The burrito was good but my husband said the chicarones were a little hard. There are tables and chairs for dinning. There is also a small salsa bar for self service. The ambience is busy. We beat the rush. After we ordered there was a consistent line of people ordering. It's currently after 10pm and there are still people ordering and eating. I went back and simply asked them to fix the mistake, but they refused. They put me on the phone with the owner of the cart, and he also refused to make it right. I ended up calling the police for a civil standby/civil call regarding the refund issue. Even after the police spoke with the owner, he still refused to refund the money. That is some of the worst customer service I have ever experienced. The fact that they would rather fight the customer at all costs over their own mistake is ridiculous. This was not complicated. They made my order incorrectly, refused to correct it, refused to refund me, and handled the entire situation terribly. I will never visit this location again.
