My wife and I both go to LabCorp for our blood test. Good service. Most of the time they have impressed his staff.

I have never had a bad experience at Quest till this morning. This time I came in, I met a young looking Asian staff. The first thing she told me was to stand outside the door and let everyone who was 7:40 appointment come in first..., it. Would've been fine except I'm the only person standing at the front door at 7:30am when they open!!! Unbelievable!!! Then she proceeds to wait for people in the parking lot to come and ask them if they had an appointment, ofcourse the others are walk in like me, so then she yells out "is anyone here with an appointment!??" And one lady gets out of her car and is now running across the lot. And in my mind, I've concluded that she barred me from entrance, wasted 6 minutes, just to get someone who's having an appointment 10 minutes later to "check-in" when they already have an appointment to begin with!!! Unbelievable! I didn't know Quest now has door guard barring people who want to come check in at their electronic kiosk just so they can have their appointment customers check in at the kiosk first. Completely over ruling the first come first to check in common sense. We already know appointments will be served first, not a big deal but why was I held back from entering the building when they opened? I felt like she discriminated against Asians, against mothers who had children, and against those who may have challenges with electronic applications!!! when I was finally allowed in, she continued with telling me that walk ins don't really get seen anytime soon. Later I confirmed it's because a walk in will only be seen if there's no appointment for 10 minutes.... well, if I was allowed to sign in at 7:30am before the first appointment at 7:40 or maybe 7:50, maybe I would've had a chance to be seen right?!?! That's a new policy I didn't know about but I'm certain she made it up. I thought as long as the appointment hadn't arrived we could be seen. Well, now I know. New angry miserable Asian staff door greeter ruined my day. I normally don't care about these things but the way she seemed annoyed with me first thing in the morning and proceeded to treat other customers worst, such as other elderly patients asking for help really makes me want to post this. I watched her tell an elderly person "why are you asking me about your secondary insurance? Read the screen and check it yourself if you have a secondary insurance" and another elderly asked her for help with check in and she said "go there and enter it yourself"... and the poor lady standing by there with her paper referral wasn't sure if she needed the paper or not for check in. Seriously, what kind of self involved millennial did quest let out of their lab here? AI would've been friendlier than this girl. She should be the last person to be assisting a place that has a lot of elderly who need support to maneuver through technology especially with declining eye sight and cognitive abilities. She was simply rude, condescending, and an embarrassment to anyone in the medical field. It's such a compassionate job, and she treats people like morning garbage that didn't get thrown out. I'm ashamed to have such an experience but I even feel worst for the 9 elders I watched check in this morning. It was a disgusting struggle to resist coming over and reading the screen for them. A real shame. I wish I didn't witness this elderly abuse here. I will be making a report and next time taking a picture and video. Every single kiosk check in elderly customer received a snide remark from this youthful looking Asian phlebotomist/nurse/pink scrub individual. I really thought she was just targeting me because I was the unlucky first person. We're all entitled to bad days, or outbursts, but after a while I had to leave cause she made me sick to watch. Her rudeness continued on. Made me realize she's not going to be nice to anyone who shows up here. Some people just want to go and get their labs done, we don't need any greeters, we don't even need a smile, but by no means do we need someone who actively pursues rudeness and throws shade at innocent customers. It was "do it yourself" "why would you ask me about your insurance" "go to the kiosk and look at it" "look on the board and find yourself!" "All of you people need to check the screen for your own name" "don't see it? Didn't see it? Well you know you're not checked in (not my problem anymore angry face with folded arms and eyes rolling)"

I called to ask if they can do labs and testing she said YES. She said on the phone they could do a blood draw and test for potassium overload. When I got there she said I needed to be evaluated and the dr. Would decide if I needed to be tested. I ask how long would results take and she said 3 to 5 days it goes to a third party lab. So NO YOU DON'T DO LABS!! If you lie to me once you don't get a second chance. I will be looking somewhere else for my urgent care needs. Training is key. UPDATE: The response isn't what I was told. It wasn't a miscommunication problem. Your girl, I came in contact with needs training. She is the first person the public comes in contact with. I don't remember her name but I remember her attitude. I ask specifically if you did labs and testing her answer was NO we send it to a third party. So Instead of leaving an advertisement for your business in the response you should use your time to train your staff. I don't need to discuss this further you know what you need to do.

If you're in the area, you need phlebotomy done, and especially if you get anxious about needles or haven't had it done before, this is your guy. Five stars - highly recommend.

I paid up front over Venmo, feeling comfortable with it because of his good reputation on here. And indeed he did not disappoint. Andre showed up to my house exactly on time. He went over the instructions of the kit for the test I was having done, and already knew what to expect. He asked the right questions - "Are there ice packs with this one?" "Does it need to be centrifuged?" He was even such a pro he knew which cabinet door held my garbage can without looking. The poke itself was right on the money, nearly painless, and without complication. He took the kit with him to do the postal dropoff himself - it was included with his services. One less thing for me to have to do, which was appreciated. We shook hands, said goodbye, and that was that. He did not solicit me for a Yelp review. A lot of service providers will offer deals to customers in hopes of scamming their way into a good review - it's a red flag whenever I see it and it makes me mad for having wasted time reading reviews that were essentially bought. But Andre didn't do that at all, which is why I immediately got on my computer to write him a review anyway. He earned his reviews by being good at what he does. I'd use him again anytime.

I would never send a family member here…read more One of my residents was admitted for 11 days, and from the beginning I repeatedly informed multiple nurses that she had symptoms consistent with a UTI. Despite bringing my concerns to the attention of at least six different nurses, no one appeared to properly document the issue or initiate treatment. To make matters worse, her essential medication for tremors was discontinued during her stay. Neither the family nor our care team was notified of this change. As a result, her condition worsened significantly. Because of her tremors, she requires assistance with meals. On multiple occasions, meals were left for her without adequate support, leaving her unable to eat independently. Our caregivers had to come to the hospital in shifts just to ensure she was fed. After escalating my concerns, I spoke directly with Risk Management and the House Supervisor. While they stated they would investigate the situation, no one ever took accountability for the breakdowns in care or communicated any meaningful findings from their review. As someone responsible for coordinating care for vulnerable seniors, I found the lack of communication, documentation, and follow-through extremely concerning. Patients and families deserve better. I sincerely hope the hospital reviews its processes to ensure future patients do not experience similar gaps in care.
