Secondly to try some new flavors out before third, buying some sleeves to go home. I like how we are able to try the special coffee flavors of the month. They're typically seasonal and my favorite out of the normal bunch is the rich chocolate. It smells like pure chocolate. My favorite out of the limited seasonal offerings is the strawberry vanilla or pistachio cream. THE FINAL BAMBOO: If you have a Nespresso machine, you will be frequenting this store often. Super happy with my experience!! Started with Wazi who was so patient with me as I tried all the new espresso flavors. I've never been one to like flavored coffees, everyone that knows me knows, yet he got me to try the limited-edition pistachio....GEEZ, I ended up leaving with hundreds if dollars worth!!! Yes, it was THAT GOOD! You know what made it even better? Mixing it 1:1 with the Freddo Intenso, a little milk, a little sweetener, and plenty of ice. YUM!!! I couldn't get over how good it was, to the point where I was unwilling to walk over to Starbucks and get their humdrum coffee to take to the movies...but instead bought a bright orange thermos here so I can take 2 shots to go. As much as I don't like the set up in this store for buying things when you just want to get in and out, they have this weird system of basically taking a number by taking your name (should also offer an express lane for people who know what they want to just grab and leave), I did love the one on one service and patience I received from Wazi and then Natalie. Because of their patience, I walked out with far more than I intended. Originally, I was just coming in for seven sleeves of my regular basic Lavanto. How boring, right? The store is clean and well organized, and best of all the back room must also be organized, 'cause Natalie was happy to go and check for a new shipment of pods... since I bought everything on the floor, and she returned quickly with a case!! UPDATE! Ok... Nespresso, you impress me. I never thought I'd report to a pod machine but your stuff is qualify. NESPRESSO ESSENZA MINI - this is the smallest of their product line. I knew it was small based on pictures, when I unboxed it the product was even smaller than I imagined - in a good way!!! It was so small, compact, and cute I didn't want to use it and just admire it. It fits perfectly in my office-home (not my home-home, my office). Is it loud? Not disturbing loud but does make a noise and it's very quick and short. Two buttons, one for an espresso shot and one to make a lungo. I have used both. But I'm a latte person so I'm bias with the espresso button. AEROCCINO 3 MILK FROTHER - this is so cool! This heats and froths up my milk so quietly and instantly - the milk is smooth and the foam is light. Lots of foam which can easily turn a latte into a cappuccino. Attempting to create foam art is challenging with the 3 but can be better with the 4 as the 4 has a pour edge and the 3 does not. :: POD CRAZY :: Original pods may be more selective than the Vertuo pods but the ones I need are available. I received a free welcome pack with my online purchase but it was only (3) pods of the Arpeggio (non decaf and decaf). The non decaf was exactly as the profile describe - intense and creamy. Little too intense for me. My original pick were the Volluto Decaffenito which is sweet and light. I like the "light" part and easy to drink multiple in a day. Another original pick was the Chiaro, not decaf but very manage to drink. This was a really good one and glad it was suggested to me. I can easy spend and go pod crazy but I want to spread out the intake of pods as they do have a 1yr shelf life - I don't want to be a pod hoard but at the same time I want to try as many as I can. I come here regularly to pick up some of my favorite double espresso vertuo pods. Chiaro is the best pod for making americanos, it's smooth! Don't forget to ask for recycling bags, they have mail-in and in-store bags. I also like that they have free tastings, just so you can try something new while in store! Seems like they brew a full pod per tasting so it's pretty generous. The store can be quite busy at times so there could be a bit of a wait and feel crowded. Second time here. They get pretty busy. Our first visit we weren't quite sure how they operated since we normally order online but since we were in town we decided to take a trip in person. It can be a bit tight inside on a busy day. They have a menu but it's at the front where the register is. Our initial visit we didn't know that we had to wait until we got to the front of the line to look at the menu. The line was so long it took a while to get there and when we did it took another while to look over it and decide what we wanted. Today when we entered, we were greeted and one of the workers asked for our name and entered it on her iPad and was told they will call us when they were ready to help us. We didn't wait long until they helped us. We got some of our usuals and also got some new sleeves to try. The workers are really nice and they also offer great recommendations. The times we visited they also had promos and offered some discounts. They have a great selection and they also offer samples. Our visits have been pretty pleasant I do wish they have extra menus posted throughout the store not just at the front so that it doesn't take a while to look it over and cause long wait times. read more

I like coming here for a quick Nespresso shot latte (complimentary) and to browse the new flavors of capsules they offer. I usually place my orders on their website but placed an order today at their store. They had a black Friday promo today where u can get 12 original capsule sleeves (~$120) and u get 2 nice martini glasses, we had to restock anyway to make Nespresso martinis for guests during Thanksgiving so it worked out well. Small little shop that often is crowded. They do pretty well with the wait and crowd management, but if you are looking to sample anything, plan to wait a bit. They have a good selection and once your name is up to be helped, the process is fairly quick. Although Nespresso has a very efficient shipping process, it is nice to go into a shop and sample. Pushy, corporate, robot people working to earn a living but the experience is not fun for the customer. You can't walk in the door without them demanding your name and filing you into an area to wait even tho there's no other customers. Coffee samples are slow and you can tell the staff doesn't get along. It's overall an unpleasant experience and scheme they have setup. read more

Not the best experience today. I stopped by and was told by the employee in front that I could try a sample, so I did. But when I asked the woman giving out the samples for what I wanted, she seemed really dismissive and not very friendly. After that, I put my name in and grabbed the sleeves I wanted, then waited by the front. There were two cashiers open, and I was the only person in line, but no one called me up. I think their system calls people by name from the iPad, which might explain it, but it felt weird just standing there. I went to this Nespresso UTC location and the service was just so slow! They don't do register "lines" anymore and it goes by name. If you expect to go in and out don't bother coming in. I spoke to a couple people who were standing around me and we were talking about it' is taking way longer to buy and pay, and it's a lot different from what we're used to. This reminds me of the Apple Store, but the difference is Apple is much more efficient. If you are looking to get out of here fast, I would not recommend visiting this location, but if you enjoy waiting to pay forever then this is your place. read more

Omg...I went there (UTC) over the weekend and apparently we have to check-in to order our coffee. I was so mad because I was the only one standing in the middle of the store with my baby stroller waiting for my turn while other people ahead of me were tasting the sample. Please help me understand why I have to wait for all of those people (nothing against them) finish their samples so I can get my coffee. I did finally get my coffee after standing in the middle of the store staring at everyone. This is non-sense, it's not efficient for buyers like myself who just want to grab a few sleeves of coffee and get out. I now have two machines and I am constantly getting the vertuo pods, and love their seasonal coffee flavors. Currently, my favorites are the peppermint, forest fruit, and of course caramel. If you love coffee, getting an Nespresso Machine is a great and cheap alternative for a great coffee compare to going on coffee shops. The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They give good recommendations base on how you like your coffee. I came home with 10 coffee sleeves and some samples. In addition, I love the facts that they recycle the coffee pods for you. You can get a bag with shipping label already on it to put on your used pods and all u need to do is drop it off at any UPS store or just bring it back to any of their store location. read more

If I hadn't known I would of waited behind a random person think "this is the line" A lot of people didn't know cause they would asked random customers if "they're in line". I used to always look forward to going to UTC shopping mall and getting new nespresso pods. It used to be easy to browse the store, and to order new pods and they would always have at least two people at the register. Something must have changed recently, and now it is very crowded and you have to 'sign in' to wait to order pods. When I arrived on Saturday, there was one person at the register, one person on the floor 'registering' visitors for the wait list, and two employees at the coffee bar making drinks. I would think that they would not need to have a waiting list if they were to just have 2-3 registers open if there was increased volume. If it's busy, pull folks off of the coffee bar and floor for checkout. read more

Had a wonderful time during my first visit to a Nespresso store for Vertuo capsules! Calli was so nice, checked me in, talked to me about a few new varieties to taste, and sent me to Angelina at the tasting bar. I asked a few questions about some of the varieties for my machine and showed her what I had already bought. Angelina generously let me taste 2 new varieties: pistachio and also the coconut varieties. I purchased a new double espresso sleeve that I had not tasted, and the pistachio as well. I love my new machine and usually drink decaf but the caffeinated varieties are also excellent. I usually bring all my coffee from France, but Nespresso Vertuo has truly impressed me and is so much fun to make quickly! They now make you put down a name to wait to place an order, the workers were very rude about it and when we voiced concern about the stench of cigarette smoke the worker dismissed us and told us "ok, have a nice day then" implying we should leave. So after finally getting a Nespresso machine I was so excited to have my first boutique experience, unfortunately this location made it an awful experience. After putting my name down on the list, I waited in line for my sample. I was approached by an associate who very curtly asked me what my name was...it took a moment to process and she asked my name again, this time with a far more aggressive tone. I told her my name and she said, " Oh, we're looking for someone in a white cardigan." Sure. As this was my first time, I wasn't sure how the process worked and was looking over the catalog they had at the front, wasn't trying to order but taking a look at my options when a second employee made a sarcastic remark and I excused myself explaining I was just looking over the catalog. I understand that the UTC area is an affluent community, however, the Nespresso isn't only for the super rich, I have never felt so uncomfortable and unwelcome in a store as I did today. read more

They have one staff that made me feel bad without a reason. She told me twice that they did not have my husband's account. So, I showed her his phone number at my phone instead of saying it to her and she found it. Ok, nice, right? But she added that the reason she could not find the number. She put 2 instead of some other number. But the way she said that was that it was not her fault. When did I blame?? She told me twice. Why? Also, later when I asked her if I received the receipt after I bought the capsules, the way she told me "I put it in the bag" was also, "why do you ask me I put it in your bag." Again very defensive. I usually go to this store regularly, as it is the nearest Nespresso store to me, and I like to purchase my pods in store. I don't normally have any issues with service, however today i had the worst experience with a cashier whose name i was not able to get. The woman who greeted my boyfriend and I at the door was lovely and was nice enough to provide us a sample of the pod that I ended up purchasing a sleeve for, however, a different woman who ended up assisting us with our purchase was not so nice. She didn't greet us at all, had a really stern demeanor & just asked us if we knew what we were getting. She was not listening to us or paying attention to us at all and made us repeat everything to her multiple times, and just gave us the bag once the transaction completed, without saying thank you or greeting us on the way out. We tried not to think anything of it, since we assumed she probably just wasn't having a good day, and hoping we weren't getting mistreated for another reason. When I got home and was refilling my nespresso station I caught a glimpse of the receipt and noticed she charged us for the wrong sleeve which, to our luck, was double the price of the sleeve that we actually ordered & took home. Thankfully nespresso's customer service hotline was still open by the time I noticed and was able to help me sort out the issue over the phone but this was a super inconvenient and overall bad experience. Moral of the story is check your receipts!! I always purchase my pods in person at this store instead of online and never check my receipts after so I am now concerned if this is a regular thing here. I may switch to purchasing online going forward, to avoid the up-charging schemes and poor customer service. read more

No complaints about the coffee or pods; I have been happily using them for over a decade. But the service at the UTC store is just awful. Once in a while, I stop by for an "emergency" pod purchase when my subscription is running low, and there is always a line of customers, and half of the sales reps are doing nothing. I stopped by today (a random Monday night in February) to pick up some pods after dinner. There were five salespeople working and one other customer. The customer spoke to a salesperson about an online order while three other employees stood by looking on. Two other employees were chatting about each other's weekend in front of a computer. I stood there for 5 minutes, and no one paid attention. I asked one of the two employees by the computer if I could get some pods, and she told me to wait for the other three to finish with the customer. I waited for another 10 minutes. At this point, the other customer was giving a detailed account about her vacation home in Hawaii, and the three employees were fascinated. I asked again if I could buy some pods that I already knew, and again, no one was willing to leave their conversation. So I walked out. I might buy a Breville espresso maker from Williams Sonoma, where people are actually interested in helping a customer in their store. read more

Five stars for the friendly staff, and being well stocked. We come here almost every month to re-stock on coffee, sample the new seasonal coffees, and drop off our recycled coffee. The store is very clean and has a trendy/inviting feel. The staff are always very happy... or maybe it's the caffeine. Probably a bit of both. We love our Nespresso machine. We were spending a lot at coffee shops. Now, we have a variety coffee that we're making for $1-$1.50 a cup. We also picked up their frother. It heats or cools... which makes all those different coffee creations even more fun. If you're looking to break away from the coffee chain and start making your own at home, both the coffee maker and the frother are a great buy for yourself or as a gift. read more

Please check your order before paying for it!! Charged the wrong amount, which was double of what I was supposed to spend. Bought 3 sleeves of nespresso pods and charged on the spot for twice the actual price. The lady at the register just put my receipt in the bag after I paid for it and when i looked at the receipt in front of her she did not pay attention to me. I tried to get her attention and she acted like she was looking at someone behind me until i kept calling her and she finally gave me her attention. I simply asked, "how much was each sleeve again?" And she immediately said sorry and tht she made a mistake and tried to make a return then and there. Then I had to pay twice from what was the actual price of the pods and had to wait for the previous charge return being processed. This was very troublesome.
