Food was delicious and the service was pleasant. That robot was in the way but my only issue was that the street was closed and there weren't any visible signs of a detour for parking. I will return

We were riding around town on E bikes barhopping, and trying different food. Stopped in and got to order a soup dumplings for us to try. Wow! They were really good. I got the pork soup dumplings. They came out steaming, hot and delicious. Service was great, this is a bigger restaurant than you think from the road. It has a robot to bring your order. A great little dumpling shop in the chandelier area. Give it a try.

Was excited to see another dumpling spot open up near us but we were a little disappointed in the service and some of the food. I assumed I ordered to eat in and the girl at the counter didn't ask. After ordering we sat down at a table and were given our order in a take out bag. I guess there was some miscommunication there. We got the signature milk tea, jasmine fruit tea, soup dumplings, pan fried dumplings, and spicy beef noodle soup. We enjoyed our drinks and dumplings! Standard and as expected. I didn't mind the thicker skin of the soup dumplings, I actually enjoyed it and there was a good amount of soup in there. The beef noodle soup was nothing like we've had before and we've had a lot from different regions of China and Taiwan. For one, the noodles were cut up in very short strands and weren't the typical flour or wheat noodle. The broth tasted more like a ramen broth and there were even boiled eggs which is not typical. The beef was cut up in small pieces. Flavor was OK but it definitely did not seem like Chinese style beef noodle soup at all. Felt a lot closer to Japanese ramen. In addition the spiciness came from a thick chili oil that upset my husband's stomach after (I didn't have any bc it was too spicy for me). Might come back for the dumplings as the pricing is reasonable but couldn't get the beef noodle soup again.

Decent place for dumplings in the metro Atlanta area! I swung by for their soft grand opening and had a good meal with friends. Amongst what we ordered: Har Gow Shrimp Dumpling, Pork Xiao Long Bao, Beef Sheng Jian Bao, and Pork Pan-Fried Dumplings, I'd say my favorites were the Beef Sheng Jian Bao and the Pan Fried Dumplings. The Sheng Jian Bao is a little more doughy than I'm used to, but the flavor was good! The Pan Fried Dumplings were nice and fried all around, and not just on the bottom. I think the Pork XLB was ok - I could tell the skin was fresh, but I felt that it lacked a little flavor. I'm not sure if they plan on getting soup spoons for the XLB, but it was a little weird to use normal spoons for that. I also got a mango passion green tea and it was ok - nothing amazing but not bad either. I love the concept of ordering through the QR code on the table and then paying at the end. It creates much more flexibility (table doesn't feel pressured to hurry up and order, and waiter doesn't have to keep checking in to see if the table is ready). Free parking in the deck around the corner from the restaurant!

Shanghai arrived right down the road in Chamblee! I may never be able to move again! So much great food and so close. The perfect place for your Chinese dumpling fix. The quality of the food was superb, fresh and handmade, fast, and delivered hot (via robot) to the table. Soup dumplings are some of the best in the area and are strong challenger to the high quality Lan Zhao Noodle soup dumplings over on Buford Hwy. Plenty of seating for the family and friends. Topped everything off with bubble tea (a passion fruit jasmine tea and a coconut boba smoothie). Can't wait to go back!

Pork Soup Dumplings (6). However I only received 5 on my take out order.

If you see me here at Dumpling Masters 2-3 times a week, just mind your business. That's how deep the obsession runs. This spot is tucked off Chamblee Tucker, right by the Walmart and below the apartments--you honestly couldn't ask for a more convenient noodle-and-dumpling fix. The setup is easy: seat yourself, scan the QR code, and order straight from your phone. Complimentary water is waiting, and if you're in the mood, their teas and smoothies are just as crave-worthy as the food. Speaking of food... listen. I didn't even know what soup dumplings were at first, but one bite changed my life. Steamy little flavor bombs that should honestly come with a warning label: Highly Addictive. The noodle soups are pure comfort in a bowl--springy noodles, fresh greens, broth that hits every time, and toppings like shrimp or beef that make you want to order a second round. Service is always quick, staff is friendly, and the vibe is chill but lively. The regulars keep coming back (me included), and it feels like everyone here's in on the same delicious secret. Bottom line: if you're anywhere near Chamblee Tucker and you don't stop here, you're missing out big. Dumpling Masters isn't just a restaurant--it's a habit, a lifestyle, maybe even a love story. Catch me here slurping noodles like it's my side hustle.

First of all the restaurant is very spacious and clean. The staff were super friendly and we were greeted as soon as we opened the door. The dumplings were so tasty. I think the steamed pork dumplings were my favourite. The fruit tea with boba was too good. This place is a 10/10.

Fantastic meal! Highly recommend. Cannot wait to be back again. Had Crabmeat and pork dumplings, shrimp fried rice and salt and pepper chicken wings. The mango smoothie was so refreshing!

First walking in the lights are dim, floors clean and doesn't smell like much. Unlike other places this place doesn't have servers but a little robot who brings your food. However they do have people working there and they are very nice. Since they don't had servers at the corner of the table, they have a barcode you scan and order then pay upfront once you finish. I ordered 2 spicy beef noodles, 2 bobas, pork soup dumplings and beef steamed dumplings. If you order the spicy beef noodles I highly suggest if you cannot handle super spicy food it's best to not order this. My mango boba didn't come with the mango popping bobas I ordered. The dumpling aren't the best I have tasted but also aren't the worst. Would I come here again? Maybe not for the food but definitely for the lychee peachy jasmine tea latte.

I ordered the hot and sour soup and fried pork and chive dumplings. Everything was very flavorful. The restaurant was clean and the service was quick.

The place is tucked into the corner of the chamblee office complex. It has free parking and is a cute little store with nice cozy vibes. The food is delicious! I got the beef chowfun, szechuan chicken, and the pork and chive dumplings. My favorites were in the order of the chicken, dumps, and noodles. The chicken was perfectly cooked and not too spicy, the dumplings were so juicy and full of flavor, and the noodles were perfectly cooked with great texture. It's a nice spot for a date night and I will definitely be coming back!

Just had lunch at the new Dumpling Master in Chamblee. Everything I had was delicious! The soup dumpling shell was slightly thicker, which i don't mind bc they usually fall apart on me The sauce that came with the dumplings was perfect too - a little tangy, a little sweet. The veggie fried rice was not greasy, had plenty of veggies, and lots of flavor. The sleeper hit was the coconut bun! So addictive! Sweet with a slight coconut flavor. I wouldn't mind more coconut and more condensed milk, but it was hard not to finish these. Highly recommend!

The Canton House on Buford Highway is my family's go-to for authentic Cantonese dim sum in Atlanta…read more The food is always up to expectations each and every visit. Having been at least once every couple months for years, it's our Chinese comfort food as dim sum is meant to be. Although I would recommend arriving at anytime they are open, we find the absolute best time for dim sum is to arrive right at opening on Saturday or Sunday. This time lets us beat the wait, get a great table fast, and the food is super plentiful, hot and fresh out of the kitchen. The chrysanthemum tea is a must have and complements the food as a perfect, tasty, and just sweet enough palate cleanser (although I would prefer to add the rock sugar myself to my tea, they serve it with sugar already inside the pot). For the absolute best pairing with your chrysanthemum tea, make sure to save room for the awesome pineapple buns while supplies last. They were out today and we all collectively cried (will be going back just for the pineapple buns soon...we are just not complete without them!). We love all the dishes, but our absolute favorites (outside of the pineapple buns) are the pork spare ribs with black bean, the beef rice rolls/noodles, shrimp dumplings, and turnip cakes. Add some spicy sauce to the spare ribs and turnip cakes to really set them off! For iced coffee lovers who like it really strong, don't pass up on the iced coffee. It has legs that are strong enough to walk, but completely complements the dim sum with a little extra boost to help you enjoy the day. So, I challenge others to find a better dim sum place in Atlanta. That is why Canton House earns my 5th star and looking forward to getting my pineapple buns (really) soon!

We started with the flower tea, amazing choice! Sweet and warming, nicely aromatic. Perfect start. Then the dim sum carts rolled in and we chowed down. DISHES I ORDERED - Siu Mai: Not the best I've had. Quite oily on the outside, but the flavor isn't bad. It does...taste like siu mai. It's just nothing spectacular - Chinese Broccoli: A classic! Very good - Beef Chow Fun: A very chewy and bouncy home made flat noodle dish. Savory, salty, and flavorful! Good amount of tender beef too. - Shrimp Balls: Crispy and fried on the outside, yummy, with good big shrimp ball. Yummy classic sweet and sour sauce too. Delicious - Egg Rolls: Good, not too oily, a normal egg roll - Spare ribs: Possibly my favorite dish! Tender, not too chewy, good savory sweet flavor. -- Overall, it's not bad but it's nothing to write home about. My favorite item was probably the spare ribs. The rest were standard in my opinion. However, service is fast since it is dimsum, so perfect to eat when hungry! Also great ambiance for big group parties or hangouts!

The inside was also renovated and looks very different than the old restaurant. Parking is also limited when it gets busy. I don't really eat meat much anymore besides seafood. So I didn't try too many dishes. But my dad loved everything he had, especially the century egg congee. I love the shrimp hargow, basically like shrimp dumplings with a transparent dough. My favorite though was the shrimp steamed rice roll. The shrimp were big and plump, and the sauce they pour on it is really good. Like a soy sauce with a touch of sweetness. New Lan Zhou Noodle is one of the restaurants in the China Town food court. It's pretty popular due to their freshly made daily pulled noodles. Hubby and I ordered a noodle dish each (him was Seafood and mines were Short Ribs) along with their soup dumplings (that they're known for) and Twisted Cruellers. Food took very long to make, but it's understandeable. Bowls were very big and full. Meats looks good, but the white broth did not look good at all. We took a spoonful of broth to start off with without adding any condiments and OMG...no flavor at all! We were thoroughly disappointed. The meats part were good and tender (though again, no flavor), but most disappointing was that even with condiments, the broth was bland. We kept on saying to each other that we will not order from here again. The noodles were just okay. Nothing earth shattering about it. Twisted cruellers tasted like it was just heated from a frozen one. I didn't get to taste the soup dumplings because we were running late for appt since the foods took so long and had to pack it to-go. I can't really comment on that. I ordered the crispy chicken with garlic sauce and swapped the white rice for a side of house lo mein (yes, it's an upcharge, but worth it). Everything came out on real dishes--not to-go boxes--which I loved. You order and pay at the counter, grab a seat, and they bring the food out to you. Now let's talk about the food... DELICIOUS. The spice level was just right--flavorful with a nice kick, but not overpowering. If you like it hotter, you can definitely add more heat, but I was perfectly satisfied as is. The lo mein was really good too--veggies were fresh with a nice crisp (those onions and carrots were hitting!), and everything tasted well-balanced. Only small note: I wish there was a little more meat in the dish, but it didn't take away from the overall experience. And let me say this--the portion size is VERY generous. I ate until I was full and still had just as much left to take home, which is always a win in my book. All in all, I'll definitely be back to try more. If you're in Chinatown Market and not sure what to pick, Chong Qing Hot Pot is a solid choice. 4/5 stars for me!
