After I got my Range Rover back (2 months later), it had a long scratch on the side. They initially tried to say they didn't do it, but thank good we took pictures prior to leaving the truck with them. The pics prove it had no prior scratches so they were forced to fix it, in retaliation they severely curve checked it leaving a really deep scratch on the rim plus a chunk out of the tire. I wish I could this recommend this dealership but, I can't. I purchased an Audi from them on Friday 10/20/23. It seemed like a good transaction except I didn't get a copy of my purchase agreement, and had to go down to the dealership on Monday to get one. The salesmen Steven was very friendly and helpful. The finance gentleman was not so nice when I stated I did not want an extended warranty, and asked for it to be removed/canceled. I took my newly purchased car to Audi yesterday 10/26/23 for a second key programming only to find out during a routine check that the 2 front tires are completely bald on the inside of the wheel well, and that an alignment is needed as it's unsafe. I contacted Steven and Jaguar with the video of the bald tires to see how this could have happened and how they plan to resolve this. Well I was just told today that they checked the vehicle and it "passed" safety requirements and that the tires as bald as they were are deemed "safe". I've asked to see the inspection report and they have not provided it. I honestly don't think they checked this vehicle before placing it for sale. So now I will need to shell out $1500 for an alignment and new tires on top of having to purchase a second key for $750 from Audi. How can you call yourself a luxury dealership but behave like a backlot snake oil used car lot? This is absolutely bad business, and I hope no one has to have the experience I've had with just only owning this car for a week. I regret this transaction. read more

I have been here twice for service but don't think I will be back. I am much closer to Land Rover Scottsdale but they are often very busy and backed up with appointments. I found LR Arrowhead to be wide open but I think I have figured out why. The first time I made a service appt. for battery check. The battery was diagnosed as needing replacement. That was completely simply and without a lot of hassle. The delivered the car to my home which was nice. My second service visit did not go quite the same with an abundance of communication missteps that have made me decide to not go back. First, I called to schedule my appointment for an oil change and check on hard steering issue. I asked if they could come and pickup the car. They said fine, it would be the next day they would be in touch. The next day, I waited the entire day. No pickup, no call, no nothing. So, the following day I drove to the dealership myself to drop off the car. After arriving I quickly inquired as to why it wasn't picked up the day before and no one called. I was told that person went home sick but they had no explanation for why no one contacted me about the pickup. They do provide a service of giving you a Lyft ride home. That is okay but my experience was with a not so great driver in an extremely low end car. I wouldn't take this service again. So, as my car was being serviced they seem to rely on sending you 'text' messages with updates which isn't my favorite. The sent a diagnosis link which is very hard to read on a cell phone. I had to forward it to my computer to be able to open it up full size. So, in the diagnosis was a recommended $11,500 of repairs. I really think at this type of amount someone should call you and fully explain these items. One large amount for a steering issue had hardly any information provided. So, I'm not one to just sign off on something like this over text. My list of needed items also included windshield repair, new wipers, alignment, AC issues, new filters.... A lot of this work which they classified as 'needing immediately' is not needed at all. There is no history of an alignment issue. I just replaced some of the filters, there is no AC issue, it does not need new wipers. Also, even though I declined the windshield repair (why would I pay for this when it is covered by my insurance), I was called anyway by a glass company saying I had requested windshield repair. I told them I had not. I declined all work via their online link other than the oil change. I felt their charge for the steering fix was way too expensive and required explanation. they only told me it had a 'fault code'. I asked what is the code and they would not tell me. At this point, no one calls or contacts you regarding your service work. I guess the next step is they send you another text saying the work is done. I called before I got the text but they said it was coming right away. I still didn't get it and had to call again to indicate this to them. I asked if the car could be dropped off and they said yes. What is interesting is that the text was so far delayed for me to pay online, that delivery guy showed up within minutes of me paying the bill. There was more confusion because I wasn't home but no one had told me he was coming right away. They service department is nice and clean not busy. I like those things but they poor communications and explanations they give took away from my confidence to go back. read more

Stay away from this dealership group. I bought a car from their sister BMW store in February, it had a preexisting oil leak. On the due bill they agreed to fix it. They brought my car next door to Arrowhead Land Rover, to fix the leak. They told me they cover their work for 12 months and 12,000 miles. The repair they did is leaking again. And I haven't reached either of those milestones. They do not want to cover their work now, even though it was bad workmanship when they did the repair. The service manager won't even take or return my call. I have even reached out the Arrowhead BMW and spoke to several managers each time they say they will call me Back and I haven't gotten a call back. Stay as far away from the Arrowhead dealership group and specially from the Land Rover store. Why is a gasket they repaired just 8 months ago already leaking. read more

Just my luck, I get the guy who's only been there for three days. I tell him up front that I don't know anything about the brand but have always liked the look and wanted to drive it to see if I was interested. Very accommodating there, but zero knowledge - I mean absolutely ZERO - about the brand. Someone was helping him at times and she didn't seem to know it top to bottom either. I expect more when shopping for a luxury brand vehicle. I don't think it's too much to expect that before you let someone loose on customers, they've taken some kind of basic test regarding vehicles, lines and packages offered. I left knowing not much more than when I arrived. Thanks to cars.com, I found information that would've been helpful at the dealership. Is there a way to give 0 stars? The most horrible experience that I have ever encountered. Purchased a Brand New Defender. Three weeks later it was in the shop. A week later in the shop again for the same problem along with now more issues that have come up. The amount of times I have had to go back and forth to this dealership in only two months is insane. Submitted a complaint and all I received was a "thank you for your feedback we will take this into consideration". Today, I get a call telling me that they couldn't believe all the grief that I had gone through and to come in and they would get me a new vehicle to get me "out of my vehicle and into one I can actually enjoy". I purchased a preowned Range Rover Valar on September 18, 2021, from the location. I started my process over the internet with Dustin Oliff. He was great working with me and answered all of my questions and concerns. Due to COVID, I wanted to limit my in-person experience, so he was patient with me. I was afraid he was going to think I wasn't serious. Dustin offered to drive the Valar to me so I could test drive it. That was a super plus for me. I only have three minor cons: CON: 1.) I had to be somewhere at a specific time, and they were adamant that I dont leave, causing me to miss out on something important. I will take the fault cause I should have just gotten up. 2.) I asked for a second key, and they said they could not provide me one because of the chip shortage, but I could buy one at a discount. If there were a chip shortage on the second key, I would not have purchased a key either. Please help me make it make sense..lol ‍ 3.) I asked for a free keychain, pen, water bottle, or T-shirt, and they said no to all of it (even the pen..lol ). Every dealership has given me a keychain that I brought a car from (It must be a Southern thing ), and I keep them in a scrapbook. And being that I obtained the Rover as a graduation gift to myself, I was looking forward to the keychain ‍. Guess i have to order one off of Amazon, lol . If I could give zero stars I would. This dealership is supposed to be a luxury dealership, but I have had better experiences elsewhere and will never purchase a vehicle from them again. The salesman right down to the manager Chris lack customer service skills. The salesman was on his cellphone the entire time of the test drive and unable to respond to my questions regarding the vehicle due to his face being plastered in his phone. I should have taken my business elsewhere at this point, lessoned learned. Car was delivered without any walk through of the features on the car. Here I am 2 months later finding out I have heated seats and a remote start. They lost the payoff amount and called me asking if I had the payoff paperwork, instead of calling the lessor themselves, which shows how incompetent they are. We had issues with the payoff the dealership obtained of the leased vehicle that was traded in. A week after the deal was done we were told we owed an additional $500 because they didn't get the correct payoff, which I paid. Two months later I still have a $1200 balance on the leased loan, so I contact the sales manager, Chris. After doing supposed research Chris tells me that the balance is our responsibility. I was upset that we were getting stuck with more money out of pocket and this dealership can't get it together. My husband contacted him shortly after I spoke with him to address the amount owed and he was told there was an error on the leasing company and it would be taken care of in a few days. How do we get two different responses from Chris within an hour?! This absolutely blows my mind, and its obvious being a woman he didn't have any desire to research the issue and help me. Now four days after the conversation with Chris the account should be cleared and closed, but there is still a $400 balance on the account. I will never go back there, not even for my service! I would rather drive to Scottsdale to avoid this place at all costs. We traded in our 2018 Range Rover limited addition svr for a suv there and within the first week we needed a new battery for the key, I started to notice shaking, after a couple of weeks I took the car in. There was a crack in the coolant and I told them the car has been shaking. They made me feel crazy and said they couldn't feel it. I took it to a different dealership and they said it needs new rotors and break pads for the front and the back . That is 2500 out of pocket. I feel like they didn't listen to me when I would say something was wrong and really wasted our time and money. I would not recommend them to anyone. They felt comfortable giving us a car with issues that we had no idea about. If you're looking to have people as future customers (which we would've been) you should probably do right by them. Then their GM David has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I don't understand how he is the GM. He treated us like we were ants on the ground. Made sure everyone was good but us. We initially agreed on a price and interest rate only for them to contact me 3 days later to tell me it would be over $100 more a month on a different APR. Now I have a dead battery two weeks after buying my vehicle that will cost $500. And another $1,450 Worth of maintenance that needs to be done that we initially agreed on. David the GM absolutely did not care about making anything right at all. And in fact threatened to walk me out when I wasn't even being loud or rude. I hit up arrowhead location and by the next day I was driving out with my dream car! They were so professional, kind, accommodating. I wanted a defender and they called me when they pulled up on a truck before they were even unloaded. Angelina was awesome to work with. I ended up with the Discovery and it's the best car I've ever had and never thought I could get. They made everything seamless, signed paperwork at home, negotiated on text, came to my house to go over all the electronic stuff, pick up the car for tinting and service if I need. The dealership cancelled my extended warranty without informing me and put me in a different protection plan without my authorization. I found this out from the warranty company 6 months after I purchased the car. The contract they had was not what I signed and had the wrong dates! I contacted Dawn Abraham the finance manager she apologized profusely and said she didn't know how it happened and agreed to let me cancel and receive a refund but now she has not replied to any of my many attempts to reach her. Let me preface this review with the fact that we really enjoyed our sales guy Malachi, he is an ex-marine and showed way more professionalism and good character than anyone else we dealt with. For context, we have bought 10+ cars over the years and this was the least expensive car we've ever bought but by far the most miserable transaction. I have never been pressured so hard to buy a car. I walked out of the dealership on Monday afternoon because of the sales manager Chris' high pressure, condescending sales tactics, and I should have just kept going, but the owner Mike assured me he would make good on the deal. We did end up closing on a used car for our daughter on the assurance the car would be detailed extremely well to get out dark stains on the cars light color upholstery. Why the car was sitting on the lot in that state is another question-it should have never been shown like that. That should have been my other big clue to walk out. No lie, that car has been 'detailed' and sent back multiple times to rectify their at best cheap car wash wipe down and there are still spots, marks, and dog hair all over the interior of the car. My 8 year old son wiped off one of the areas with his finger and it came off. Mike has tried to make it right, but it's clear their employees are not held to high standards which does not represent their high end luxury brand well at all. Just do it right the first time. Find another dealership to do business with-I understand this was a used car we purchased for our teen daughter but they need to learn to treat each transaction with the same integrity and professionalism whether it's 20k or 100k. I am an out of state buyer and I purchased a Bentley from this dealership. The advertisement was false and furthermore the sales manager, salesman and GM all lied about the condition of the car. The advertisement on this car and CARFAX said a flawless car. Along with the CARFAX information I also have written documentation from them stating certain things were done and the condition of the car was Pristine, flawless and in perfect condition. I was told there was no body damage, dings, rock chips and paint had no blemishes . I purchased the vehicle based on these statements some perfectly placed pictures, video's and the word this car was a show stopper from the GSM on down. Upon delivery the story was not at all what was presented and promised. The new tires promised were not new at all. The bumper had cracks and pieces were broken off. They used reflective tape to cover up the broken pieces. The car only had 1 key, no manuals and it was not prepped for delivery as a normal car should be. I immediately contacted them at time of delivery. The GSM tried blaming the transportation company but little did the GSM know the transportation company had taken video's and pictures of the car prior to loading and was the first thing he pointed out at the time of delivery. They didn't want to be held accountable for this especially since they were also told the car was in Pristine condition. My dealings with Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead since delivery has been a joke. I simply asked for an additional key, compensation for the worn tires and some money to have the bumper pieces glued on. I was told they are washing their hands of the transaction and this came directly from the GM. I would never buy or take a vehicle to that dealership if it was the last place available. Jaguar Land Rover Arrowhead are at best one of the shadiest and most dishonest dealers I have done business with. This dealership has no integrity and doesn't care what negative reviews they get. They are there to take your money and customer satisfaction holds no place in their business moto. Buyers beware and I would steer clear of this sham of a dealership. read more
