I took my car in last year around Beginning of march For colisión repair. They kept the car for like 4 months if not more. So then I pick up the car once it's ready and I notice some parts are missing, so I let the owner know and he said he would take care of it. So I told him to get me the parts and then I would take it in, I was trying to avoid the car being there forever again. So after that it was just the typical shop run aroun, (the parts are on back order) (we can't find the parts anywhere) So meanwhile I decided to inspect the car further and I noticed they just did a horrible job all around. The hood doesn't even line up properly, My bumper started coming off almost right away on both sides, the rear tail lights are missing pieces on the inner side, they also didn't put the left & right brake light harness on so only the third brake light works. And now a year later I decided to finally do this review because my wife got home and the front emblem On the grille completely fell off. I never wanted to do the review because as a business owners myself I don't wanna ruin other peoples stuff. But this is just ridiculous. I have messages & proof of everything, the last message I have is where he's saying the parts are on backorder. So I decided to not go back because I knew for a fact the car would be there forever again. Point is I never got it fixed anywhere else either because I had already spent a lot of money with these guys & now half the car is falling apart.

Despite the car being there for 2 weeks and 2 days, the staff, especially Jonathan frequently gave us update and the delay for repairs was due to insurance issues. I appreciate that they frequently contacted the insurance company to minimize delays. I greatly appreciate their patience and calm demeanor when interacting with us, despite the insurance company giving us a hard time. Esther from the front desk was also especially helpful and very pleasant when helping us communicate with the insurance company. The repairs appear great, and we were given a peace of mind to bring it back when issues arise.

I've used them as recently as last month but also have used them on two other cars, all late model cars. Each time I've been amazed at the body shop quality work and attention to detail without the body shop prices or dealing with insurance. Chris is very prompt and communicative and it's so amazing all this can be done from the comfort of my own home! Scuffing your car is never a good time and hopefully won't do it again soon but would definitely call Chris again if it happens and can't recommend him enough to others! Found this auto paint repair on Yelp and since he had great reviews, decided to directly contact him. He responded within minutes and gave me an estimate depending on what needed to be done after looking at pictures I sent him. Since he was local and his shop was 10 minutes away, I drove there rather than having his associate do a mobile repair. Chris was able to remove the scrape marks using various buffing compounds and several different buffing pads, not needing to do any paint touch ups. I could tell from his detailed work that he did it to his best and to his self-satisfaction. Chris is very friendly and I enjoyed talking with him for the hour he was working on the car and I would definitely use his expertise if the occasion arises and I highly recommend him!
