Went with friends for dinner, sitting in outside area. I ordered a cup of soup and fish and chips. Fist was okay, but fries looked disgusting, were over cooked and greasy. They need to change their fryer oil. I did not want the coleslaw. The price of $26.00 was outrageous for what I got. My wife had a turkey club sandwich and our bill was $60.00!! Stick to the burgers and chicken and you may be alright. Slow kitchen, slow drinks, not enough wait staff. Calamari was inedible, basically rubbery rings of something that was once squid that spent too much time in the freezer. Fish and chips came without included coleslaw and the fries were cold and undercooked, took 15 minutes to get tartar sauce. Greek salad was fine but, if you are a restauraunt, the olives shouldn't be canned sliced ones. Drinks were fine. read more

Excellent outdoor venue with nice dance area. Ice cold draft beers in frosted mugs, very reasonable prices. Excellent food and service. Friendly people and lots of dancing fun. Recently this summer we visited 3 times for great music with the best area live bands. Even this last time in September after much of summer staff was back in school the place was rocking and the staff was hopping around doing a great job. Enjoyed pizza and shrimp dish! Ice cold Coors light draft beer 16 ounce for $3.75 in a frosted mug! Management is Hands on and ensuring everyone is taking care of. Returned again, Ordered baked haddock with salad and a vegetable. Very good. Learned that there is a second bar connected to the bar/restaurant. I was impressed. The second bar has pool tables and feels very much like a small local friendly bar. Great band playing in the the bar restaurant area. Went to the other bar and it had great music playing. Owner is very friendly and stops by to make sure you are happy. Not a 5 star dining experience but food is good, service is great. I hear the Prime rib served on Thursday is very good. Fridays have a seafood special. Sorry I waited so long to return. Many popular craft beers, some hard to find, cold and ready to poor. read more

Super fun and chill family bar and grill. Great selection of beers on tap and in the refrigerator. Plenty of good menu choices, too. We liked the Lake nachos with a Carolina honey mustard BBQ sauce. I really liked my meatball parm grinder. While the dining room is under renovation there's plenty of outdoor seating. Bring a jacket if you're there after dusk! We'd been wanting to try this place since we live close by. We wanted to sit outside on their massive patio and enjoy the summer day. But there was a live band playing and they were so loud, that we had to go into the inside bar area and look for a table. Staff was nice and seated us promptly. We ordered drinks and I wanted a sandwich and my wife wanted a wrap. It took way too long for our food to arrive. Our food was good-but we were already tired from waiting. Their menu is extensive-if we ever go back it'll have to be when the band is not playing. Loud music is not conducive to relaxation and eating. read more

Visited Tuesday after work, it was not busy by any stretch. Hadn't been here in some time bc my first experience was very poor. First visit, I couldn't get a drink for almost 20 minutes with maybe 5 ppl at the bar, had to get a "regular" to order for me. Then I ordered a pizza to go, which was served to a table. Once it was discovered that the pizza didnt belong to them, bc it was not what they ordered, the server called out to see who ordered such n such pizza...so I said well I ordered that but it was to go...she then took it off the seated customers table, put it in a box and expected me to accept it. Recent visit, sat at the bar just wanting to grab a drink and order food to go. The bartender was friendly and pleasant, as was the gentleman stocking glasses, etc. However, attentiveness by the bartender was less than satisfactory. The fellow patrons I was sitting amongst were great company and fun to converse with...I would assume they frequent the establishment. I wasn't sure if the gentleman stocking the bar was able to serve drinks, but I asked him, bc I wasn't being tended to by the bartender. He was great. I ordered a wrap to go, despite the fact that it was $18. The wrap was very good, but not worth $18, especially since another local establishment offers a similar, and better one for less money. After about an hour, the patron sitting beside me, again, obviously familiar with the place and the staff, kindly asked the bartender if my wrap was coming anytime soon...I wasn't in a hurry so I didn't want to be pushy, but really just wanted to go home. At last it came out. I attempted to message the establishment privately on Instagram, but apparently they don't accept messages...so this is why I am commenting here. Overall, seems like some staff is very inexperienced, which i understand happens, yet, owner being on premises needs to properly train them, or help them, until they can work alone. Prices are very high in comparison to other local restaurants with similar offerings. Found this little gem tonight, in our hunt for the best pizza! Was definitely a hit! Pizza crust on the thinner side which we like, and the chicken Alfredo pizza was awesome! Another pizza was the beef, barbecue that was just as tasty... okay so one person had to try the fish - haddock was awesome, scallops and shrimp fresh! Can be baked or fried! Terrible service. Bar tender was rude and acted annoyed when we asked questions about what was on tap. There was also another gentlemen customer sitting at the bar who obviously was not an employee but felt he needed to add his opinion into everything. Would not go back here.
