brussels Sprouts. I am definitely a texture person, so I thought that the burger would be too soft for my liking but I decided to try it anyway. Wow. Let me tell you, that burger was the juiciest burger I have EVER had in my life. I tried my best to finish it all but it was honestly too much and I had to sadly leave some behind. The fries were nothing too crazy to rave about. Yes they tasted like truffle but I wish they would of been tossed in truffle oil and had the cheese sauce on it. It needed more truffle for my liking. The Brussels sprouts. Let me tell you, they were the only thing to fully be devoured from my order at the end of my meal. They were perfectly balanced in every way: charred/crispy, salty, savory. Wow. Just wow. I would go back just for those alone. I did order a whiskey sour which was super deliciously creamy. My server was super sweet and gave great ideas for how to customize my burger a bit the next time I come back. Overall my first experience with Eureka! Was definitely a memorable one so I will definitely be back.

The vibe is really cute and tons of outdoor space with games. We came in on a weeknight for dinner and a few drinks. Service was a little slow- our cocktails came after our food items, but staff were friendly. We ordered a few items to share. The strawberry salad was a standout, very fresh ingredients and delicious blend of toppings. We did not add a protein but that was an option. I also enjoyed the shrimp and flatbread. The shrimp had good flavor and was cooked well. The flatbread with duck confit had some heavy toppings with goat cheese and thick glaze. Both were a little too rich for me, but I enjoyed them. Our drinks were tasty and fresh. Overall, we had a good experience and I would go again!

We ordered cocktails "Flying Ace" and "Cielo Rosa", Forager Flatbread, and Roasted Beet Salad, and cheese plate. The cocktails were fun and inventive, but maybe a bit too complex for us. The Flying Ace was a smoky old fashioned type drink with a charred cinnamon stick. Maybe the wrong choice for a sunny afternoon outdoor venue. The Cielo Rosa, with mezcal and jalapeño has a lot going on as well. The forager had great mushroom flavor and loved the roasted garlic. The first bites were great- wish they could have kept the crust crispier for later bites. (Heated plate works well) The beet salad was really good. The crushed pistachios really contrasted well with the beets.

After a while, more guests started eating but overall there is a lot of space, so I wouldn't worry about not finding a table. After ordering, we waited for our food for 15 minutes. We ordered 2 Macho Crispy Chicken Sandwiches and Curly Fries. The chicken was crispy and flavorful, but the portion was small. The sandwiches were on the pricey side, compared to sandwiches you can find at chains. We ate the curly fries to complement our sandwiches. The fries were crispy and comparable to those at Jack in the Box. To conclude, I would probably come here again because I like the texture and taste of crispy chicken sandwiches. I would recommend this spot to foodies looking for an Asian-flavored burger spot.

The fried chicken sandwich itself was pretty great, you have to love breading because the breading is very very heavy, but the meat itself was just as juicy. Very very fair pricing for such a huge burger and in a very nice location as well. The tender beef wrap was not so great at all, the beef was far from tender and more chewy than anything. The sauce and the wrapper itself did not really go together. It felt like two cultures trying to mix and nothing really worked out here.

They also don't have the fried egg, bacon, or white cheddar from the other locations. The basic smash is a solid burger on a really good potato bun. Personally I'm a fan of the truffle smash with grilled onions and black truffle mayo -- I ask them to add tomatoes. The grilled cheese is a bit boring, probably because it's on the kids menu. Next time I'll ask them to add tomatoes and maybe the truffle mayo. The truffle fries are hot and nicely seasoned and topped with parmesan and parsley. They charge extra for the dipping sauces -- but the truffle mayo on truffle fries is worth it. You order at a kiosk which is easy to operate but I had a coupon and couldn't figure that out.
