Adored this cute little French inspired restaurant/café in an old bank, with the vault visible! From the moment you step in, the decorations make you feel like you've been transported to old money Europe. There are so many details in the decor, you could spend a couple hours just admiring that. I visited during brunch time on the weekend with a friend, and was very pleasantly surprised. We enjoyed delicious drinks, including some herbal tea and a lavender iced Matcha. Also, we each selected a breakfast dish. I had the feta and vegetable omelette with an arugula salad on the side. So tasty! The restaurant was so spacious and not packed. The two workers, one lady behind the counter and one gentleman waiter, were incredibly sweet and attentive. I would definitely make another visit here (or two, three...)! read more

Come here when you have time to sit and enjoy the company you are with. It's a small cafe. Very quaint and pretty. Small touches go a long way. We came with 6 people. It was a long brunch as only 2 people making the food abs drinks but that's the charm. Unhurried. Old world vibes with a modern spot. Their teas are amazing. Try the blue alchemy and white rose tea. Crepes and croissant sandwiches are great. It is more on the pricier side but for the plating and just nice vibes. Worth it. As good as a NYC. I honestly can't believe I just found this hidden gem! My friend and I went in for an early dinner and we loved the intimidate vibe. It's so bright and airy inside but manages to feel really cozy at the same time. The interior is stunning! We shared the beef bourguignon with the creamy potatoes which was delicious, the presentation was almost too pretty to eat. We also got the mushroom gratin because it was freezing outside, and it was so cheesy and hit the spot perfectly. Also, do not skip the berry delight crepe for dessert!! The craziest part is we were having such a good time we didn't even realize they closed at 5pm. We stayed way past that and the staff was so sweet and didn't even rush us out. I felt so bad when I realized later! Definitely check the store hours before you go! We went on a week night and they closed a little earlier that day. I took a slice of basque cheesecake home for my husband (or for me...) and I'm so glad I did. They even packaged warm chocolate to add on top of the cake. We enjoyed every bite of it! La Valse Des Fleurs is truly a hidden gem where you can enjoy brunch, lunch, coffee, tea, dessert, or dinner! It's not in a busy area and they have their own parking lot right there, which is a huge plus! Can't wait to come back for brunch. read more

Got missed call with vm, asking for confirmation again, so left text message confirmation at 10pm. Arrived 5 mins ahead but had to wait for 15 mins until we were told that my name is not on their list. She claimed that they called me 'MANY TIMES', but didn't respond when I showed one missed call to her. We were seated at the table right next to the front door and completely ignored without menu or water for another 15 mins. I have to give the place a 3 stars only because the dish we ordered was cold with cold cheese melted on top. Besides that everything was fine at this establishment. The place was very clean, but that's only because we were probably the first ones through the door. The service was great but also that's because we were the only ones there. The cafe is in an old bank so you'll be able to dine in their vault and they have other dedicated spaces just for parties. The food and drinks were amazing. There is a rose latte that uses goat milk and I wasn't sure about it. The owner let me taste the milk before ordering. The latte, by the way, was unbelievably delicious and I found the owner was very polite and friendly. I absolutely loved my husband's croque mademoiselle and my croque monsieur was so good! The service was admittedly a bit slow, but there were seven of us at the table, so I'm not all that surprised by it. The decor and ambience was stellar. I finished with a Basque cheesecake. It wasn't too sweet at all and was amazing. All in all, the seven of us had a memorable experience and will be recommending it to our friends!! read more
