I absolutely adore Dr. Samadi and his team. I came to him with my first pregnancy and am back with my second. I was misdiagnosed with another doctor and had extreme anxiety this time around. Dr. Samadi picked up on that and was very attentive at making me feel at ease with everything. I felt so comforted and seen when he talked to me. I lived far away so woke up early to get there early knowing it gets busy after 10. My appt was at 9:45. His staff saw me and did everything. He didn't come in until an hr later. Came in for a few minutes, barely said anything and left. Didn't bother to tell me if my baby was normal, healthy/not healthy. Then when the bill comes, even after my insurance cover the portion, I still need to pay $950. Their charges for listening to the baby heart rate for less than a minute was $500. Long wait, very bad communication which was none, their machine is old yet they charge you an arm and a leg. When I went to KAISER for my first baby, I got good service, their technology was top of the line. I was able to see full view of my baby clearly and only pay $50. While this office I couldn't see anything and the total bill was over $4,000 (before insurance cover). The Dr didn't say much but made me come back every month. After I saw the bill I cancelled my appt. I just went to see my midwife monthly. My baby came out perfect. Even as preemie the Ob Dr was surprised how well he did. And the only reason he came out early was because I don't drink enough water. Don't go here because he is just ripping you off. I did go one more at the hospital and it was cheaper by more than half. read more

Dr.Ramin took me in as a prenatal care patient and I couldn't be placed in better hands. He is very kind, patient, gentle and makes you feel very comfortable. His office has a very calming environment and the staff is always very friendly and attentive, always explaining what's on the ultrasound as they go especially Melanie. Melanie was always super sweet and had a great sense of humor everytime we had her and really would do her best to walk us through our appointments, which is awesome to know when you're pregnant and you don't know what you're seeing on the screen . Do yourself the favor of going somewhere else. This location is overly crowded with appointments. Staff is clearly overworked as they never have a smile on their face and talk to you with the most monotone voice. I've been here throughout my pregnancy 4 times now and always wait an hour and 30 minutes to be seen. You can tell they try to book themselves with as many patients as possible to run insurance as much as they can. The ultrasound techs always make sure you are comfortable and even do their best to find anything out of the ordinary for your baby. Worst practice I've ever witnessed. Dr Samaritan is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional and honestly super CREEPY!!! The first time meeting him, he reached to shake my hand and wouldn't let go even when I was pulling away and kept looking me up and down and smiling super creepily and I was extremely uncomfortable. He kept asking me personal questions that had nothing to do with my visit or my pregnancy. When I started to become irritated and visibly uncomfortable, his attitude shifted and he started being incredibly mean to me. I had called to get the results of my blood work they ordered and upon answering the phone, he had a horrible attitude and kept sighing like he was annoyed to answer my questions and then just hung up without saying anything. Last visit, my appointment time was at 1:15. I wasn't seen until 3 and wasn't out of there until nearly 5. Absolutely ridiculous. There were tons of people crammed into the waiting room and some people even had to stand because there wasn't room for everyone to sit. How is this okay???? And the room smelled like S H I T. at that same visit I waited hours and hours for, Dr Samaria came in and was rushing and treating me horribly. When he was done, he was walking out of the room while at the same time asking "any questions?" While not giving me ANY time to ask a question and just left without saying bye or anything. I was referred to Dr. Samadi by my OB and started seeing him monthly from about 14 weeks pregnant. Dr. Samadi and his team are thorough with their scans which I love. I see a few comments complain about the wait time but I didn't have an issue with it as long as the scans are thorough and well explained. Dr. Samadi even spoke to me about the wait time and explained he likes to spend time with his patients explaining the scan. I rather have a doctor and his team perform the ultrasounds with detail and not miss anything. Dr. Samadi was always very pleasant and extremely empathetic. Being my first pregnancy, I came in with a lot of anxiety and Dr. Samadi always empathized and made me feel better. He was patient with me with all my questions as well. His staff are all very kind and patient as well. I had some elevated blood pressure readings usually due to my high anxiety, but they always took their time and let me take a breather if I needed to calm down before rechecking my vitals. Today was my last appointment since I will be delivering soon and I never thought I'd actually feel sad not having another appointment soon. Dr. Samadi took over my MFM care at 20Wks. He is very experienced and knowledgeable and walked my husband and I through the process of receiving a cerclage. He checked me every 2-3weeks and updated us throughout the entire process. My cerclage held up until removal at 36wks with NO COMPLICATIONS. Our baby is completely healthy. The staff is amazing all the techs and front desk staff are very nice. They develop a personal relationship with you as well as remembering important details. The office manager is not as friendly but you do not have to deal with her so much. Both times I've had to speak with her they weren't the best experiences I've had. One hour on the dot. One hour. Oh, wait. Nevermind. Just vitals. Yep. Wife's appointment was at 3:45. It's 4:45 now. Let's see how much longer it'll be today. This is our 3rd appointment in as many Fridays here with Dr. Samadi. Each week has been ridiculous wait times. I mean, on the plus side, they're consistent and fair across the board. Lady in the chair across from us has been here longer and she's still waiting too. So basically, everyone gets treated like crap. Once you're in the exam room, the nurses and/or technicians seem pleasant enough. Nothing extremely outgoing, but they all seem to be kind. Dr. Samadi on the other hand is awkward, frustrating, and just has unwelcome bedside manners. During the visit last week, he asked my wife a question about some issues she's had and when she responded in the affirmative, he exclaimed, "Are you serious?!" Nah bro.... complete joke. Yeah, she's serious! And stressed and worried now. Additionally, wife has complained during each of the previous two visits that he is forceful and causes her pain during the cervix exams. The nurses/techs, who happen to be females, have been getting the ultrasounds and scans done with less issues. I dunno, but maybe us guys just aren't the most understanding because, well... we aren't carry another human being inside of us! Bottom line really is that the wait times are extraordinarily long (I took a power nap today... maybe that's actually worth an extra star because I feel better now), the doc is weird, and I'm hungry. The good: Parking is plentiful and the building's easy to locate. The ultrasound technicians are knowledgeable. Dr. Ramin is personable and made me feel at ease about my baby's health. I appreciated that the doctor accommodated my work schedule and allowed me to do a phone/fax consultation for my gestational diabetes follow-up rather than come in person. The bad: Dr. Ramin's availability at this site is limited because he's in other clinics on different days. I didn't realize it until I established new care in a new location but this clinic didn't go over my gestational diabetes very thoroughly. My new dietician gave me more guidelines about quantities and items I could/should eat but here at Dr. Ramin's office it was very brief and vague. It may have been due to the fact that my consultation was on a Friday evening and I had the last appointment (the staff also made it clear that they didn't know I was scheduled for that evening and they thought they had already seen their last patient). My blood sugars were often hypoglycemic (70% of my values were under 60 with many of them in the 20s-40s). I didn't get any modification or advice on how to edit my diet even though I logged all of my calories and food intake. My husband couldn't come into the appointments with me even after the county opened up from COVID. Sometimes the tech or doctor pushes very hard on your stomach. It felt painful at times and I had a lingering feeling of a bruise afterward. I am sure it may be standard procedure to get better images but it was uncomfortable. Most of my appointments take around 1.5 hours but it is mostly due to waiting. The technologist spends the majority of the time on me with her intern/student spending almost an equal amount of time. The doctor comes in for around 5 minutes. I wish I could see a few more 3D photos and have them explain what I am looking at more often. The technologist mostly takes photos for the doctor's sake and sometimes mentions what we're looking at. Perhaps, it is my fault for not asking more questions but I don't get the vibe that they want to entertain all of my questions. The doctor seemed to always ask me more questions about my husband, who wasn't there, than he did about me or the baby. They measure your weight but never give you an assessment of if you're on track or not. I wasn't told anything about my baby's measurements during my last visit other than her weight. I wanted to reschedule my last appointment here to an earlier date but the doctor said he wouldn't get reimbursed by my insurance if he did. He said that working with my insurance had been tricky lately. I wish they'd give me more information about their findings during the ultrasound readings. The interesting: I interacted with a student here on a couple of occasions and she was very sweet. read more

Dr. Samadi is wonderful! He was our Dr through both pregnancies and was so understanding. He has such a gentle and thorough manner. He is informative as well as encouraging throughout pregnancy. If I could give 10 stars I would. I was referred to Dr Samadi through my OB and I couldn't be more happy now that I have my last week with him that I was sent here. I was told early on I had full time placenta previa and was considered high risk. He told me I never had it and I could continue things like normal for the rest of the pregnancy. I was diagnosed with cholestasis with my first pregnancy so he was monitoring my symptoms and making sure he was on top of seeing anything starting to develop with my second. I was diagnosed again with with my second pregnancy at 29 weeks and was closely monitored once a week ultrasounds with Samadi to make sure my baby was not affected in any way. I am now 36 weeks and getting induced in one week and coming up on my last appointment with him. I have had an amazing experience at this office with him and his staff. All the techs are so friendly and reassure me with anything I need. Samadi is so knowledgeable and really loves his job and IT SHOWS!!! I would highly recommend him to anyone that is pregnant.
