This is clearly a locals fave so expect to wait if you come at lunch rush. I got the asada burrito and waited approx 15 mins between ordering/getting the food. Next time, I would call ahead. The burrito is delicious and very generous portion. It came with a side of crispy chips and salsas. Both read and green are delicious and have a kick. I'm definitely a fan and would return. PSA. There is only one picnic table and since it's located in a parking lot, I would recommend to take it to go. read more

This food truck is literally the best food I have ever had! The options are unlimited, the flavors are unmatched, and the hospitality is second to none. The owner and his wife are the sweetest people -- they always treat you with respect and genuine kindness. Back when I worked nearby, I ate here at least three times a week. Not being open on Mondays and Tuesdays is just plain ignorant. Food quality? Meh. They didn't even have limes when I went. They gave me lemons instead. I love getting lunch from "La Villa 805" I been going to them since they were "La Guera" (Same location) Not only is the food delicious and cleanly prepared, portions are huge on the Chilaquiles and the piggy Blonde tacos. I consider myself someone who can eat pretty good amounts and 2 piggy blonde fill me up easily. I recommend the Torta Ahogada, Piggy Blonde Tacos and Chilaquiles are my top 2 choices. Also their agua frescas have that home made taste madre from real fruit. The main reason I keep coming back is the customer service. I have no clue why this place doesn't have 5 stars because it is absolutely delicious!!! I like to think of myself as someone who is hard to truly please with food, but this truck was devine! I got the tacos de papa con carnitas and the Birria tacos and they were both so flavorful. The service here was friendly and very family like so the service also checks off my list of pleasant. Ahhhhh, where to start, this is hands down THE best Mexican food truck EVAAAAA They park right in Gonzales rd. Right in front of the flooring factory, so parking is plentiful and easy to spot as you drive down. Just a hop from work so super convenient if you work nearby. The service is friendly. Family operated? They have that vibe of pride in their work. Plenty of pictures of food for first timers that need a little help. They take card and cash. Now, the food. Holy smokes. So rich in authentic Mexican flavors. Freshly made for sure. The piggy blonde tacos are a family favorite. All their food is served generously, so having said that, one taco does the trick for me. Their chicken flautas are perfectly deep fried and do not have that stale flavors of recycled oil. Topped with lettuce, tomatoes and Mexican cheese. You get a side of two salsas ( the green is my favorite for sure), sor cream and a sauce for dipping. The burritos are ginormous. The asada one is bomb in flavors from the carne, pinto beans and homemade rice. I tried the Jericalla today. If you like flan, this would be the healthier version of the custard sisters. Excellent service , very friendly and welcoming. Extensive menu from breakfast to lunch&Dinner. The birria meat was cooked to perfection and the meat quality was excellent (No fat). The Birria fries were awesome The fries were perfectly cooked and all the ingredients made for some very tasty fries. The Consomé was very tasty , a little bit on the thicker side. If you want Mexican taco don't go here waist of money nothing ethnic about this place. Their sauce they put on the tacos is so gross. And idk who put garlic or whatever was in there beans tasted like chemicals. And there tri tip was nasty with shrimp in it ? Nothing around was open and I didn't want to go far to getting food so I found this spot on yelp. The place was clean and I liked how it had tables set up. They had their ceviche special which okay, something did taste different about it but I cannot put my finger on it. The carne asada fries was good. Although I think the cheese felt a little gloopy and kind of processed. Personally I would have liked the fries to be crispier but it was good either way. First time trying La Villa 805. I've always seen the truck parked on Williams and Gonzalez but never made myself around there until today, and it did not disappoint. The staff was friendly and inviting, based on a recommendation we had the carnitas and potato tacos and chicharrón gorditas along with horchata and mango agua fresca. The food was delicious and filling, salsas were on point, and the lettuce and tomato was fresh. The drinks were also great! The horchata didn't not have any sediment in it that you sometimes get, and the mango was light and delicious. They have a variety of other food options that will surely get me to go back. read more

Ammmmazing food! And their Mango Drank is fire breakfast burrito with birria was too!!

Wonderful food, chabalazo combo estrella was so good (suggested by the helpful worker). Sauces were also great. Must stop by!
