The problem I had with them was once I got home I noticed the dressing on my heel was not properly applied and I was concerned of possible infection. I wanted to go back into carbon health to get it redressed but I was told they close in 10 minutes at 6 PM. I guess they didn't want to hang out an extra 30 minutes and redress my wound. My wife and I had thought we found a good urgent care, but now it turns out we won't be going back. Personally, if it was my business, I would've stayed late and taken care of my customer the right way.

I'm writing this review based on a recent experience with my daughter at United Medical Doctors,…read moreand I feel strongly that other parents should be aware before going here. The only positive I can honestly note is that the wait time was short and we were seen quickly. Unfortunately, the care we received after that was very concerning. My daughter was seen for a significant infection, and we followed the treatment plan exactly as prescribed. However, I have serious concerns that the antibiotic prescribed may not have been adequate for the severity of her condition, as her infection worsened in the following days. She ultimately had to be admitted to the hospital for several days for further treatment, where the hospital confirmed, she was given an improper dosage of antibiotics and also poor post-care instructions. As a parent, it was incredibly distressing to feel like things were not improving despite following medical instructions carefully. Communication and follow-up felt limited, and I left feeling uncertain about the level of attention given to her condition. I'm sharing this because I would strongly caution other families--especially those with children dealing with infections or urgent conditions--to seek a second opinion or consider other urgent care options. Based on our experience, I would not return.

Dr. Zamora was kind and very patient as I made several calls with questions I had. I cannot thank him and the staff (Joe, Karina and Katie for their kindness. I am so grateful too all of them. Apparently in Murrieta, there are two Quest Labs across the…read morestreet from one another and if you're at the wrong one and wait in the lobby to be called which makes you more than 10 minutes late for the right location, they turn you away and they're not sorry. So I didn't get seen by a phlebotomist and walked out without patient care. I took my business to West Pac instead, where there was no wait, was seen as soon as I got there, where staff treated me like a patient and were kind, uplifting and compassionate toward patients. My phlebotomist Brian is a rockstar!! Thank you WestPac!!

I'm one of those who get sick once or twice a year but when it hits, I am down…read more After recently recovering from the Norovirus, I ended up with a nasty cough, off and on fever and sore throat that lasted for over 14 days. I couldn't handle the no sleep so called and luckily they were able to get me in last minute. I waited in the waiting room for less than 10 minutes, waited for the provider who came in less then 15 minutes afterwards, and was diagnosed with strep throat and with a sinus infection. After being given 5 prescriptions later, i got to go home with self care instructions. So far, this has been the easiest and best Urgent care I've been to in all of OC and Riverside county.

After going back and being placed in a room I was called back for X-rays. The doctor came back and confirmed what I knew about my toe. He told me he couldn't do anything, he couldn't wrap it and he also told me I could purchase a boot and wait for my orthopedic referral. I felt so defeated and depressed. My toe was literally leaned over and they didn't not care at all. I ended up at menifee valley hospital (I think that's the name) they were quick and friendly. I would say it seems they do not like African Americans, I do not know these people and I have insurance it was no reason for anyone to mistreat or not properly provide me with medical assistance. I pray every one in this office that was there on Tuesday soften their hearts and be more kind to people.

I am extremely hesitant going to urgent cares I'm not familiar with but I just moved 60 miles from my regular urgent care. Also, I'm not always able to do a ton of research on facility or have limited options due to insurance. I'm pretty sure somewhere between being launched into Space Mountain and navigating through "It's a small world" at Disney I picked up the Adenovirus. I saw a primary doctor at my health organization I work for when I was first feeling unwell and had a fever. Not much was done and all my testing came back negative (covid etc). This was on a Tuesday. I went to this urgent care the same week on a Friday. The front desk girls were really nice and professional. The waiting area is clean. They are cashless FYI (I paid with Apple Pay). On Friday I came right when they opened. First the MA(assumption on the title she took vitals and asked qualifying questions). She was brief and then turned on music before she left while my wife and I waited for the PA. I'm not a huge fan of the fact that music is being played. Especially when you feel miserable. Not sure if that is for patient privacy (if the walls are thin) but it was odd. Anyways, I went over my symptoms with the PA who was super nice. PA Stock. There wasn't really much done that visit. I know with a virus you just have to kind of ride it out. But it just kept getting worse. So I left and ended up coming back Sunday... that same week. This is where the magic happened. I was in so much pain I couldn't take it anymore. My throat, upper respiratory, sinuses, eyes were infected... and so my wife and I drove again to this urgent care. This time on the way there I booked my appointment online which is an awesome tool! When I got there I had a bit of a wait but it's urgent care and it wasn't like 2 hours and I had no choice. When I got back to the doctors office and waited for him that took a while. But A) I was in so much pain every minute felt like an hour and B) That Urgent Care got slammed and had limited providers. The xray tech did vitals and was super sweet and empathetic. Asked if I needed any water etc (that really goes a long way). Again goes the music haha my wife actually turned it off after a little bit. I would just recommend asking the patient before turning it on. I know it seems silly that it's just music but radio like music playing loudly when you feel horrible is just not the bees knees. Finally, at last the doctor arrives. I really didn't expect much to be honest because it's really hard to find a good doctor in general and especially at an urgent care I've had more bad experiences than good. Well this doctor is the reason I'm leaving this review. Dr Hamzeh was all about "how do we get you better" even with it being so busy I did not feel rushed or dismissed. He right then and there gave me treatment options that I took and prescribed me an antibiotic that I needed. I take several medications for some health issues I have so I get really worried about medication interactions esp having a past or doctors prescribing conflicting medications. He reassured me... more than once and I'm so sorry if I was annoying asking twice haha that I would be okay. And I was. I had a few questions after he left and he kindly came back to us when he had time to answer them. He was very confident in how he was treating me and actually took the time to help me. I started gradually feeling better the next day. It took a few more days to notice a bigger difference but I did! I was back to work by Wednesday. Today is Friday and although I still have the after effects of the virus and am not 100% I'm about 90% and that's all thanks to the Dr. Thank you to the staff and Dr Hamzeh on last Sunday. For someone who works in healthcare and someone who needs healthcare I know how frustrating it is to continue to pay copays with no help.
