The macaroons were just okay. I've had better at Honey & butter in Irvine,Ca. So anyways, I paid with a roll of quarters which is $10 total. The cashier took all the quarters out and proceeded to count them out for my total which was around $4.50. We're having a really great conversation then she says to me, "...yeah since I don't need all these quarts I'm just gonna give em back to you." Now, I don't have a problem with getting my quarters back that I paid with BUT I do have a problem with the way it was said to me. If you were going to give me back all my quarters why didn't you leave them in the casing and just take what you need? Instead I was left to deal with all these quarters falling all over the ground. Really, REALLY good macarons. Every flavor was on point, especially the fruity pebbles, s'more, coconut, and rocket pop. My favorite was the teal one with sprinkles-- it tastes coconutty and buttery like a samoa! A little on the pricy side, which is why I went for the $20 for 10 box. So worth it. read more

A friend had recently mentioned Lady Yum to me during my last visit to Seattle, so when I saw it at the airport on my way back east, I was so happy! There are a ton of really fun flavors and they are so pretty. I ended up buying a 10-pack for $20: salted caramel, unicorn, espresso, honey lavender, raspberry chardonnay, toasted coconut, half-baked, maple bacon, shindig, and smores. I found them all to be a little too soft on the outside and cakey, rather than chewy, in the middle. I enjoyed the raspberry chardonnay the most because it had the best consistency. The honey lavender and salted caramel were also very good, though the latter had no discernible salt (which is fine, but maybe just call it caramel). The rest were mediocre...not to say they were not good, just largely forgettable. I am mostly disappointed that I spent $20 on something that I did not love. I have definitely had better macarons that were less expensive elsewhere (Choux Choux Bakery in Everett, for example). On a more positive note, the girl helping me was super nice and patient with me as I figured out which ones I wanted. I will definitely give one of their other locations a try. read more

So when we saw the stand in the airport we decided to get 10 to share between the 2 of us. I purchased 10 macaroons for 20. I picked 4 of the flavors the employee said was most popular. I loved them! They are fluffy on the outside and flavorful on the inside! They had appealing flavors and were yummy. I finished most of it myself. Make sure to eat it in under 48 hours or they get stale. read more

I remember being disappointed 'cause both the cookie and the cream inside were out too long. Not sure how long they have been sitting on the shelf but the texture was off. I love Macarons and was so excited to see a beautiful display when I got off the airplane. I ordered three and it was $6.75. They tasted good but missed the mark on texture. I found them too chewy and moist, and a bit too dense. I had one mint chocolate, one espresso and one creme brûlée. Not sure if the creme brûlée was old, but it totally missed.
