Great experience with the two ladies working! They got me in right away for a pre-employment screening. Super friendly and made me smile!

I researched how to get there, as some have complained they could not find it. I walked into the building, and the security staff told me to go to floor 15. I walked into the office and checked in at the kiosk answering a few simple questions. I get a bit uneasy about having my blood drawn, but Tiffany was wonderful. She had such a calm and reassuring voice. She told me everything that that we would be doing and took extra care as she drew my blood. Before I knew it, it was done. Tiffany made sure I was feeling okay before letting me know how and when I should expect my results. She was really fantastic! I had a great experience here and recommend it. For peace of mind, do a basic search of the address so you can get familiar with where you are going. It helped for me. :)

But I can also see the reason why there's no such thing. May just be an abnormally busy day... At about 1:10, I got called for my appointment. It was smooth after that. I was in-and-out pretty quickly and there was only a few people waiting then. Don't come here unless you have an appointment.

I was apprehensive on how I would be treated because of who I am. I wish every doctor's office, emergency room and psychologist could take a lesson from the staff here. I began transitioning from FtoM a year ago and it's been tough to have my pronouns, needs or my symptoms taken seriously. I often feel dismissed before the dr even sees me. Since I don't appear male presenting yet I know it causes confusion. I have anxiety because of it when it comes to situations with medical establishments. I've had many visits that I have been treated poorly and misgendered. Physicians immediate care has changed my outlook on healthcare and I'm very thankful. The front desk person Lynzey is an outstanding person! When they were taking my information for the registration, they double checked with me on how I would like to be addressed and the pronouns that I use. They also asked if I have a chosen name beside my birth name I want to use. My ID states male but the registration asks you to choose between male or female for "sex at birth", I had to choose female. This is why I was asked in private for the pronouns and chosen name. No one has ever thought to ask me this in any medical setting. Lynzey explained that the staff will be compassionate to my needs and not to worry, that they only want me to feel better and it's ok to be honest. \They also made sure to give me information for lgbtqia+ centers for outreach and medical care. This is the first medical office where I could be myself and not feel like an alien! The nurses and DR are just as tremendous too and answered all my questions. I didn't feel like I had to hide anything. I have recommended this clinic to anyone I know. Several of my friends have had the exact same experience with the staff, which makes me so so happy. If you are like me and scared to go the dr's office because you will be misgendered or neglected, give physicians immediate care a shot! Thank you Lynzey for everything you did. You have made a big impact on myself and 2 of my friends. I wish there were more people like you in the world.

The front desk intake process was awful; the receptionist was so cold, and they make you do the check in with an ipad while you're sitting there coughing. The nurse was nicer. She suggested that since I reported sore throat I should also be checked for strep; I agreed. I didn't ask how much this would be; but since I had insurance I assumed I'd pay some money as I haven't met my deductible. A young doctor read my tests results and I was out quickly. In and out less than 1 hour total. But after insurance paid, the patient's responsibility is close to $300. Lesson learned, ask costs up front, I guess? I feel terrible saying this but if you're in a similar position, save yourself some money and don't get tested, or look elsewhere for more affordable testing.

By comparison, my 12/10/2025 email to Life Line, seen only by Life Line, is *still* awaiting a response. In my view, the Life Line response to my yelp review was performative, and left a lot to be desired: - Calling the Membership department was a waste of time before, so in what way would it be different now? - The response claims that an email notice was sent, advising that the One Life membership program was set to renew. This is almost certainly untrue, since my Mom doesn't use email. - The response didn't address the fact that my then-95 year old Mom was never told that she was enrolling in a "forever" program. She's not dumb, and had this been explained, she would have said "no." I don't have whatever paperwork my Mom may have received from Life Line, and since I was not with her that day, I don't know when this all took place. I stand by my original review, and urge anyone and everyone to avoid this company. Life Line absolutely COULD make this right, but they won't. MY ORIGINAL POST: DISHONEST & UNRESPONSIVE, AVOID. i sent this self-explanatory mail (below) to Life Line on 12/10/2025 and have yet to receive a response. Dear Sir or Madam: I am writing to ask for a refund for a Life Line Screening charge that appeared on my Mom's most recent credit statement. When I called to ask about it, I was told that the $197.00 charge was for a "lifetime membership." But first, a little background: My Mom is 96 years old, and requires assistance in many aspects of daily living. Since suffering from a stroke in January of this year, she has been in an assisted living facility. Her pertinent information, as of the time of her participation in a Life Line Screening event: NAME: (redacted) DATE OF BIRTH: **/**/1929 HOME TEL. NO. (redacted) ADDRESS: (redacted) In 2024 my Mom participated in a Life Line Screening event. At this event, she was never informed that she would be enrolled in a lifetime membership program. My Mom does not want to be enrolled in a lifetime membership program, and she requests that she be issued a refund, either via check or by a reversal of the credit card charges. I tried to resolve this over the phone, but was told that only my Mom could speak about her account. So I went to her apartment today at the assisted living facility, and tried to call Life Line Screening and resolve the issue. That proved to be impossible: after speaking with someone who said she would transfer me to Membership, I was put on hold. After 21 minutes, I gave up. In my view, this is not an acceptable level of customer support, and I am appealing to you now for assistance. Sincerely, Name: redacted Cell Number: redacted. EMAIL: schultzsw@gmail.com
