The seasonings are the star of the show here, and on the seafood plates you can choose your spice level. The seafood is perfectly cooked, never dried out or rubbery. We ordered the Petite shrimp plate with the Cajun lemon pepper, which was amazing. We also got the fish and fries fried plate and the New Orleans Po' Boys sandwich. They are usually part of the Hutto food truck park, but are now parked off Main Street and you can see them off 79. They still have plenty of seating in this location that they currently share with Happy Panini and cute twinkle lights. They're fast and efficient with getting you your items and I have had friendly service the 2 times I've ordered from them. Portion size is really good for the flavor, quality of the cook and price you're paying. I did see a worker take a break to smoke which concerned me at first, but when receiving my food noticed they had gloves on. Still definitely plan on going to come back to try more of the menu!

Their quesa birria tacos were cheesy packed with beef birria and serve with a side of hot consome. Their flautas were the real deal fried, crunchy, flavorful and again super cheesy. Their birria egg rolls were next level with a super crunchy exterior that is a perfect bite once you dip it in the consome. The highlight of the day was the agua fresca super refreshing which had the pineapple and mango mixed to create this amazing fusion that was elevated by the sweet tartness of the chamoy and tajin. I can't wait to go back for their other birria options and aguas frescas. Great service and chill ambiance. Rating: 9/10 The Duo - Two Quesa Birria tacos and two Birria Flautas filled with cheese also served with consume, onion, cilantro and limes are on the side. They do have a few tables with a canopy set up in front of their truck if you wanted to eat there. We ordered the Trio which came with one birria taco, one quesadilla and one flauta along with consommé. When I saw how red the taco shell was, I knew immediately this was going to be a hit. I absolutely love how they don't skimp out on the birria and really pack it in so you're indulging in pure bliss with every bite. It's been awhile since I came across a food truck that served birria ramen so I definitely will be ordering that next time.

A nice atmosphere. Lots to do. The regular park is there as well as the lake. Plenty of porta potties all around. Plenty of vendors to stroll through and see all the different stuff. Plenty of alcohol! At night there are many people wandering about with glow in the dark accessories for sale. Bring your cooler, your blanket, your chairs, your sunscreen and find a nice spot on the lawn.. and enjoy your day! I HIGHLY recommend staying for the movie that is playing... even if you don't want to see it, because the traffic leaving after the firework show is unimaginable! HAVE FUN!

I believe they had fireworks at night but we were there in the afternoon. The event was very organized and there was plenty of parking. I'd say they drew a crowd in the thousands on July 4th. This is a free event and its' really quite nice. Very nice for families with younger children.

New delicious food truck alert!…read more The woman working the truck was extremely helpful and friendly. She got out and came to the front to talk to us about what the items on the menu are and asked what we like to eat and gave us suggestions on where to start when we asked what she recommended we order for our first time at their truck. We ended up ordering Masala dosas(crepe-like with masala filling, not spicy, large serving size), Pav bhaji (if you like spicy I definitely recommend this one, it's like a vegetable curry that comes with toasted buns), and the Mango Lassi(a traditional Indian yogurt smoothie). This was the perfect order size for 2 people to share a dinner or one very hungry person. They have decorated their area in the food truck park with plenty of seating with clean picnic tables and lots of hanging lights and plants. It's a very cozy setting and there are places in the shade to enjoy your food right away. I'm really happy to have a Northern Indian cuisine in Hutto and especially another food truck in the "food truck park" that has mostly been empty all year. I hope they stay and we'll definitely be back to try more of the menu soon!

They catered an event at FMS, and it was honestly one of the worst catered meals I've had. Calling it a "smash burger" is a stretch. There was no crispy edge, no flavor, and nothing that resembled an actual smash burger experience. It was like a boiled patty real talk. To top it off, they didn't even serve fries. For the price and reputation, I expected much better. If you're advertising smash burgers, serve real smash burgers. Unfortunately, this was a complete letdown cuz they looked good in pictures.
