He cares so much that he gives his personal number to patients when the office is closed and over holidays, in case of dental emergencies. His office staff are also gems. I've known them for years, but they take such effort to learn new patients' names and are truly interested in your needs. They all work very hard to accommodate patients especially when you are in pain or have an emergency situation. Dentistry can be painful and it can often be expensive which is why I value my doctor and his staff. They soften both blows with their helpfulness and warmth. I'll be very sad the day that Dr. Nunnally decides to retire. Until then, I'll appreciate his practice for the rare jewel that it is, a health professional that treats every patient like a neighbor not a number.

I just went today to Ideal and it was amazing. 1) You first meet with the lovely secretary Lori who is patient and kind 2) Then the dental assistant walked me back to a room to get a health history and general concerns of mine 3) Dr Hahn came in, talked to me, filling me in on a whole lot of questions that had been dodged in the past year I felt - talked about setting up a game plan and setting up a defirrent briefing post x ram review 4) The dental hygienist, Carolyn, was really good, again strong on patient education, thorough, asking if I had any questions and just leaving communication open. She really gave me input on the things I can do at home to give me a feel of things I may be doing wrong which is so helpful.
