The food is amazing! We've tried almost every items on their menu and I can say that I would order each one again. A must try.

We went there for the first time this week. Found it to be a good amount of food for the money. I hate going out to a restaurant and leaving feeling like you just paid their rent for the month and subpar food. This was not the case here. We were very pleased with the food, value and will be returning. My only complaint would be the time it took from ordering to receiving our order. I had time to order, walk to Barons, pickup a few item and walk back to the restaurant. Then after getting back, still had to wait for our food. Just plan enough time, relax and enjoy. read more

Visited family from out of town, my folks swear by this place and my mom ordered it for a family lunch. I can see why they love it so much, everything was very tasty, from the dolmades to the gyro, to the hummus. We got a bit of everything and it was all some of the best Mediterranean I've had in some time. We'll it's been there for some time but we finally tried Ladera Greek Kitchen. I was amazed at how delicious the chicken skewers are. Moist and so tasty. I cannot be happier with the food, service, and overall experience of Ladera. My husband and I placed an order for "party trays" to go in order to feed a group of 20 family/friends in town. Within our group, we had guests with Gluten sensitivity, vegetarian diets, and other diet requirements. Ladera easily accommodated all requests. When we went to pick up the food order, there was a transaction error on my card/their system. For some reason, the order was not processing. After attempting to charge the meal/fix the error for a few minutes, the employee noted that our food might get cold. He took my phone number and let me deliver the party tray without payment (for time being). When he called the next day, we were able to properly pay for their services, AND they waived any effort to tip, because of error in their computer system. This was incredibly generous, and goes above and beyond usual customer service. Finally- their food is fantastic. Every guest in our party of 20 raved about the meal, regardless of diet. The servings were plentiful, even providing leftovers despite multiple people going back for second or third servings! I highly recommend the Lemon Herb Roasted Chicken and Spanakopita. This restaurant has AMAZING food and the taste and quality is consistent...every time we go (and we have gone many times) we enjoy the food so much. We love it so much that each time we have friends or family visiting, we default to this place and everyone raves about their food! But the food isn't the only thing that's great; the staff here is very accommodating and when I needed food for a group of people (but not enough for a catering order), they picked up the food in catering style instead of individual containers so it was easy to serve. Not sure why this place has such great reviews. Perhaps we came on a bad night? We ordered the Greek salad, Greek fries, chicken pita, and pita with dip. The Greek fries were really really bad. The sauce was so weird and they drown the "fries" which are just sliced potatoes in it. Really sour. The pita was dry, and very hard. The salad was very ordinary. Nothing special. The dip for the pita was okay. The worst part of the visit was the customer service!!! They told us 10 minutes, which is fast but then it took 30. I asked what might be going on and they said they got a lot of delivery orders after they got ours. After. They should have made them in the order they got them. Awful chef can't cook medium rare beef to save his life with a bad attitude. Even worse management older lady (mom of owner possibly) refused to remake the food properly after seeing it was rare. Argued with me about why I didn't want to just eat rare beef skewers and burnt chicken skewers lol . So disappointed because this place had some good dishes.they just consistently messed up the dishes after about 3-4xs of this I gave up going! Shout out to the young men working register bc they definitely apologized to me and did what they could to make them fix my food correctly knowing I was a regular customer. My wife and are compelled to communicate how absolutely blissful our experience was with George, the owner of Ladera Greek Kitchen. We had a wedding planned at our home, and he took the time to meet with us beforehand to consult over how to order just the right amount of food. We ended up speaking to him three different times as the date approached since we shifted our order to include more items (couldn't resist), and he was right-on; we easily had enough to feed all and had leftovers to boot! You should know we inquired with four other Greek restaurants in the area and found none to be as easy to work with as George, nor were they as well-priced, nor had food as good as Ladera's...and if those components weren't enough to seal the deal, George himself made two deliveries to our wedding site; one for an early private dinner, and then another for group reception later! Background: On our first visit to Ladera, we ordered quite a bit of food to see what we would like and not-like, and found there was NO "not-like;" everything was so very scrumptious! I mean it's kind of magic to make potatoes taste wonderful, but the Roasted Lemon-based Potatoes, and the Dolmades were an unexpected delight to consume in addition to the more traditional kabobs (Souvlaki), Gyros, Salads, Pita, and amazing Spicy Feta Dip among others...how can they make such simple things so good? My wife and I will forever be fans of Ladera for how perfect everything worked out with them...and we will eat there continually into the future since we love the food so much. We ordered through Postmates and we were missing a gyro so we called the store and they personally delivered it and there in drink and fries for us at no cost. Worst customer service. I stood under the online pre paid pickup sign for good 3min. There were 5 people behind the counter. Not one person acknowledged me. When I asked where is the online order pickup. One person pointed the register, didn't bother to ask if she can help me with anything. There were only 2 other customers in the restaurant. I moved up to the register. Again, no one bother to acknowledge me. Wow. It is unbelievable. To the manager of the restaurant, you need to re-train your employees or just hire new ones. read more

I cannot believe how terrible the food is here, it was awful. My family and I were starving, we searched on yelp for Greek food and I quickly saw the first few reviews were positive, but learned the hard way I should filter all reviews. They got 3 of our 5 dishes wrong, we didn't care too much in that moment because we were so hungry. I will admit, as soon as we walked in and I noticed they have food sitting in buffet trays I was skeptical because that certainly doesn't signify fresh. The lamb/beef mix was pipping hot and tasted so rubbery as though it was heated in a microwave. Over all I would describe the food as flavorless, as was also the case with the hummus and tztatziki, it was like fluff, no real flavor. When we opened our containers we all looked at each other, like where's the beef? The meat portions were quite small, and we each only received a quarter of a pita that tasted like rubber. Getting only 1 order wrong, or 1 family member not liking their food is one thing, but the whole family thought the food was terrible. The only thing we enjoyed was the salad, but sorry guys, I can't give you credit for receiving fresh lettuce. read more

I've had Greek cuisine a couple times when I was younger but as of recently, I've been trying different options especially at this restaurant. The food here is fantastic in taste and in looks. Everything is fresh and hot and packed with a lot of cultural flavors. From the people I know if they ever have had Greek food, their go to safe choice would be some form of the gyro and even though the gyros here are great, there is so much more to try! I've ordered their gyros, plates, and dabbled in the different sides they offered that I've never tried, and I haven't been let known. The lamb is delicious as well as their lamb skewers which would probably be one of my favorites and another thing I've never tried before were the feta fries. Their description include lemon sauce and I was skeptical but tasting those slices of potatoes and seasoning plus the feta cheese, it was quite delightful. Not only can you order the feta fries, but you can also add on any protein you desire. I also dabbled in their, "pastitsio," which is described as their Greek lasagna, and I was pleasantly surprised as well. The baklava was a very good finish to any Greek meal. They would say Ladera Greek Kitchen double up use greek seasoning instead of taco seasoning. These Chefs would say Ladera Greek Kitchen stop overcooking your meats!  Why was my chicken rubbery Ladera Greek Kitchen? Straight facts your chicken is bland and rubbery too much over cooking! How to keep rubbery chickens off your Ladera Greek Kitchen menu and out of customer's life stop giving your customers like myself anxiety with poor quality food. Use Better quality meats , and Tenderizing your chicken by pounding it can soften the meat, use better quality greek seasoning, invest in Greek chefs. My greek sandwich look like a taco suffering from an identity crisis here, your chefs need to get it together level up, use boneless skinless chicken breasts that's tender not (rubbery and tasteless) cut into 1/2-inch cube, meal was missing cup fat-free creamy Caesar salad dressing, was missing, crumbled feta cheese missing , cup pitted Greek olives finely chopped, missing teaspoon garlic powder, missing the pita pocket halves, missing the  lettuce leaves, missing medium tomato slices, missing onion, sliced. On the menu versus what i got is totally different.  Again Level up, add some greek desserts to the menu Ladera Greek Kitchen like Amygdalota, Baklava, Bougatsa, level up, improving the people , product , process.  This is my fair review.
