The first thing I noticed was the tuk tuk also known as a three-wheeler in India. When I worked in Bangalore, India I often took a tuk tuk to different places. It's a fun, open-air experience. Dhaba Cafe leans into its South Asian influence with layers of unexpected flavor: rose, cardamom, saffron, or seasonal infusions that extend beyond the standard café offerings. You will not find these flavors at your typical coffee shop.
