I usually go to another salon in Henderson but my tech is on vacation until the end of the month. I really needed to get my nails done today but with this heat I didn't feel like driving far and the nail salons in the area have always been disappointing, which is why I take the drive to Henderson. I had never seen this nail salon and decided to give them a try, but I was very nervous about it since I like my gel nails done right because I make videos on social media. I called to ask if they were taking walk ins and they were. I walked in and there were 2 people working and they were working on 2 clients. They finished a client within minutes and they got started on me quickly. The inside is clean, quiet, and I am a plant lover, so I enjoyed looking at the beautiful plants they have. My gel manicure was done by Dinh and he was very gentle and took his time. I was very happy and impressed with what he did. So whenever my usual tech is not available, I'll have to come here and see Dinh. There is something that worries me, and I am hoping my nails last like they tend to when I go to my usual salon. My usual place always does 2 layers of the clear gel, and Dihn only did 1, so I'll see how these go. They were $10 cheaper than my usual spot as well, and of course, so much closer to me. This is 6 minutes away from me, vs 30 minutes to my other salon, so I will post an update if these nails don't last. read more

This was just a horrible experience. i should've left right when the man took my foot forcefully to do my pedicures. My feet actually looks good but the service was terrible. The lady who filed my nails was just now paying attention. She was filing my nail too hard and once i looked over I was bleeding. All she said about that was sorry and kept on touching the cut and doing my nails. I said, "can I at least get some alcohol." ‍ It was really disgusting and unsanitary she was touching my cut without gloves and wasn't trying to disinfect it right away. If I could give zero stars I would. The manager was disrespectful to my Wife after a minor misunderstanding. Here's what my Wife had to say: "Came here for the first time and I didn't like how the manicurists did not listen to what I wanted. [However] My nails did last so I came back with in 3 weeks; I even called to make verify the price to redo my nails. After getting the service done, the price jumped up by 10$ and I was not aware. As I explained the price given over the phone (the day before) the guy started yelling in my face in front of my daughter. I could have left, but that's not who I am. Then the lady who did my nails try to explain that how she painted my nails was extra, but when she asked me if I wanted half painted or the whole nail, a price difference was not mentioned. The guy repeatedly yelled in my face that I had to call someone to have a witness on the phone. That was the worst experience I have ever had and I will no longer go back." Yeah, she's not going back, plus the manicurist cut her with the drill TWICE and she [the manicurist] only put one clear coat. Now I didn't go to school, but I know it's at least 2 coats. I have been coming here for a few months now. Price is great. But they are always late always. It's to hot for all that. They do a good jub but never make You feel good about yourself. The guy will insult you the whole time if you have cuticles. I work in a restaurant so I'm actually I'm going to have a lot from chemicals. I told him this is why I am here spending my money to get them done and I can tell you I'm their bight tipper by far. $20 tip on manicure. I won't be back unfortunately I don't like my time wasted standing around waiting for them to show up. I came here for a fill and a polish change. I was hurting the whole time. The older lady used her long natural Nails to push back my cuticles back on my fingernails. It hurt and It's not sanitary. Now to my toe nails, I just got a gel polish change and i was also saying ouch too often. It hurts to put pressure on my nail and I had to put antibacterial cream on all my nails. The color came out nice so I gave two stars but I won't come back. My toe nail is getting more red and hurts more today than yesterday. read more

I'm not sure what the nail tech was thinking, I asked for my acrylics to be trimmed a little shorter and she went in and made them really short, they're uneven and bumpy, somehow he even managed to put a diamond overlapping another diamond. Came to just get a quick pedicure with my boyfriend before Valentine's Day and I ended up staying to also get dip powder manicure. They had sooo many colors! At my regular salon they only have about 10 colors. The guy said they have a total of 250 dip powder colors. I personally love powder. It's more expensive but it actually stays and lasts longer. I loved the pedicure. They went above and beyond for us. The services they gave us are usually extra at other salons. My boyfriend also ended up getting a manicure. He loved how clean his nails looked. They gave us a discount for it being our first time. And gave me a card for $10 off after my 5th visit. The salon is super clean, the polish and dip powder selection is out of this world, the owners are super friendly and accommodating and Lindcy, the nail tech is amazingly talented!! the most terrible place my daughter and i have ever went to DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE my 8 year old always gets her nails painted when i go in for a service and never have i ever had them clump up and fall off the way they did. When i came back not even an 2 hours later to figure out why my daughters polish had all completely peeled off after sitting for two hours and not to mention they painted her the wrong kind initially and failed to take it off and just painted layers after layers then they painted the correct one on top of all the layers of the wrong one and the guy yelled at me with my daughter present right next to me how dare you?!? After the owner reached out to I decided to give this place a 3rd chance, and boy oh boy when they say 3rd time is a charm it was! My daughter and I both went in and were just wowed by the service! The pace was clean and quiet which was relaxing Lynn (sp) took her time to make sure my nails were even and the same length. It gets better about 5 hours later I ended up breaking a nail and because they close at 7 I was able to get back in and have it fixed and she fixed it for free! Wow. Yesterday I had a terrible experience with these guys that turned into nail intimidation beyond belief. I have been here many times, and the last 2 or 3 times, the service has gone down hill. I originally went with my daughter to get a mani/pedi. We both left feeling rushed and unwelcome, and our nails looked pretty crappy. Just sloppy bad work. As my powder dipped nails set, the color turned out about 3 shades darker than the example I chose. After spending 3 hours trying to get someone to answer the phone, i was told me to come back in and they would fix it. That's when s**t got weird. When I arrived, i was pulled into a corner and made to watch video of how long my daughters pedicure was. Which still showed that her pedicure was finished a good 10 minutes before mine, even though we started together? AND had nothing to do with how we were talked to and pushed through the appointments, or the fact I have polish slopped all over my toe around my nail. Than I show him the color I picked which was obviously not what was on my nails...let's look at that mr video jerk? Than he makes me explain myself to the tech I had earlier like I owe her an apology, sits me down next to her and just grinds down one layer of powder on my nails, slaps more powder over it which is uneven, leaving his fingerprints on them from him trying to smoosh the powder flat.. It now looks like I have wads of gum on my nails. I told him, they look terrible and he says basically, that's the best I can do. The whole time, I have techs coming to see what the hell I was even complaining about and making me so uncomfortable, while shaming me for even coming back. (And they did not realize I understand quite a bit of vietnamese) The owner/manager or whoever he was, since he never introduced himself or talked to me while "fixing" my nails should have just started the process over and treated me fairly instead of intimidation and condescension. I guess I won't be going back which is a shame because they used to be a favorite place for me, and I have referred a ton if people in the past. Don't be fooled by the website, no one offers you anything to drink or even talks to you. The environment is not relaxing. It's an assembly line of rude. read more
