Food was mediocre, beer was okay. Only one of two breweries in the area... so if you NEED a beer... this is adaquate.

I have to give this place 3.5 stars for now. Really cool interior with the brick walls, wish there was more exterior seating. Biggest issue was that there was only one waitress and one chef I'm guessing and not nearly enough staff or time management staff. We were told the kitchen got swamped and food would be over an hour, which was insane because there was one table of 8, another of 2, a couple guys at the bar and then us. This is Manson/Chelan during peak summer times and you're not staffed properly?! This was a drag since people were hungry. My friend ordered a burger and onion rings and when we wanted to order house chips we were told they were out, at 2:00. Hm, again, frustrating. We got a flight and overall there was only one beer people enjoyed. The waitress was very nice and automatically gave us 15% due to the waits, which was nice. Willing to give this place another try, but not any time soon. read more

Horrible horrible... do not eat here. Beer might be okay but don't eat food. No soup as we were told it was too hot out today to make it ?!?? Frozen fries, frozen onion rings, frozen chicken, frozen chicken strips, frozen burger patties (come on! How hard is it to make your own freaking burger patty) not to mention they didn't even season the burger patty and he cooked and obviously squished the crap out of the burger, they have bbq sauce out of a bottle (come on, my kid can make bbq sauce). Chicken sliders are frozen chicken tenders cut up and put on a small bun. Onion rings came out cold. They make their own potato chips but those too we're never seasoned or salted. We left with the kids having to feed all of us a second dinner. Burgers are $12.95/$13.95 when you can go to McDonald's and get a better meal for $5.95. All of this and it took about 15 minutes to order and 45 minutes to get our food and we were the only people in the resturant! Extremely disappointed... There are two different ends of the spectrum for breweries that I enjoy. One is a brewery that is constantly trying new and original things that I haven't seen before. The other is one that isn't flashy but simply makes high quality beer that sits comfortably within it's style. When I went to this brewery a few weeks ago I tried their four beer sampler (Blonde, Pale Ale, IPA, and Stout) which I believe are currently their only regular offerings. All four were very good and I will be returning next time I vacation in nearby Chelan with a couple of growlers to fill for my stay. I didn't have any food but the service we did receive was great. It's nice to know that there is solid beer establishment in the area to complement the many wineries. read more

Not impressed. First trip to Lake Chelan and found a free "flatty" appetizer voucher in the welcome pack at our hotel and since the hubs loves beer, we decided to try the brewery for dinner. Entered the establishment to find no clean tables and waited a few minutes to even see an employee. Were told to sit down and he would be back to wipe off our table. Employee came back with menus but no rag! Had to come back again to finally clean the table. Should've known this would be an omen as to the cleanliness of the restaurant - got a dirty plate, no silverware or napkins until we were halfway through our burgers and when they did come the knife was visibly dirty with dried on food and then flatty appetizer had a hair in it (!!!). On top of all of it, the service was spotty - the waitress walked past my empty glass 2-3 times b/f offering to get me a refill. Won't be returning. read more

As it turns out, there is only one microbrewery in the Chelan area. Blew my mind. We stopped in to try out the local beer and we were impressed. I got the sampler of all four beers they serve. A blonde (served with an orange slice), IPA, Imperial Irish Stout, and a Red Amber. The beers were definitely on par with the many PNW microbrews I love so much. The owner served us and was very friendly. The menu sounded great but I wasn't hungry enough to try anything. He mentioned that they serve authentic southwest Green Chili. Took FOREVER to get our food and while we were waiting we tried a flight of the brews offered with NO explanation of what we were tasting! Ordered the nachos and the homemade chips were worth the BS but we were disappointed that the "fresh avocado" advertised on the nachos was not present. I went here for lunch on August 16th. I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and was told I could sit anywhere I wanted. I asked if I could have a sample of all their beers which they had four of their own. All of their beers were very good. I had the beef brisket sliders and salad for lunch and the prizefighter beer. Both the beef brisket slider and a song you are awesome and I really enjoyed the beer. I would recommend Lake Chelan Brewing Company in downtown in downtown Manson Washington to anyone. read more

I love good pub food as much as the next person, but the food at Lake Chelan Brewing was just subpar. Everything is fried (fish, shrimp, fries) and comes out tasting more or less about the same. The beer is OK and the service was good, but the food wasn't even mediocre. read more

Tried the IPA, imperial stout and even a complimentary blonde with crushed orange in it. I'm a homebrewer from Colorado and the beers were all first rate. I also had the grilled Reuben and must say it was among the best I've ever had. Service was excellent and the overall experience was just outstanding! read more

Good beer, the IPA was not as hoppy as I like but it was very good. We didn't eat while there but the staff was very polite and attentive. It was very cool to look through all the vinyls that they have and pick one out for them to play. Great FUN place. If you donate money towards their local food bank they will let you write on the brick wall. Great community support business. read more

Very good. The Poutine was good - although needed more cheese. The sliders were great (al three varieties). Salads were big and full of stuff. Fish&chips was good. Burger was large and messy. It was a quiet Monday evening and my friend and I were the only customers. I have eaten here twice during my week long visit to Manson. I've had the basic cheeseburger and the pork sliders. I also tried the green chili soup and beer chips. I love the rolls used for the sandwiches and both tasted good. I wasn't a fan of the soup but I think it just had too much green chili for me. It did have large chunks of meat so very filling. I only had one beer, an amber, not bad but nothing special. What I like best about this place are the very friendly wait staff and the choice in music. There is a turntable and a very large selection of LPs to choose from. I would come here again. read more

First off let's start with the atmosphere. This a small town pub and it's well made. The food is alright but nothing to wait for. As a resident of manson this makes me upset because we want to get in and out. I ended up waiting 90 muinets for lunch, plus the 2 waiters on duty didn't want anything to do with us and never payed any attention. My friend and I stopped here and split an order of the nachos & poutine. The beef on the nachos was seasoned perfectly. I am not a huge potato chip instead of tortilla chip kind of gal, but their's aren't bad. Loved the poutine! Salty, porky, cheesy, gravied goodness! On Wednesday June 6, 2018 we were passing through the Manson Area & stopped at a place called the Lake Chelan Brewing Co. for dinner at about 5pm. We looked it up on line before going in and it had a 4star rating of reviews so decided to try it. What a huge disappointment. There were 6 of us and out of the 6 meals ordered only 3 were so/so. My meal was so bad I could not eat it. I told the waitress that I could not eat it and looking at the other meals on the table said I would rather do without. I went to Safeway and purchased a Sushi pack that was dam good. I do not know why this place has 4stars as my experience was not good. The atmosphere was great. The waitress was great. Absolutely amazing!! The Medina family do themselves proud with LC Brewing. I am not usually a beer drinker so we had not been in to try the menu until yesterday. They make some great beers, here!!! I love the Mackinaw Red and am growing partial to the Hop if You Dare fresh hop IPA. My husband swears their Prize Fighter Stout is worthy of an award. Their potato beer chips are made fresh in-house and are delicious on their own or as the base for their nachos or House Guac & Pico. Large-screen TVs make it a great place to enjoy football games. If your into vinyl...they have a wide selection of original albums and will play them on the turntable by request. Great nachos with brew chips and piled with lots of goodies. Had beef on the nachos, gonna go back and try the pork. Blonde beer was really good served in ice cold glasses. TVs are big, clear and easy to see. Service was good and friendly, they offered to make coffee for me when I asked. Very clean, staff was cleaning in the middle of the day. read more
