Recently switched jobs new insurance and had to find a dentist under new plan. Saw the great reviews and its on my way home from work. Had a deep cleaning and was really impressed with the whole support team. Dr Lakani spends way more time with patients than my previous dentist. She was able to address what was causing my pain issues I have had in the last year and showed me on the x-ray. Luckily I went in as long term damage is now going to be preventable. I am a retired dental hygienist. I have had many cleanings since retiring by different places, due to my original retiring herself. I wish I remembered the hygienist's name that cleaned my teeth. I know it starts with an F. It was hands down the most thorough cleaning I have had in years! She was certain to make sure I was satisfied. And I was! Feels so good to know my teeth are clean. Next I saw Dr Lakani for a replacement of a discolored filling that has bothered me for years. I didn't have to get numb and she nailed it in about 20 minutes. My dentist, Dr Bissiri, recently retired and sold his business. It didn't take long for both hygienists to be replaced and the new dentist also replaced her assistant. I recently had a "tooth cleaning" and it was nothing more than them using a water pick. Now I have to find a new dentist in the area. Oh and my X-rays showed that a crown needed to be replaced - I told that it didn't hurt and they changed me double what my old dentist would have. They actually held the new crown ransom until I could pay for at least half of it - turned out I had a sinus infection and there was never anything wrong with my crown. read more

I have sensitive teeth. I am picky and stubborn. I have resist wearing a night guard for years. But Dr Lakani was the only dentist able to patiently explained to me why the night guard is beneficial. I only agree to try the night guard because I saw how much she cared. So glad I listened, what a big difference. I now cannot sleep without a night guard.
