My laminate floors in my living and dining rooms were damaged during the Beryl storm and needed to be replaced. I obtained an estimate of 3 floor companies and Forsyth Floors overwhelmingly stood out from the other 2. Mike quickly came to my home after being contacted, looked over the damage and completed measurements. A reasonable free estimate was provided quickly based on the product I selected. Mike kept me updated about the project from the beginning of the project until its completion. Most importantly, my floors look simply beautiful. In fact, I quickly noticed that my new floors were installed better than the old ones that were removed. I was very interested in that porcelain tile that looks like wood, and both of those places did not have a large selection. Also, both places charged $35 to give estimates, which I paid just so I could get a comparison. Forsyth gave me an estimate for free, and they had literally hundreds of different options for that porcelain tile. And thinking about it, it makes sense that they would be so much more on top of stuff since flooring is their entire business, and it's only a small part of what places like Home Depot or Lowe's deal with. After they did the measure, we talked about my budget and switched the upstairs section to laminate due to some floor issues that would make porcelain really expensive in terms of prep work. They had another huge selection of laminate samples to work with and I ended up picking out this awesome color (pattern?) called Oregon Spruce from EarthWerks that I have gotten so many compliments on. I would absolutely use Forsyth again - I felt really comfortable with them working in my house and they did an awesome job on the install. Obviously, flooring is pricey - I paid a little under $7,500 for around 900 square feet of porcelain and laminate - but if you saw how great my floor looks I think you would agree it was worth it.

I texted them via Yelp and chatted with Eddy, an appointment was set and I received a date that was favorable. Before that Eddy also came to check my Terrazzo before he started the work. Eddy is likable and generous in his information sharing as well as his work ethic. His crew, Juan is also easy to get along and had thing done right. They started the work at 9 am on Jan 28th worked non stop until 2 pm and Juan came back to finish on 29th the next day. The reason being that the floor has to dry before they can move to the next step. After the job was done, my Terrazzo's looks naturally amazing. It so shine that I thought there is a pond of water on it, seriously. Eddy Recommended against artificial seal as it will cause problem in the long run, I agreed. Naturally shine works for me. Thank you Eddy and of course Juan for taking great care of my floor. I almost make a terrible mistake replacing my Terrazzo floor with artificial floor. I would be regret, had I replaced it. Great services, quick and knowledgeable!…read more These guys know how to install wood and also know wood in general. Had 3 other contractors come out to provide quotes. Of the 4 All Brite was only one who actually conducted a floor test to see what type of wood we had. Everyone else eye balled and got it wrong.... All Brite is responsive, keeps you in the loop what's going on, there on time and crews are very nice and clean. I highly recommend these guys, can't say enough they do great work and know what they are doing.

They come out and check that everything is perfect a week before installation so there's no surprises. And thank goodness they did, they found multiple things that the builder didn't do and we found out we were not ready for the appliance installation. Then after things were corrected by the builder, they sent a tech out again just to be sure the appliances would all go in smoothly, before delivery. I really like this proactive approach. As a designer for many years, I appreciate this extra attention. K&N Sales has this perfected and they make sure it will be done right. They were also VERY quick to replace a dishwasher that was not working correctly from the factory. The kitchen looks and performs great, and Justin put together a great price package, (better than 3 others). Very personable all around. Highly recommend.

Terrible customer service and communication…read more Totally missed the equipment arrival date(s), items not available for weeks and when your building a house, these are all to important. Equipment install was absolutely terrible, installers were not prepared nor did they even consult the instructions, didn't clean up their mess (wood and metal shavings specifically). Water line was incorrectly installed, ice maker installed improperly. Be prepared to either take delivery with your truck/trailer and install yourself and take a meticulous inventory of your items because of the tail light warranty, nobody will return your call after the sale.

I hired Homes Reimagined USA to remodel my townhouse. The estimate was for $33,000, with the first…read morepayment being $16,500. The other two payments were to be made based on job completion. There were problems from the beginning! The remodel consisted of demolition of a kitchen, to include removing old cabinets and drywall because of water damage and mold. It also included demolition of an upstairs bathroom for the same reason. The wood framing of the downstairs kitchen and upstairs bathroom was to be treated for mold. New drywall was to be installed afterwards. The sub-contractor hired to do drywall work started in the kitchen, and put up drywall without treating the exposed black mold. When I asked Allen Coven, the owner of Homes Reimagined USA, if the wood framing had been treated he told me he didn't know. He then told me it had not. So I insisted the new drywall be taken down, and the mold treated. I took a day off work to supervise the drywall installers. They showed up with a bottle of Tilex bathroom cleaner to spray on the mold. In frustration, I called a friend that owns a professional demolition company for advice. He told me Tilex shower cleaner wouldn't work. My friend then came over with a special paint that kills mold, and told me the visible mold would have to be scraped off, and the special paint applied to the effected areas. My friend had to explain to Forest and me what needed to be done. I ended up having to do all scraping, clean up, and painting of the effected wood frame myself. This is work I payed the contractor and subcontractors to do. A lock box with a key to the house was put on the back door. The workers had a code to the box, and were to make sure the house was locked and the key secured in the lock box when leaving. I couldn't stay at the house during this process, but would come home in the evenings to check on things. One evening I arrived to a wide open back door. Even though I wasn't staying there, I still had expensive firearms, clothes, and other belongings upstairs in boxes. After that I called Allen, and put a stop to all work until he and I could meet in person. Also per the estimate, a dumpster for trash was to be placed outside. Allen then told me one could not be used because of my car port area not being big enough. He then assured me that he and Forest would not let trash pile up in the back patio, and would haul it away on a regular basis. That didn't happen until I complained several times. The plumbers hired to install the new bathtub and shower valves didn't do a good job either. They didn't line up the mixer valve hole, the bottom water spout hole, or the top shower arm hole for the shower head correctly. The guy hired to tile the shower didn't say anything to anyone when he installed the tile either. He tiled the shower walls and didn't say anything to anyone, about all three holes being off. I got super busy at work, and couldn't go by the house every evening. On one particular evening I went by to check on things, and found that some of the kitchen cabinets had been installed. Unfortunately, they were of poor quality. I later found out they were made in China. I would have preferred they be made in the USA. That, and the installers didn't line up a vent hole with a cabinet box correctly. You would think the installers would see their measurements were off, and make a phone call to Allen or Forest. But like the tile installer, they didn't say anything. That, and if Allen or Forest had gone by the job site every day to check on things, perhaps some of these problems could have been avoided. I repeatedly asked Allen for a cost breakdown. I wanted to know how much of the $16,500 was spent, and on what it was spent on. To date, he refuses to provide that. He did however, invoice me for the second installment. Long story short, hiring this company was a mistake!
