My daughter went in for service and was not able to get what was scheduled completed because the manager of this location hadn't shown up for work yet, to unlock the computer system. Supposedly this is an ongoing issue, and it leaves the technicians with facing upset customers. So, we have to take another day off to come into the shop when another mechanic will definitely be in to unlock the computer, in case the manager has another no-show. Customer's time is not being respected by the shop's manager, so we will find another business for our vehicles.

They say the alignment guy was not there so could not do alignment. Took the car to another service center and the front steering and rear coils were shot/broken and alignment could not be done. These brand new tires should have never been installed. Dunn Tire Brockport took the money and ran. They know tires should not be installed on a car that cannot be aligned. They should have told the owner up front instead of selling the tires first. They saw the tires coming off the car were wasted and worn unevenly. And then sold them a warranty that will never be honors because these tires will not have a chance unless the corrections are made. This is sick and should be reported.
