We holed up in this little brewery to wait out the storm that was passing thru when we stayed in Manson. Everyone thought the beer was good, I liked the atmosphere too. The service was a little rusty. I think they were unprepared for the influx of people due to the storm, but that said there was still seating available so it wasn't too crazy. The food came out at different times, and they forgot someone's order completely. (They DID adjust the bill accordingly.) The food was just ok, some of the offerings to me were just weird. Walked in on Saturday afternoon and we were immediately seated. Ordered few different beers and appetizers. The pulled pork poutine was huge and delicious. The chips, guacamole and salsa was interesting, with homemade potato chips, but surprisingly good. We also a the blackened salmon sandwich, which was very fresh and cooked perfectly, we added a little of the jalapeño Caesar dressing, chefs kiss! Already craving that poutine! Was recommended from a winery down street....lord! Gross! If you make a sandwich make it so it can be picked up without completely falling apart. Cheap meat and gross meat. oh my. granted: we showed up about 40min before close on 7/3/23. i wish they would've just told us to leave, they didn't want our business. i would've respected that. instead they sat us, stephanie? i believe, our sever, she was trying hard but overwhelmed. and the manager? a guy in a hat just stood by, slowly wiping down trays & the bar top, watching TV.. while our server was DROWNING.. she forgot our drinks, brought us dirty silverware. forgot a salad & was just running around like a chicken w it's head cut off. i went to the bar to get our drinks, napkins, etc. honestly they should've told us to F off before we sat down. the service & experience was brutal. only get a 2nd star cuz our server stephanie seemed apologetic & was trying but getting zero backup from the manager guy, it was shameful. read more

We're return customers from our last visit to the area two years ago. This time I ordered the Cuban sandwich based on our server's suggestion and IT WAS AMAZING!!! Definitely the best Cuban and possibly the best sandwich I've ever had. The pork was so tender. I'm sad we don't live closer so I can devour this more often. read more

Service was terrible. The food was ok, nothing was so great. The server pre-judged us and would not serve us alcohol. We decided to stay for the food even though they were extremely rude. When some of our party arrived later they are granted the same terrible service. We paid our bill and were asked by the manager about our experience. When we expressed our true experience, it was not received well. The other patrons of the place were supportive and also expressed their disappointment in the service. We paid, and then left as soon as possible to give our money to other local establishments that were more appreciative of our business and where we were not treated rudely. Food isn't bad but you could do better in cute local town than this. read more

Great beer, neat location and great sliders. The owners were great and they will even let you pick out a record to play for music. We had the chicken and pork sliders. The meet was cooked perfectly and the bread was fresh. The nice thing about the sliders is they aren't too heavy so you have more room for beer. We had the blonde ale and the IPA. Both well balanced beers at about 19 and 27 IBU's respectively. Nice hop aroma as well. If you have time I highly recommend stopping for a beer. Watch for them to move to a 10 barrel system and expand their distribution footprint. read more

So disappointed this year with the LCB. Last year I gave them a 5 star review. This year, not so much. Came for dinner our first night in town and I ordered the turkey panini with potato soup. To my disappointment, the server came to tell me they were out of the potato soup. Hmmm, that happened last year too at dinner time. OMG SERIOUSLY MAKE MORE FREAKING POTATO SOUP!!!!!!!!!!! Seriously this is why I come, for the potato soup. I decided to have the chicken noodle instead. Talk about blah. No flavor whatsoever! I had to douse it with salt and pepper to give it some taste! The sandwich, although it was suppose to be a toasted sandwich ... Was cold. The outside toasted and the inside cold. Bacon is definitely not suppose to be cold. Sooooooooo disappointed!!! Last year this was my favorite, go to place to eat!!!! My husband got the BBQ sliders. Talk about tiny!!!! I'm not kidding, these things were as big as half dollars, and he got 3 with his meal. $13 price tag for 3 TINY ass sandwiches that did not equal one FULL sandwich!!! One thing they had going on, their BBQ sauce. Father in law had enchiladas. They were cold to the touch. Talk about a disappointing meal!!!! Tip for the brewery... 1- Have potato soup on the menu ALL DAY, every day!!!! 2- make sure your food is HOT when you serve it!!! 3- add some new beers to your tap! Please see my tip as well. The beer is boring, expensive and limited varieties. The food is of lower quality, way over priced. The service And atmosphere was good, but $52 for a low quality lunch was not worth it in the least sense of the notion. My guess is that they will not make it another 2 years. My advice for them; make better beer, make better food not made with Sysco food products and lower the prices. Do these simple things and it may be successful going forward. Take into account it is fall and the tourists gone. This time of year it is a nice, quiet brewery. It's a quaint family owned establishment that is a good find and a good stop for beer aficionado's. Beer brewed on sight. Nothing amazing, but good craft brew. I am usually an IPA guy, but the Mackinaw red amber has a lot if flavor! On the Fall menu there is a green chili, chili burger with queso. A total SW spin on a regular style menu. It was great actually. Friendly a personal service. read more

Onion rings were cold and under cooked. Each salad was completely wrong and beans were added to one of the BLT chopped salads??? Don't get that. Beer smelt like marijuana! ? The waitress tripped and spilled a glass of wine on guest. She apologized but offered no replacement. The cook was sent out a new salad. Wrong again. Waitress apologized! The service here was a joke. The sign said please wait to be seated. After 10 minutes we asked if there was a problem and the server said that was a mistake and it was seat yourself. Ok our fault. They then watched us seat our selves because we asked if they had a high chair. No one offered to help so we grabbed it our selves and went and seated ourselves. Multiple employees catered to all the tables around us. No one brought waters / no one brought a menu. No one asked if we wanted a damn beer. And it's a flipping BREWERY. I have visited many times before and written a review. This trip to the area we visited twice. The service and the food are really good and that always keeps us coming back. We always sit right at the car and talk to the server and / or the locals and the experience is always good. You can select old vinyl records to play during your visit and we like this touch. This trip I really liked a cider they had on tap from Steelhead cider called Peargatory, so I can't say too much about their beers. For food I had the special which was a green Chile pork burrito with a jalapeno Caesar dressing and the dressing made the burrito... likely too spicy for some folks but I found it one of my best meals of the trip! The Mr. had the Brisket sliders and fries and he loved them too. We also visited the brick that we decorated on the wall back in 2013 when we visited for the first time.... The brick wall is a fun touch and cool to visit on future trips.... And the proceeds go to the food bank - great idea. Overall this is a great place and we will keep coming back year after year! read more

After my boyfriend tipped a very generous amount on a to go order, we did not receive our drinks. We went back in for them only to realize when we left that they also did not give us KETCHUP or put the $3 bacon on our burgers. For how spendy this place is I would have expected better service. The beer is great. The Amber is very good as it the Devils Trail IPA. The blonde and Pilsner is also good. The Glacier IPA is reminiscent of a good San Diego IPA. Lee the brewer does a nice job. It's the only true brewer near Lake Chelan! The food is really good. Everything is a step up from bar food. Fish & chips, pork poutine, burgers, and chip nachos are especially good.
