We called Brothers to investigate our water heater that has been tripping the breaker. They responded quickly and professionally. Andrew spent about and hour at the home conducting a very thorough testing evaluation and reprogramming of the unit. We hired other plumbers to try to fix the issue but they were all rushed and provided bad advice. Andrew patiently inspected the water heater with great care and provided us with an in-depth explanation of the potential issues and solutions. The very nice scheduler said they'd put us on a list in case there was a chance to fit us in sooner. Luckily just that thing happened two weeks out. The repair man showed up on time, and was very clean, friendly, and professional. He asked thorough questions and assess the situation fully. He finds have time us we needed a new heater, but he was very honest. He did a couple of tests to be sure and found that we only needed a new thermostat. He answered all of our questions in detail and in ways that we could understand. He offered to install thermostat for free if we ordered through him. Otherwise, he said it was so very simple to do we can do ourselves, and he even showed us how and sent us detailed explanation on how to do it with one we would go buy ourselves. He offered advice on thermostat types and brands. Definitely will use again!

He got lost, although he lives on the mountain, was routinely rude to my mom on the phone and in person once he arrived. She's trying her best, and address shows correctly with exact accuracy on Google Maps. He spoke very kindly with me and then was very condescending to my mom. Therefore I cancelled him immediately and she broke down in TEARS to me after he left, talking about how he made her feel belittled and reprimanded her that she "needs to learn how to give directions". Because they took the time to do this, the fee for their services was much less than expected. Specifically, a clogged line has a minimum charge of $450. I wanted to shorten the length of my dryer vent line to improve its efficiency and change the attachment to the exterior vent to make it accessible inside the house. If your vent line is this long flexible pipe, it collects more dust and increases the drying time for your dryer. He shortened it to only 4 inches! Amazing job! So while he was working on my new vent pipe, I had him flush my water heater as well. I strongly recommend Peter for all your plumbing needs if you live in Lake Arrowhead.
